In the seventh movie, Colonel Honki (ホンキ大佐, Honki Taisa) was one of Ratchet&#039;s subordinates.   He has an afro and very large arms, and tends to say &quot;ossu&quot; very often.   He seems to act as Ratchet&#039;s bodyguard, since he never leaves him a second.   He attacks Sanji in a mechanical suit and is beaten easily.   His name means &quot;seriously&quot;.
