Mirai&#039;s fiance who resides on Side 6.

His nickname is derived from his hairstyle ("permanent"), he is tall and skinny (though his nameless Manga counterpart had quite a fatter form). Perm often displays the most character development, including being the only one of the Stormtroopers to have a visible girlfriend.

A man who saves Elchi when she leaves the Iron Gear and is pursued in the forest by Kid Horla's men. Elchi quickly falls for him, but he doesn't show the same feelings towards her. He is dedicated to protecting some local ruins.

Toshio is Yuu's childhood friend, on whom Yuu has a crush.  However, Toshio falls in love with Creamy Mami at first sight, and will do anything to see Mami perform, even breaking dates with Yuu to do so.

Tetsuo is the father of [Yuu](https://anilist.co/character/12919/Yuu-Morisawa) and operates the Creamy Crepe shop with his wife Natsume. He is generally a permissive parent, accepting Yuu's tomboyish nature.
