Tsukasa is a Wavemaster and the main character. He is a young silver-haired boy clad in grey robes,  At the start of the series, he is seen waking up to find himself in a dungeon in The World, but he has no idea why he is there or who he is. Not much time passes until Tsukasa discovers he is trapped in the game, unable to log out, while his real body is in a coma. He is initially depicted as a cynical loner who tends to avoid others as much as possible, but at the story progresses he begins to warm up to Mimiru, Bear, Subaru, and others.   ~!In the real world, his name is An Shouji, and he happens to be a girl. She was raised by her father after the death of her mother, and was physically and mentally abused by him. His abusive behavior also distanced her from her gender: he treated her like a boy, refusing to allow her to use feminine products and basic hygiene products. There are also subtle hints that her father is an alcoholic. After awaking from her coma, Ryo Sakuma, the player behind Bear, becomes her legal guardian and allows her to go to a boarding school. Oolong is a shapeshifting humanoid pig, standing about three feet tall with pale pink skin, who tends to dress in trousers, button-down shirts, and suspenders. He was expelled from shapeshifting training for stealing the teacher's underwear and lacks the ability to change his form for more than five minutes at a time without a break. With his shapeshifting, Oolong can look like anything at all. Oolong's initial appearance was as a villain who terrorized a village and kidnapped their young women. Son Goku defeated Oolong and the girls were returned to their village. Bulma decided that he might be useful on her Dragonball quest and persuaded him to join their expedition. Eventually he becomes good friends with Goku and the others, and helps them to find more Dragonballs. He plays a large role in the beginning of Dragon Ball, but by the end of Dragon Ball Z, he just shows up from time to time. His poor shapeshifting skills (and innate cowardice) made him a very weak character that didn't have much to do once the tone was shifted to more serious action. In the anime and several movies, he appears quite often as comic relief. He is loosely based on the character Zhu Bajie from the classic Chinese novel Journey to the West. 

An English teacher at Jindai High and is the class advisor to Sousuke, Kaname, Kyoko, Shinji and Mizuki at Class II-4. She is a kind and understanding teacher, who is willing to put the interest of her students over her own, as shown when she confronted Gauron and some North Korean secret agents over taking Kaname from her seat in the hijacked Boeing 747 in Sunan Air Base. However, she's known to get a mean temper whenever she finds Sousuke to be responsible for disastrous things in the school (which she always is a victim of). (From Wikipedia)

A resident of Rush Valley, she lost her legs and right arm at a young age in a train wreck, but Dominic takes pity on her (in the form of social outrage) and gives her free automail legs and an arm. Thanks to these legs, she can run at great speed and jump great lengths. One leg also conceals a cannon, while the other has a long switchblade.    She takes Ed, Al and Winry to see Dominic at Winry&#039;s wish. Paninya had made a living out of pickpocketing tourists in Rush Valley, but after a talk with Winry she realizes that being a criminal would defeat the purpose that Dominic intended for her when he gave her free legs. She is currently working legitimate odd jobs around Garfiel&#039;s shop.    In the anime she also has an automail arm, which gets damaged in an arm wrestling contest. It also appears that Dominic adopted her after she lost her limbs in a train crash. No mention was made of what she did for a living, though in the chase with Edward, she was taking his pocketwatch to a pawn shop.However,this was most likely winry&#039;s idea for Ed cheating in an automail contest.Since she is seen in Dominics shop it can be assumed that she might work for him.    She was seen at the end of the anime, helping Winry perfect her skills.    In the manga the only automail she possesses is her prosthetic legs. It is noted that one leg has a Carbine rifle built into it by Dominic and the other a blade. She pickpocketed from tourists to try to pay back Dominic, who lives out in the mountains of Rush Valley with his son, his wife, and herself, for her automail. Dominic always refuses to accept her stolen money. After reforming her ways, she becomes a roofer and Dominic begins to reluctantly accept her money.

Not known to show much emotion, Machi seems to be one of the coldest members of the Phantom Troupe. The only person she has shown some feeling towards was Chrollo. Hisoka seems to have an occasional interest with her, although it's hard to see whether it's genuine, given Hisoka's unpredictability. Machi also doesn't appear to be interested in him, spurning his advances on all occasions. Machi is one of the Phantom Troupe that originated from Meteor City.

Machi's nen transforms into thin wispy-long threads in which she uses in a variety of ways, including seaming together old wounds to heal them, repairing back dislodged limbs and forming a noose that can strangle enemies with a tug. An orphan girl who discovers Sesshomaru in the woods after he is recuperating from a battle with InuYasha. An assassin with a painful past, Mireille is very good at hiding her emotions. Intelligent, analytical, and seemingly cold without feelings, there&#039;s perhaps a fire burning with her that she never admits or denies. Eldest of the Tendo girls and is the most gentle of the lot. She has graduated high school and spends most of her day looking after the Tendo household, acting as the family&#039;s substitute &quot;matriarch&quot; ever since her mother&#039;s untimely death; by cooking, cleaning and helping her family.  Kasumi is portrayed as the perfect lady, with a very sweet, caring and self-sacrificing personality. Her outward demeanor is that of a calm, friendly, and peaceful person. However, Ciel's true character is later revealed as the story progresses. 

She is a member of the Burial Agency, a secret organization within the Catholic Church made up of skilled assassins, feared even within the Church itself, known for showing no mercy and willing to do whatever it takes to get their task done even to the point of using forbidden magics and creatures. Her objective in Tsukihime is that of hunting down the heretic vampire Roa, which while being a direct order from the church is also her own vendetta. In Melty Blood she has been ordered by the church to hunt down Roa.

In the process, Ciel became a vampire and killed everyone in her village, the massacre only ended when Arcueid Brunestud arrived and killed her, fulfilling her duty of killing Roa whenever he reincarnates. Noelle is an energetic angel in training. She shows great affection towards Yuusuke and is determined to become an angel. She often devises ways of taking off on a short runway, the roof of the house, in order to fly which is important on being an angel. She has vowed to marry Yuusuke once she has completed her training to becoming an angel for Yuusuke. At the end of the series, she and Yuusuke show that they love each other very much. Barnette Orangello is one of the many Dread pilot co-leaders under Meia&#039;s command on the Nirvana, and is ranked higher than Dita. It is not really clear whether Barnette is Jura&#039;s girlfriend or best friend, Jura is extremely affectionate with her, but by season 2 it&#039;s clear Jura acts that way with anyone she likes. Unlike the three other Dread pilots featured in the series (Dita, Meia, and Jura), her Dread cannot combine with Hibiki&#039;s Vanguard, due to her position when the Paeksys altered the Dreads.    She displays one of the most aggressive behaviors, in terms of both her fighting style and her attitude towards the men, who have been integrated into the Nirvana&#039;s crew (probably more so than Meia).She has a very impressive firearms collection (including a Calico pistol, a Steyr AUG, and a Franchi SPAS-12 shotgun) and is also quite the cook.     ~!During the second season, she voluntarily replaced Gascogne to lead the Registry system, after a sortie against a Harvester mothership. The only beings that can interact with her safely are the other Clow Cards. As a result, Nothing tries to steal the Clow Cards (now Sakura Cards) so that she would not be alone again. Nothing continues to steal the Sakura Cards and destroys everyone and everything that Sakura holds dear; Nothing likely views Sakura as a villain who stole her &quot;friends&quot; (the Clow Cards) and intends for Sakura to suffer the same pain of loss that it has felt for centuries.    In the end, the Sakura Cards try to return to Sakura, and Nothing falls into hysterical despair, believing that her friends have abandoned her. However, Sakura convinces Nothing that it can be her friend, too, together with all the Cards. She returns Nothing to a Clow Card form and then transforms it into a Sakura Card by merging it with the Nameless card to form The Hope. All the damage and deaths caused by Nothing are then miraculously undone.    Nothing is composed of a spherical force field of emptiness where nothing exists. Naomi is once of Zatch's bullies in the park that she always grits her teeth. Gash is extremely frightened of Naomi because she is scary and he cannot use spells to defeat her. Even though Naomi is always mean to Gash, he geniunely cares about her, even attempting to save her from a lion at one point. One Naomi's noticeable attributes is her car. She drives a red toy car for one that has a picture of a man and a woman kissing on the front. Robin is the seventh member of Straw Hat's Crew. She had a bounty of 79 million beri (One Piece currency) since she was eight years old, during an incident in which she supposedly destroyed six Buster Call ships through the use of the powers she gained by eating the Hana Hana no Mi (Flower Flower or Blooming Blooming Fruit). The fruit's power enables her to conjure up multiple replicas of her body parts (most often her arms) upon any surface she is able to see making her very powerful and dexterous as a result. Robin joined the Straw Hat Pirates after Luffy saved her life, or (how she states it) Luffy forced her to live when she wanted to die. To atone for his crime, Robin demands that Luffy allow her to join his crew, to which he complies leaving every other crew member except Sanji in shock. Although feared at first, she is quickly accepted and viewed as a comrade by the crew.  Robin is actually an archaeologist of talent and despises anyone who thoughtlessly damages any piece of history. The World Government fears her because she can decipher Poneglyphs (stones marked with glyphs from an ancient language), which contain details capable of reviving ancient weapons that have the power to destroy the world. In reality, Robin has stated that she does not care about ancient weapons and that her dream is to find the True History written on the Rio Poneglyph.  Robin is a mysterious and serious person who appears quiet and reclusive, and the wisest in the Straw Hat's Crew. She was thought by those around her to be cold and mean, but it was proven that she is actually a kind person who always thinks before she acts. She often only speaks when something interesting or important has happened. She loves to study history, and the comfort and freedom to study and read. She is also quick to point out gross or realistically morbid facts, often creeping out Nami or Usopp. Robin is the wisest and most sensible member of the crew. She has a vast knowledge of the seas and the world and usually keeps her head during surprising situations, allowing her to logically analyze the situation without losing her cool. This trait makes her different from the other Straw Hats, who often comically react melodramatically to unexpected happenings and hold irrational ideas and conclusions. Despite her attempts to keep herself distant, Robin has fallen for her new friends and has taken the role of the distant den mother.

In the manga    Silphy is another one of the sweepers that forms the Sweeper Alliance. Her specialty is body combat. She battles Deek Slasky, but he manages to deliver an attack that continually freezes her until she turns into a complete ice statue. However, while the ice is still spreading through her arm, Sven appears and fights Deek, damaging so that his Chi is not strong enough to maintain the spell, saving Siplhy. Mitsuhiko Tsuburaya is a student in Teitan Elementary School when Shinichi joins his class as [Conan Edogawa.](https://anilist.co/character/1742/Conan-Edogawa) Shortly afterwards, his classmates [Ayumi](https://anilist.co/character/4228/Ayumi-Yoshida) and [Genta](https://anilist.co/character/4251/Genta-Kojima) have the idea of investigating an apparently haunted mansion, and they persuade Conan to come along. When Mitsuhiko expresses his skepticism about supernatural hauntings, Genta forcefully 'persuades' him to tag along as well. As it turns out, the ghost story is a cover-up for an old homicide case. 

Soon after, the accidental acquisition of a treasure map leads Ayumi, Genta, Mistuhiko and Conan on a hunt for a cache of stolen Italian gold coins, during which Conan saves them from getting killed by the mafia members who are also after the gold. After the case is resolved, Mitsuhiko joins Genta and Ayumi in forming the nucleus of an amateur detective group, the Detective Boys.

Mitsuhiko enjoys reading science books and takes a scientific approach to problem-solving. He is a smart and well-read first-grader who believes that technology can solve most problems. Due to his strict and formal upbringing by his parents, he tends to be very formal towards his elders, addressing them (in Japanese) with the formal suffix "-san" without regard to the intimacy of their relationship.

It has been shown at numerous times that Mitsuhiko really likes to be prepared for any occasion. He enjoys studying scientific, historic and general subjects for his own interest and fun. This eventually allows him to provide useful insights whenever necessary. He's been (or felt) rewarded a few times for his knowledge. In one instance, Ayumi said how impressed she was after Mitsuhiko provided some precise historical facts behind the Ohashi House in Kurashiki, and he thought to himself with a big happy smile on his face: "I'm so glad I studied!".

One of his other qualities is that he tends to be proactive in many situations and thinks ahead to possible outcomes. For example, while the Detective Boys were trying to solve riddles they found in a Momotaro container in a small river in Kurashiki, a murder occurred which eventually led to the different codes to get burned. Conan, knowing that resolving those codes would lead to concrete proof as to who the murderer might be, was quite pleased when Mitsuhiko proudly announced that he took notes in his Detective Boys notebook "thinking that something like that could happen". He has often been shown as shrewder and more quick-witted than Genta and Ayumi, sometimes leading the investigation when Conan and [Haibara](https://anilist.co/character/1743/Ai-Haibara) aren't present. 

Despite the preciousness of his intelligence, Mitsuhiko remains an elementary school child, and enjoys activities of his age, such as making a snowman or treasure hunting. As a consequence, he is best friends with Genta and Ayumi. Mitsuhiko has a dislike for carrots, and will always eat them last _(if ever)_ if he can help it. Both of his parents are both teachers, and he has an older sister, [Asami Tsuburaya,](https://anilist.co/character/46857/Asami-Tsuburaya) about ten years his senior. Mitsuhiko doesn't like to eat carrot but be careful.
