The brother of [Belgium](https://anilist.co/character/19666) and [Luxembourg](https://anilist.co/character/163615). The Netherlands was the country that warned [Japan](https://anilist.co/character/14791) about [America](https://anilist.co/character/14793) coming after him in 1852, which is the reason why the two countries get along so well to this day. His personality is that of someone who plays it cool and is a true bro. He is a strong strategist, a neat freak, a schemer, is somewhat pessimistic and is exceptionally muscular.

Tobitaka is a slick punk from Raimon Town who leads a street gang and often gets into fights. He made a name for himself with his powerful kick and is discovered by Hibiki in the woods in the midst of another rumble with a rival gang. Hibiki urges Tobitaka to make "better use of that kick" and begins to teach him how to play Soccer in secret. Tobitaka gets a shot at joining the country's national team, Inazuma Japan and manages to get a spot for himself on the team. Slowly but surely, he develops his skills and even becomes a role model of sorts to the young Toramaru. He's never seen without his trademark hair-comb. When he was young, he, along with Kaiou team were confronted by Tsurugi and were humilated by him. Some time later Kuroki Zenzou appears, calling the team to train under Fifth Sector's supervision. A few years later, as a forward and captain of Kaiou, Namikawa plays against Raimon in Kanto preliminaries. He is a SEED who has the Kaiou Poseidon keshin/avatar in his possesion. He scored the second goal against Raimon, but at the end, his keshin/avatar was easily overpowered by Tenma's keshin/avatar resulting in Kaiou's loss with a score of 3-4.

Adrian Gecko, known in the Japanese version as Amon Garam 「アモン・ガラム, Amon Garamu」 is a new student hailing from East Academy who enters Duel Academy in the third year. Reserved and secretive, Adrian is a neutral character whose actions seem to only serve the Gecko Family and himself. However, after acquiring the spirit of &quot;Exodia the Forbidden One&quot; in the third alternate dimension, he intends to rule it and acts as a major antagonist towards Jaden and company.    His given name in the Japanese version is derived from an alternate spelling of the name of an Egyptian air deity, Amun.    In the Japanese version, the older Adrian is voiced by Saichouya, while in flashbacks, the younger Adrian is voiced by Saori Terai. In the English dub, Xaivor Willis takes the part of his voice acting. 

A member of the Imperial Army ESP Unit. His ability is metamorphosis, transforming only into animals.

Jean Baker is the main goalkeeper for Big Waves.
