A member of the eldora five, Carlos seems to be eternally sleep, even during battle. Though he sleeps constantly, the other members bring him along in their armor anyway, saying to others that he&#039;s &quot;awake in spirit.&quot;     He awakens only twice in the series, once after the battle with Bucchi&#039;s armor, and the second time during the climactic battle with The Claw, activating their armor&#039;s reserve power cell and reminding his comrades that they should have read the manual.

A prior member of the Alliance’s mobile suit development team, all of whom disbanded and fled the project after completing the Tallgeese and designing Wing Gundam Zero, and eventually set up development on separate colony clusters and Earth. Instructor H (Colony Cluster L4) was befriended by Quatre and constructed the Gundam Sandrock. He is short, with dark hair, a receding hairline, and a thin mustache. The wild man from Malaysia, Harimao, is a force to be wrecking with in the ring, his unorthodox boxing mixed with his strength and agility make a hard opponent to fight, he is also known to be quite the cheater, usually biting and headbutting his opponent when frustrated.
