Year 2 high schooler. Nagi has brown hair and twin pigtails. She is short-sighted and wears glasses. She is usually the Tsukkomi (Straight man) of the other three's Boke (Fool), and is sensitive when it comes to weight and shape.   Nagi is especially weak against cold weather, and would cover her whole body except the eyes, even when it was forecasted that it would be snowing. She has resolutions to go on diets to lose weight, but she hates exercising and has not been successful. 

The laid back homeroom teacher of Kanaka's class. She is often late for work and wears odd shirts.

Surprisingly, even though she is after Ichiko's good luck energy there is often an undeclared truce between her and Ichiko when she needs barge in her flat to either eat or use some of her stuffs, that is, if she feels like it.    ~! She is Yamane's elder sister and the professor's assistant, she is cold and heartless towards Iwai. She allowed herself to be Yamane's "Instead" as a way to relive her from the blood lust due to the pressure of killing goods that she possesses by allowing Yamane to inject her with a saline solution as a way to act out the latter's murderous intend. it is hinted that she has gotten so used to it, that she develops a kind of sexual arousal everytime Yamane does that sort of thing. Yajima is a first year female student who also decided to join Genshiken after seeing Ogiue's manga poster drawing demonstration. She too is a fujoshi, though not as blatant about it as Yoshitake. She is of stocky build and tends to wear men's clothing. She has a very hard time accepting Hato's cross-dressing even though she knows the whole story behind it and routinely tells him to stop it. Youko is Shinobu's classmate and also Aya's friend since middle school. Youko often teases Aya, even going as far as telling the group that Aya would never leave her side in middle school because Aya was too shy to do anything alone (though Aya strongly denies this).  While Youko is very energetic, athletic and high spirited, at the same time, she is one of the most level headed people in the group (the other ones being Aya and Alice).   She has a few younger siblings that she loves to play with. It has been noted by Aya that Youko's little brother's voice sounds almost exactly like Youko's.

Renpei is in the Student Council office when Misogi Kumagawa arrives.She watches on as Jakago demonstrates her ability on Sukinasaki. She questions Jakago if they should take out Kumagawa before he cause any problems, but is shot down. Renpei tries to attack Sukinasaki when she uses her Error Message Plate on Jakago, but gets taken over herself.Later, the Student Council surrounds Kumagawa in an empty classroom. Like the other members, Renpei is confused when she tries to remember why they attacked Kumagawa. Along with the other members of the Student Council, she is defeated by Kumagawa before she can even use her ability.After Fude Ezumachi returns to the school and begins changing the colors of almost everything, Renpei is shocked to find the tap water has become orange, and compares it to Ehime Prefecture.

An underclassman of Nee-san, Hazuki is one of the members of the Model Club, nicknamed "Okappa" (オカッパ, "bob cut"). She is a classmate of Makimaki and sits next to her in class. She is generally levelheaded and calm but is prone to getting really violent and monstrous when it comes to Nee-san's antics. Still, she is shown to have a gentle and caring side when Makimaki was experiencing a heartbreak. She is weak against insects, especially large cockroaches. She has a model of a train on her head.

Arata Sagimori is a second-year high school student at Achiga Girls' Academy in Nara Prefecture and a protagonist of the spin-off manga "Saki: Achiga-hen episode of side-A". She is a childhood friend of Kuro and Yuu Matsumi; her family owns a bowling alley in the area. As a kindergartener, she grew up playing mahjong with adults at the Matsumi inn but stopped playing after her first year of elementary school. She is an admirer of Harue Akado and thus lost interest in the game after Harue stopped playing following Achiga's loss in the national tournament. When Kuro informs her that Harue has begun playing mahjong again, Arata agrees to join Achiga's mahjong club.  She was assigned on the position of Achiga mahjong club president by Harue as most level-headed member of the team.  

A classmate of Yamato and Mei's. She's brash and bad-mouthed, but a nice girl. She's liked Yamato for a long time, but he hasn't reciprocated her feelings. Aiko used to be chubby, but she was okay with it as long as her boyfriend liked her. She spent much time trying to look beautiful, using cosmetics. Yamato noted that she doesn't need any makeup, which made Aiko fall for him because he was the first person who saw the real "her". One day she saw her boyfriend with another girl and looked for comfort from Yamato while breaking down and crying in his arms. Aiko asked Yamato to sleep with her, due to Yamato saying that she is beautiful just the way she is and his answer was positive. Aiko has been in love with Yamato since then.  After breaking up with her boyfriend, she lost 17 kilograms in two months. It was for Yamato to see the beautiful side of Aiko.   ~!At the beginning Aiko disliked Mei because she was in the way of her and Yamato. She doubted Mei's intentions, thinking that Mei doesn't love Yamato enough or as much as she does. Soon Aiko realized that despite Mei's awkwardness, her love for him was real. After confessing to Yamato without him feeling the same, getting her mind at peace she started to respect Yamato's and Mei's relationship and is now a friend of Mei.!~   ~!Aiko's quick weight loss caused her marks in her stomach, and she's still a bit insecure about herself. Aiko's insecurity and embarrassment can be seen while she's sleeping with Masashi and she often hides herself from him. Masashi has liked Aiko even when she was chubby and assures that everything about her is fine for him. He is also the only person who Aiko can show all of her.!~
