Masaya Makino (牧野雅弥) is a friend of Mai Minase and Tomonari Kasumi. He is a member of their school&#039;s gaming club with Tomonari. While he has a character in The World, the name of it is unknown. 

Yamaguchi was a colleague of Togusa. Both have worked in the main office of the police squad before Togusa moved to section 9. Meanwhile, Yamaguchi works in the Special Investigations Division, which was established specifically to investigate the case of the "Laughing Man".

Shin is Lin&#039;s brother who proves to be more loyal to his friends than to the Red Dragon Crime Syndicate. He appeared in Session 25: The Real Folk Blues (Part One), where he assists Spike in a duel against members of the Syndicate. He is the one who informs Spike that Vicious has tried to seize control of the organization and was sentenced to death. Shin also states that everyone close to Spike is being hunted down.

Tetsuya is one of Keisuke's friends. When Keisuke first tells him about Miaka and Yui going into "The Universe of the Four Gods" he is skeptical. Eventually he becomes a believer and helps Keisuke discover the true nature of the book.   (Source: Wikipedia) 

As Trigun unfolds, it becomes apparent that Knives believes that humans are parasites that need to be exterminated. He wants to create a peaceful and fair world with Vash and his other plant brethren, and he believes the only way to do this is by killing off all humans. Knives never claims to be a god; simply a superior being to homosapiens. If Knives were able to kill all humans and begin creating his "Eden" on Gunsmoke, it is very likely that he would act similarly to Vash, and act as a kind and loving individual. This can be seen in the final episode of the anime, where Knives peacefully rests amidst the oasis he has created and greets Vash as his brother arrives, but this could actually be a facade of placidity. Kirk Baily was an American actor. He was best known for his role as Kevin "Ug" Lee on the Nickelodeon sitcom Salute Your Shorts, and later for his voice acting roles in animation and video games.

Baily found success as a voice actor, starring as Tetsuya Kajiwara in Fushigi Yûgi, Millions Knives in Trigun, and Shin in Cowboy Bebop. He also worked doing ADR looping for film and television.

Baily became sick, tested positive for lung cancer in August 2021, but stated he would continue to do dubbing projects as long as he was able to. He died in Los Angeles from heart failure caused by the disease on February 28, 2022, at the age of 59.
