Watari is [L's](https://anilist.co/character/71/L-Lawliet) assistant, providing logistics to the investigation team. Before the team is formed, he is the only person who has seen L, and the only one capable of contacting L directly. Like L, he represents himself with an Old English "W" on computer screens. He is also a fatherly figure to L. Outside of the investigation, he is known as Quillsh Wammy, a famous inventor and the founder of Wammy's House, an orphanage for gifted children in Winchester, England. Watari is well trained in espionage and marksmanship.<br>

The current holder of the Honinbo title in Hikaru no Go. Kuwabara is friends with Toya Meijin, but rivals Ogata. He also has an interest in Hikaru and bets on Hikaru in his Beginner Dan series game.

Kagome&#039;s grandfather. He is often covering for Kagome&#039;s absences at school with interesting excuses, which make Kagome&#039;s friends worry a lot about her.    Grandpa is identified by his clothing as a traditional Japanese Shinto Priest, apparently the current custodian/guardian/caretaker/owner of the Higurashi Shrine which has been in the family for generations. He continually tries to inject some education of the history of the family shrine into everyday life - even to the point of discussing the &quot;history of these pickles&quot; much to Kagome&#039;s dismay. 

Dozle Zabi is the second oldest son of Degwin Sodo Zabi and the Principality of Zeon&#039;s Space Attack Force Commander. His job during the war was to move fleets to and from various points in space to help the Zeon secure victory during the One Year War. Dozle is revered by his troops in the Space Attack Force for personally leading them in battle. Dozle pilots the mobile suit MA-08 Big Zam. ~!Dozle in his last moments exits the cockpit of the Big Zam and fires a machinegun at the Gundam, causing Amuro to temporarily be stricken with fear and doubt. He was caught in the subsequent explosion of the Big Zam and killed. His death marked the beginning of the end for Zeon forces in space.!~

Originally a Waffen SS officer in Nazi Germany, Alfred was part of a cabal of officers within the SS who had realized that the days of the Third Reich was at an end. Before Berlin was encircled by the Soviet Union&#039;s Red Army, they had managed to secure a sizable amount of capital into secured accounts, hiding the numbers within a painting titled, &quot;The Twelve Knights Led by Brunhilda&quot;. He then entrusted the painting into the custodianship of Lt. Col. Spielberger of the SS, with the implication that the painting was done by Adolf Hitler (in actuality, the painting was made by an obscure painter, being that Hitler was only capable of drawing crude outdoor scenes). Spielberger then made his way to the U-Boat pens at Kiel and boarded U-1324, who was taking Lt. Col. Matsuda back to Japanese-held Batavia in Indonesia (now known as Jakarta). However, the U-Boat was sunk just miles away from its target by a U.S. Navy patrol looking for Japanese submarines.    For the most part, the U-Boat remained forgotten in its watery grave &ndash; until a French telecommunications company discovered the sub while laying cable in the area. Alfred, now in hiding in South America, was able to find-out about the sub and formulated an interesting plan. A United States neo-Nazi group, the Aryan Socialist Union, had petitioned his help in financing their efforts. He then assigned them the job of going down to the U-Boat and salvaging the painting. At the same time, however, he also gave the job to the Lagoon Company, who he knew was owned by the African-American Dutch. His objective was to see if the A.S.U. was capable of beating-out what he felt was a &#039;racially-inferior&#039; group.     However, even though the A.S.U. was successful in their job, they ended-up getting slaughtered by Revy and Dutch when the two boarded the ship during the neo-Nazis&#039; drunken celebration. While on the phone to Alfred, the A.S.U.&#039;s leader Ratchman had learned of his deception, much to his horror. Alfred then told Dutch, who, along with Revy was there as well, told him that, despite his race, held a small amount of respect for him.

Shinnosuke's Grandfather is deceptively weak, or at least he seems to be. He always seems to muster up enough strength to unleash his Megaton Punch when his grandson forgets something important. Grandfather raised Shinnosuke and has seen that he gets the Water of Life when he becomes too weak.

A reclusive mad scientist who created the robot Black Ox. He is calm and very knowledgeable, but unfortunately uses his talents to create dangerous robots. In the original version of the 1960s series, his name is Dr. Black Dog.

Kazundo Gouda is the head of behind the scenes government agency, the Cabinet Intelligence Agency.

French Tickner was an American-Canadian voice, film and television actor, known for his work for Ocean Productions. Moved to British Columbia in the 60s and became a Professor of Music at the University of British Columbia in the 70s.
