Toraichi Tamiya and Otaki Aoyama are the directors of the Motor Club. They make life very hard for Keiichi by passing on a lot of work to him. However, they have a great deal of respect for Keiichi&#039;s abilities both as a mechanic and a driver. In the manga, they pass the directorship of the Motor Club to Keiichi. They were also both in love with the original director of the motor club, Chihiro Fujimi. However, she rejected both of them for the sake of the club.    source: wikipedia

Daiba is the audience surrogate, the viewer's gateway to Harlock's world. The 14-year-old son of a scientist who was killed by the Mazone, he joined the Arcadia crew following the death of his father. He lost his mother in a disaster on the Neptunian moon Triton when her pleas for help were ignored by the indifferent government. Smoker the White Hunter is a Marine. He was first introduced in Loguetown.  Smoker is a muscular white haired man, who carries the very distinct trait of always being seen smoking two cigars at once. He wears a large thick white and blue specialist Marine jacket which he keeps open with greenish fur lining the neck, wrists and hem. Many cigars are strapped to the jacket which has the kanji for "justice" written on the back of it. He carries a Seastone tipped jutte as his weapon. He also wears brown leather gloves, blue jeans with a brown belt and large military issue brown leather boots.  Smoker is a tough Marine, who when first introduced, was trying to track down Luffy in Loguetown. Unlike many other Marines in One Piece, Smoker does not follow the rule of Absolute Justice and follows his own brand of justice, which he later preaches to Tashigi.  Despite his stern, businesslike manner, he does seem to have a soft side.

Miss Monday is the assigned female partner to Igaram (AKA Mr. 8) at the time during his infiltration within the Baroque Works. Not much is known about her other than that she is inhumanly strong as indicated by her mass muscles and huge size. Miss Monday, along with Mr. 8, Mr. 9, Miss Wednesday (AKA Princess Vivi) and every resident on Whiskey Peak fight against Zoro. After Vivi is exposed by Mr. 5 and Miss Valentines Day, Miss Monday attempts to hold them off, claiming that Vivi is her friend. She is defeated by Mr. 5.

Chaka, also known as "Chaka the Jackal", is one of two head guards in the Arabasta kingdom that serve under Igaram; the other being Pell. Chaka is the acting captain of the royal guard in Igaram's absence. He ate the Inu Inu no Mi, Model: Jackal, a Zoan-type Devil Fruit that allows him to transform into a jackal or a human/jackal hybrid.  Most often Chaka was with Pell, but during Sir Crocodile's attack on the Kingdom, he left to attack him. Because of Crocodile's actions and lack of compassion, Chaka was angered to the point that he attacked Crocodile out of rage, but his reasons were also backed by an attempt to protect Vivi and Kohza, as well as buy them time to put an end to the battle - but despite his efforts, he was easily defeated. He survived, however, and showed up later on in the Arabasta arc commanding the royal guard to stop fighting, and later appeared at Pell's grave. He is the leader of the Orange League. Trainers who defeat him in a full battle at Pummelo Stadium receive the Winner's Trophy and enter the Orange League Hall of Fame.     Ash Ketchum battled him in Hello, Pummelo! and Enter The Dragonite. His Japanese voice actor is 遊佐浩二 Kōji Yusa and his English voice actor is Scottie Ray.     Although the dub implies that Drake is merely a fifth Gym Leader in the Orange League, the Japanese version specifically uses the title Head Leader to denote his importance. Additionally, Drake is not necessarily a League Champion, either, given that it is not clarified whether or not he ever actually had to defeat a previous Head Leader in order to take the title (though it is suggested). In the Electric Tale of Pikachu manga, he is referred to as the Orange Crew Supreme Gym Leader. Ash battles him in Surf's Up, Pikachu.     In both anime and manga, Ash was the first person to defeat Drake in Orange League history. Many trainers never even got past Drake's first Pok&eacute;mon, Ditto, apparently losing their cool seeing a copycat defeat their own Pok&eacute;mon. Before Ash's challenge, Drake seemed bored and wondered if anyone would ever defeat him. He keeps his prized Dragonite's Pok&eacute; Ball around his neck.     Regardless of his English name and his affinity for Dragon-type Pok&eacute;mon, Drake apparently has no relation to either Drake of the Hoenn League nor Lance of the Indigo League, though a resemblance to the latter is evident.     

Alder is the champion of the Unova region. Alder made his debut in BW034 during a flashback of Trip's childhood. He was battling a Trainer in the middle of town with his Bouffalant as Trip spectated in awe. After the battle, the Champion approached the child and allowed him to pet and feed Bouffalant. He then inspired Trip to train hard when he got older, and the two shook hands.

Duclis was a friend of the royal family of Taforashia. When the Durum sickness struck the kingdom, Duclis and Taforashia&#039;s prince, Pokota, tried to heal the residents, but the illness was too fast. Rezo, the Red Priest, appeared and put the kingdom&#039;s residents to sleep until a cure could be found. Rezo transferred the spirits of Duclis and Pokota into their current animal-like forms so they could try to find a cure without being affected by the disease.     Duclis first appears in the fifth episode of Slayers REVOLUTION. After entering the king&#039;s mansion of Taforashia, Lina and her friends are confronted by Duclis, Gioconda, and Ozel. Duclis is working for Gioconda, a marquess of Ruvinagald, who is taking control of Taforashia. Duclis&#039; reasoning is that no one else is doing anything to save the sleeping residents of Taforashia, so he has no other choice but to join forces with Ruvinagald.     Duclis eventually turns against Gioconda after learning that she stole the aid money given by other countries to Taforashia. He activates the Zanaffar armor she is wearing, awakening a perfect Zanaffar which consumes Gioconda. Duclis makes an agreement with Zanaffar to destroy every city and country that didn&#039;t help Taforashia in exchange for making more perfect Zanaffars.     After Lina and her friends defeat Zanaffar, Duclis appears. His body is being consumed by the Zanaffar armor he has been wearing &mdash; he now walks on four legs like a centaur. Valgaav (originally Val ) met Demon Dragon King Gaav ( from Slayers NEXT ) under a time of war where his race of black dragons were exterminated by golden dragons in fear of their power. Gaav found Val deadly wounded and offered him to be reborn as a half-Mazoku/half-black dragon to help him get revenge if he chose to serve under him. Gaav then said &quot;You will be called Valgaav.&quot;  Valgaav&#039;s revenge leads him to summoning Dark Star into their world but is killed in the process. He is later reborn again as part of Dark Star.

Tough, calculating, and driven, Rochina is a Melkian intelligence officer who investigates the raid of Lido and finds a lone Chirico Cuvie drifting in space. Although his interrogation of Chirico produces no information, Rochina is convinced of a connection between Chirico and whoever kidnapped the top secret Perfect Soldier. Under the orders of his superior officers, General Battentian, Rochina and his spy network keep a close watch on Chirico in Uoodo City and Kummen, unsure of the level of his involvement with the mysterious Secret Society.    As he becomes more deeply involved with Chirico&#039;s progress, Rochina defects from his own military in order to continue the pursuit. This involves a complex game of capture and manipulation, in which Rochina himself is merely the pawn of a greater power.

Masaya Ayoama is Ichigo's long time secret love. He is extremelly skilled at kendo, one of the top best students in his club. In episode 1 he and ichigo go to the red data animal exhibit as their first date.  ~!He later confesses his love for Ichigo and tells her that he knows that she is a Mew Mew. Shortly after he tells her this he later discovers that he is in fact the Blue Knight and Deep Blue. Ichigo manages to save the kind and gentle side of him by destroying Deep Blue.!~

Deep Blue (ディープ・ブルー Dīpu Burū?) is the leader of the aliens and the primary reason they have returned to the Earth.[61] Deep Blue went to sleep within the Masaya personality, leaving Masaya with no memories of whom or what he really was, though he retained Deep Blue&#039;s disgust for the way humans were treating the environment.   ~!Unlike Masaya, Deep Blue is cold natured and cruel hearted. When he first emerges, he attacks Ichigo, cutting her arm. He also ignores Kish&#039;s plea that he not hurt Ichigo, determined to kill anyone who defies him. When Kish later challenges Deep Blue to a dual to protect Ichigo, Deep Blue kills him without any hesitation.  Killing Kish enables the Masaya personality to temporarily re-emerge. Masaya is able to hold back Deep Blue when he tries again to kill Ichigo, then he releases the final mew aqua inside Deep Blue, which kills Deep Blue and himself but releases a healing force across Tokyo that restores Kish to life and heals the wounds of the Mew Mews, Ryou, Pie, and Tart.  Though Deep Blue is the series primary antagonist, he does not actually appear until the end of the sixth volume of the manga. In the anime series, however, he appears in the form of a blue light to whom Kish gives progress reports. In the twenty-sixth episode, after Kish brings him a bit of mew aqua, Deep Blue is shown in a shadowed version of his true form until his full awakening in the forty-ninth episode. Deep Blue&#039;s death is also changed in the anime, with Masaya still holding Deep Blue at bay, but it being Mew Ichigo who uses her finishing attack to kill Deep Blue and free Masaya.  To keep the true identity of Deep Blue a secret in the anime, he is listed in the original credits of the first two episodes as &quot;Mysterious voice&quot; (謎の声 Nazo no koe?) with a question mark in place of his voice actor&#039;s name. After the second episode, he is listed by name, but the question mark remains in the voice actor&#039;s spot until the forty-ninth episode when his identity is revealed. At that point, the credits are changed to show that the voice actor is Megumi Ogata, who also voices Masaya and the Blue Knight.!~  Deep Blue is one of the few characters in the Mew Mew Power dub version whose name remains unchanged, however he is also changed from being a savior for the aliens to being a destructive force that wanted to destroy the Earth, which causes the others to turn against him.[citation needed] In the Mew Mew Power English adaptation of the anime series, he is voiced by Scottie Ray.

Demak is a Dark Signer bearing the Monkey Birthmark. His color scheme is yellow amongst the Dark Signers and his history is unknown. The source of his rebirth as a Dark Signer is shrouded in mystery and left unexplained, leaving his only tie to the Signer War in Ancient Fairy Dragon - the card he holds after Fudou Hakase dropped it after Rudger&rsquo;s takeover at MIDS. Using Ancient Fairy Dragon, he lines himself opposite Ruka while his Dark Synchro Monster - Demonic Monkey King Zeman - terrorises the Duel Spirit World which leads Ruka to enter the world while Demak duels Rua who is left in her place. To fit with the monkey theme in his deck and dark power, the Earthbound God Demak possesses is Cusilly, a representation of the Nazca Line that has been forged as a Birthmark on his arm.     ~!Once Ruka returns to the real world following Rua destroying Zeman in the duel, she uses his Power Tool Dragon and her new companion Regulus to regain Ancient Fairy Dragon. Using the two, she destroys Cusillu, resulting in Demak&#039;s death.  After Yusei finishes the duel against Godwin, Demak is revived alongside the other Dark Signers. His story after wards is left untold.!~

Ryo is the best duelist in Duel Academy. Unlike his little brother (Sho Marufuji) he excels in all dueling forms. He often studies the dueling format with all duelists, and never underestimating his opponent. He uses some of the most powerful Machine Type monsters in the game. He was also undefeated in Duel Academy, hence the nickname "Kaiser".  ~!(until his first loss ever, in season 2, to Aster Phoenix)!~  In the manga, Ryo is an exchange student to the U.S who returns to Duel Academy with two attendants.

Anubis (アヌビス, Anubisu)is the main antagonist in Yu-Gi-Oh! The Movie: Pyramid of Light.    In the English version of the movie, Pharaoh Atem had defeated Anubis a long time ago, only for him to eventually resurface as a after effect of Yugi Muto solving the Millennium Puzzle. To that end, Anubis posseses the King of Light (Kaiba) to defeat the King of Darkness (Dark Yugi) and become ruler of the world. However, when Kaiba regains control, Anubis removes him and personally duels Yugi. However, though he lost the duel, Anubis turns into the King of Destruction and tries to kill his enemies, only to be destoryed by Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon. 

Father of Tatsuyoshi. He is a policeman and is respected in the community.    ~!He once brings back home Mitsuko after the other children lose her. In reality however, he often returns home drunk and beats Tatsuyoshi. Later he commits suicide because of debts he has for visiting a blond prostitute. !~

Yasha-ou is the King of the Yasha clan and Bushinshou (warrior god) of the North, also happens to be the strongest one out of the four bushinshous. His given name is Yama, that is what it was before he became Yasha-ou. 
After he heard the Prophecy from Kuyo, he became very interested in the whole rebellion, so he went and broke Ashura&#039;s seal and freed them. After the Yasha clan was demolished because Ashura was brought into the village, Yasha-ou and Ashura set out on their journey to find the other members of the Six Stars. Yasha-ou is a pretty stoic person who doesn&#039;t like to talk much, but is very determined to defeat Taishakuten. Yasha is Ashura&#039;s best friend and a kind of lover

Tadakoro is a character of the week who appeared in Ep 91
Umberto was a strange old man who lived on Fukuhara Island No. 4 where a Kabuto Dome Fossil was found. When [Nurse Joy](https://anilist.co/character/7558/Joy) brought an excavation crew to help her find more Fossils, he decided to do everything he could to get rid of them. His method of choice was to dislodge giant boulders from a cliff and make them fall on them. His intention was not to hurt them but merely to scare them away.
