A scientist who developed cybernetic technology for the police force. Taki, however, refused to allow Ichihara to test his works on the Special Security agents. Nevertheless, Ichihara was able to give Raiden a cybernetic exoskeleton. During the final battle, he was killed when his laboratory exploded.

The oldest member of the Glomar crew. His primary role in the ship is to negotiate with customers, persuading them to purchase whatever items the Glomar is selling. When asking for the name of Kei&#039;s newly built unit, he proposed the name &#039;Gamon&#039;. He forms a close relationship with Kei.

Key says that Dr. Mima brought her into this world, that he is her &quot;Creator&quot;. But she also refers to him as her &quot;Grandfather&quot;. He is a pioneer in robotics, but he couldn&#039;t develope a robot that would move from his own will, untill he met Tomiko (Key&#039;s grandmother) and her Geist in Mamio Valley... Their daughter Toyoko provides him with a liquid manifestation of her and her mother&#039;s supernatural powers,  which he uses as a &quot;gasoline&quot; for his dolls/robots. Toyoko didn&#039;t want the same fate for her daughter Tokiko, so Dr. Mima fulfilled his daughter&#039;s will of supressing all supernatural powers in Tokiko by hiding all the extracted gel inside her. Unfurtunately this act also supressed her human conciousness. Therefore Key believed she&#039;s another robot of Dr. Mimas&#039;.

The Emperor of Anatoray is the father of Sophia. He no longer pays attention to the needs and suffering of his people. His death leads to Sohpia&#039;s succession to the throne.

A professor and a genius, Professor Genius is something of a right-hand man to King Morpheus. He tries his best to help and watch over Nemo, particularly making sure he avoids Flip. He is extremely well mannered and though he tries to maintain a formal front wherever he goes, the Professor can't resist the urge to dance whenever the chance presents itself.

A very old soldier who was the first one to find the twins, he is the second of the four individuals behind the organization. He gave Johan his name, the name from the boy in the picture book called &quot;The Monster without a Name&quot;. General Wolf is actually the only one of four individuals that did not want to make Johan a new Fuhrer. Wolf&#039;s family and acquaintances have all been killed by Johan, thus teaching him true loneliness as seen through Johan&#039;s eyes. He is a strong fighter and a talented strategist. He is said to be the only one who can equal the former Oniwabanshū leader in a fight, wielding steel tonfa to block sword blows. Okina was to become the next leader but refused the position, saying that it was the time for the young, not the old and recommended Aoshi to be the next leader. He was then made an agent in Kyoto for gathering information. Upon retiring, he gave up his fighting ways (although he was seen fighting Aoshi) and now lives peacefully in Kyoto at the Aoiya (House of Malva), the headquarters of the Oniwabanshū (which is now a hotel), where he raised Misao. Although old, Okina still possesses a quick mind and knows all of the outer and inner workings of Kyoto since the old intelligence network of the Oniwabanshu is still active. He uses this network to help Kenshin find Arai Seikū and Hiko Seijūrō. Okina tends to like drinking games and pretty girls.

Grandfather of Isami. He does housework in place of Reiko, and is very good at cooking.     He is good at the spear. Kamonojo Serizawa who is his childhood friend and he are long-standing rivals.  His true colors had come to light from the beginning though he hid one&#039;s origin and did the assistant of Shinsengumi as Shirozukin. 

Shun Di (舜帝（シュン・ディ）, Shun Di?) is an herbal doctor from China that debuted in Virtua Fighter 2. He uses Drunken Kung Fu. Shun is from Northern China and is considered as a sage by many. He teaches in his small training hall and had many students in the past but most have left him by now. This is due to his keen interest in taking students able to take hardship as part of the training.    While drinking with his friends, Shun hears them boasting about the success of one of their student fighters in recent tournament competitions. He suddenly exclaims, &quot;I also want to participate in the World Fighting Tournament&quot;. Shun&#039;s friends pleaded with him not to, but once Shun had mentioned his intent to fight, he was adamant and eventually joined the tournament (Wiki).  

Yomi&#039;s advisor, Yoda is a technological genius, creating various devices, such as the energy meter that tells an opponent&#039;s youki level in numbers. During the Makai Tournament, he assists Koto as announcer.

Lady Miyako was a former test subject known as "Designated #19" from the Project. She is the high priestess and leader of a temple in Neo-Tokyo and a major ally of Kaneda and Kei as the story progresses, who plays an important role in the final battle with Tetsuo Shima.

Gerhard is the name the character called himself in the series, but due to being a swindler, maybe that's not his true name. He tried to swindle some money from Mr. Robinson. He also lied to Flone, saying he was a composer.
