Belze Rochefort in the manga  Belze is the Chronos Numbers member Number II. Sephiria has trusted him since Train left the Chronos Numbers. His weapon is a spear named "Gungnir." While Belze is Sephiria's right hand man and second in command of the Numbers, it is worth noting that the rest of the Numbers' hierarchy don't seem to follow a strict order. It has been stated in Belze's profile page from the manga though that the Number I represents Commanding Officer and II represents Vice Commander. Karin (カリン, Karin?) (English dub: Korin) is a Senbyō  __(仙猫 immortal cat)__ who has lived at the top of Karin Tower for more than 800 years. The tower is located right underneath Kami's Lookout, which is a few hundred meters[verification needed] higher than Karin's tower and can be reached by Son Goku's nyoi-bō. Karin is a deity just below the rank of Kami, and plays a large role in Dragon Ball when he trains Goku during the Commander Red Saga to defeat Tao Pai Pai. At later points in the series and in Dragon Ball Z, Karin lends his assistance periodically to Goku and the other characters by growing them Senzu, which only grow in a tree in his tower. At the start of the series, he is the only person having an effective connection to Rei. As the series progresses, his unscrupulous past is revealed, as is the intensity with which he loved Yui.

Ace mechanic Seiya joins the Nadesico to get away from his wife and child, and at the same time chasing around various young women. The most noticeable among them is Hikaru, who he almost has a relationship with.

Ken Akamatsu, the manga author, appeared in episode 14 of the TV series and in both the Christmas and Spring specials as a plot device and for comic relief. He is referred to in the movies as "Akamatsu-sensei". He is referenced in episode 14, where everyone in the Hinata Inn has to work for 10,000 yen. Keitaro works for him as a manga inker, but eventually leaves, and becomes broke, forcing Keitaro to return to Akamatsu. In the Christmas Special, he helps Kitsune and Shinobu with their financial problems by making them sell his books. In the Spring Special, he is forced to take Motoko, Mutsumi, and Kitsune on his yacht (and when he was about to go on vacation too!).   In connection with Ken Akamatsu, characters from his A.I. Love You manga make the most minimal cameo appearance in the Love Hina anime. A picture of Saati and Hitoshi is shown on the side of Akamatsu's yacht in the Spring Special. Also, the manga Keitaro is inking in episode 14 is A.I. Love You, as it has a very distinct picture of Toni. Also, the books that Kitsune and Shinobu sell in the Christmas Special are A.I. Zagato was the High Priest to Princess Emeraude and Clef's right-hand man. When Hikaru, Umi and Fuu arrive at Cephiro, they're told that Zagato has captured Princess Emeraude and now their world is crumbling without its pillar. Zagato acts like a cold hearted man who will do anything to achieve his goal, indifferent to the chaos in Cephiro. However, his true purpose remains obscure until the girls fight him.   ~!It's later revealed that he and Emeraude were in love, which caused the unbalance in Cephiro. He had imprisoned Emeraude to prevent her from being killed by the girls, according to the prophecy.!~

Lantis is a powerful Kailu and the younger brother of High Priest Zagato. His reasons for coming back to Cephiro after the distruction of the Pillar shrouded in mystery. In the beginning it is only revealed that Lantis is a traveler, having seen many worlds during his self-imposed exile from Cephiro, one of the most important, and last, being Autozam - one of the three invading countries. For this reason, he is regarded with suspicion by the people of Cephiro.

~!Brief flashbacks during the show, reveal to us that Lantis was Princess Emeraude's Captain of the Guards before Lafarga. The time period is blurry, as Lantis himself tells Hikaru. With the added knowledge that in Cephiro those with strong hearts can live for extended periods of time, changing their appearances at leisure, his age can vary from  several decades to several centuries. At the most 700 years, since Clef admits (at the beginning of the manga) that he himself is 745 years.  Lantis is a quiet and private man but undeniably strong, in heart, body and mind. Such is clearly hinted at by both Master Mage Clef (who believes that Lantis has enough power to equal that of his older brother Zagato and perhaps even surpass it) and Debonair (who makes no secret of the fact that his heart is 'fearfully strong' and that she wants him for his power, going as far as to send Nova to get him for herself).

Lantis is a powerful mage - having learned from Clef, his former master - and wields a sword skillfully enough to be considered a talented swordsman. This makes him the only Magic Swordsman in all of Cephiro.!~

~!During the second season, he falls in love with Hikaru and she with him; together they face the possibility of imminent distruction of Cephiro - who still lacks a pillar and is slowly crumbling - and surpass the obstacles set out in front of them: Nova, Debonair and the three invading countries.   He shares a deep friendship with Eagle of Autozam - leader of one of the major three invading forces - and doesn't wish to fight him for the sake of the pillar's crown.!~

~!It is later revealed that Lantis's return to Cephiro was conditioned by his desire to stop the tragedy of Emeraude and Zagato from ever repeating again; his greatest wish is to destroy the Pillar system and he is willing to give his life to achieve his goal.!~

Watt  is the assistant to Wattson. His name comes from &quot;watt&quot;, which is a measure of electrical energy.    He has appeared in two episodes of the anime. His first appearance was in Watt&#039;s with Wattson?. He more or less stood aside and let Wattson do everything, although he did serve as the referee in Ash&#039;s gym battle for the Dynamo Badge.    When Ash and the others returned in Manectric Charge, Watt was featured much more prominently. He battled May and her Skitty with his Ampharos. Skitty proved to be stronger and defeated Watt&#039;s Electric-type. Watt was also the one to inform May about the Pok&eacute;mon Contest in Verdanturf Town. 

Yufa's elder brother, a knight, and currently a subordinate of the Dark Lord. Keough is childhood friends with Iruga and accompanied him to investigate Glast Heim. The ruins proved to be too much for the group and forced them to flee. However, their escape route was blocked by an Abysmal Knight. Despite Iruga's protests, Keough distracted the knight as Iruga got Roan and Yufa out. However, before Iruga could make it back Keough was stabbed and the doors of Glast Heim closed. In the beginning it is assumed he died, but the group later learns that he was brainwashed and corrupted by the Dark Lord.  ~!Keough's stab wound was made by a &quot;Blade Lost in Darkness,&quot; which would become symbolic to what he had become. His main purpose would be to lure Yufa to join the dark side, for she was holding a soul crystal vital for Dark Lord's revival. Merely seconds from death, Keough reforms and apologizes to Iruga for everything. His soul later appears in Yufa's dream sequence telling her not to choose the path he had taken, and to follow Roan for he would protect her. Iruga nicknames him Haze after he turns to the dark side.!~

Colonel Henry Douglas is an officer at the Military Police headquarters in Central City.

He was once part of the Twelve Guardian Ninja. When six of the members tried a coup d'etat he alongside Asuma Sarutobi, Kitane, Nauma, Tou'u, and Seito fought against them. He alongside Asuma and Kazuma was the only survivors of the fight.     When the group disbanded he became head monk at the Fire Temple, an elite monastery that is home to monks with special abilities. During his time with the Twelve Guardian Ninja, some underground organization put a 30 Million Ryo bounty on his head.

Kariya&#039;s former right hand man until he tried to overthrow him as Bount leader.     Utagawa has shorter brown hair, which fans up at the ends, and a large goatee. He seems to dress rather formally, wearing a white button-up shirt, a tie, and a light vest. His golden pocket watch he carries on his vest transforms into his doll, a snake that he wears around his neck.     In the Human World, he consumed a large amount of living souls. During his battle with Yoshino Sōma, it was revealed that, to him, all humans are food. When battling, he seems analytical and not the least taken by his enemy&#039;s abilities. He was the most power-hungry of the Bounts, and wanted to overthrow Kariya for his seat of power.
