Neal is a Skyfish fisher and son of also Skyfish fisher named Edmond. He and his father's main occupation involved using the Skyfish to create panels for ships such as the Gekko-Go, but it was not a lucrative business, so Neal lost interest in it and turned to alcohol. In the end, he found himself able to overcome his hatred for the business, and drastically speed up the Gekko's repair process.

Pain is the recognized leader of Akatsuki, partnered to Konan, with Tobi acting as his benefactor. He is the principal figure in the tailed beast sealing ceremony.   ~!The first and leading "Pain" appearing in the series is actually Yahiko, one of six animated corpses collectively known as "The Six Paths of Pain" that are all controlled by one person's will[ch. 378, 419]: Nagato of Amegakure. At a young age, Nagato was secretly visited by Madara Uchiha who implanted his Rinnegan (lit. "Saṃsāra Eye") into the child's body, giving him the ability to use abilities based on the six Buddhist paths of reincarnation. Orphaned, Nagato met fellow orphans Konan and Yahiko before they are all trained by Jiraiya. Nagato desired peace for the world, aiding Yahiko to create the Akatsuki to achieve that shared dream. However, a trap laid by Amegakure's dictator Hanzo led to Yahiko's death, causing Nagato to take over as the new leader of the organization. Though the encounter crippled Nagato, the experience of having his best friend die caused Nagato to come to the realization that peace could only be attained by teaching the world the pain caused by war.  To that end he adopted the alias "Pain" to conquer Amegakure and invented the Six Path of Pain to overcome his handicap and kill Hanzo, becoming a "god" in the eyes of Amegakure's citizens. Having made cosmetically alterations to the other Paths by dying their hair to match Yahiko's, the Paths are all outfitted with a number of body piercings that serve as a means for Nagato to control them and to give them a "more dangerous" appearance in relation to their name's installation. Through Nagato's Rinnegan, they can also share visual information and coordinate attacks.  Jiraiya would later confront Nagato regarding his role as "Pain", the leader of Akatsuki. The two would fight with Nagato dismissing his former mentor's ideals as well as killing him. During Pain's attack on Konoha, the six Paths are defeated by Naruto. Talking with Naruto, Nagato renews his faith in his late master and in the possibility of peace. Nagato sacrifices his life in order to revive the people he killed in Konoha.[ch. 449] Nagato is later resurrected by Kabuto and sent alongside Itachi to battle Naruto and Killer Bee, but is sent back to the afterlife.!~

A scientist who had been imprisoned and tortured at Alcatraz. He eventually escapes due to the distraction of Loretta's group infiltrating the prison, and leads them to the treasure - which turns out to be a sleeping Sheyenne. Afterwards, he goes along to help Sheyenne find his body.  Unlike the common scientist stereotype, Kiel has the build of a brawler, and the skills to beat down his opponents. While Kiel does serve as the moral compass and the occasional father figure (to the chagrin of Sheyenne, who's commonly mistaken as his son) in the group, Kiel also has his fair share of secrets, the biggest of which involves Sheyenne. B.U.E.R (Base of Unearth Extra Resources). A giant boring robot owned by Uzal's company that possesses a giant laser. While its main body resembles a giant eyeball, its Central Nervous Unit, which detaches itself after the main body is shut down, takes the form a gentlemanly but perverted lion-esque creature with five legs. He tends to be injured by Clarion when acting perverted, or locked in a safe-box to stop Takumi from analyzing him, but the darkness traumatizes him.

A former colleague of Kouji's grandfather Juzo, Professor Yumi is the current head of the Photon Power Research Laboratory. He is the father of Sayaka Yumi and also built her robot, Aphrodai A.   In Shin Mazinger Shougeki! Z-Hen, his name was changed to Yannosuke, despite all the previous Mazinger series referring to him at Gennosuke.

The father of Ken and Sayuri Ando. He works as a reporter and is investigating the organization D.C. under suspicion of a role in the disappearance of his late wife.

An escaped prisoner who highjacked The Orion and crashed to the same island as Luna and the crew. He seems to be the leader and is the most insightful of the three.

Shouzou Tanuma is a world famous heart surgeon and the physician of the Shinomiya family.
He is also Tsubasa's grandfather

The principal of Action Kindergarten, his Yakuza-like appearance is often misunderstood by the people in the neighborhood, which often acts as a recurring joke in the series (often worsened by Shin-chan by calling him "Kumichō" (組長 ,Godfather?)). Actually he has a tender heart and good attitude. He masqueraded as a superhero called Enchoman but Shin-chan found out his true identity easily.
