Muten-Rôshi's friend and long-time companion, the good-natured lovable turtle lives in the Kame House with the elderly hermit. During Dragon Ball Z in the anime filler, he celebrates his 1,000th birthday in episode 117. He plays a relatively small part in the manga, but he has quite a few large roles in the anime. When he first appeared, he was in the wilderness, alone and lost. He was picking mushrooms when he got separated from his friends and had since been wandering around on land for over a year. Goku kindly takes on the task of returning him to the ocean, which he is very grateful for. It is Umigame who introduces Muten-Rôshi to Bulma and Son Goku. Umigame does not care much for Muten-Rôshi's perverse interests, enjoying honest interests himself. He was one of the first animal characters Goku meets and befriends, giving a small sense of irony that in the final Dragon Ball GT episode, he's one of the few characters that Goku bids farewell to after departing with Shenlong. In the anime, his power level is 0.001, as evident when Bulma tests Raditz's scouter in the Vegeta Saga.

Bubbles is the monkey pet of the North kai, better known as King Kai. He serves a special purpose during King Kai&#039;s training lessons, particularly one of two endurance tests, where trainees are instructed to chase after Bubbles in an effort to catch him. This forces the trainee to push themselves in gravitation 10 times that of the Earth. Goku spends 40 days working on this test, while Piccolo, who is later killed by the Saiyans Nappa and Vegeta and is sent to train with King Kai in Other World, manages to catch Bubbles almost effortlessly (as during the year Goku spends running Snake Way and training with King Kai, Piccolo has been training both in solitude and with Gohan). This causes King Kai to outburst that Piccolo should know Bubbles&#039; test was not meant for him, but for Yamcha, Tenshinhan and Chiaotzu. Also to note is that his human name, “Sadık,” means “loyal” in Turkish.

Taroimo (タロイモ) is a cyborg dog from the Future Kingdom of Barjimoa on Karakuri Island. It is a cybernetically modified dog that is seen capable of launching missiles from its mouth.  It was first seen attacking Franky, who was sent flying on Karakuri by Bartholomew Kuma, because it thought he was a prey. It was then told to stop by its two owners after they realised who it was attacking. It then started dancing along with Franky and its owners.   It is numbered, just like the Battle Franky&acute;s or the Zombies of Thriller Bark. Its number is 28.

Vice-Admiral Onigumo was one of the five vice-admirals leading the Buster Call on Enies Lobby.  He is a tall man with a scary-looking face and his eyes are always closed. He smokes a cigarette and wears an ancient war helmet. From under the helmet, a bunch of long hair is shown.  When a soldier argued against Onigumo&#039;s order of destroying a fellow Buster Call ship and 1000 comrades just to kill Monkey D. Luffy, being a firm believer in Absolute Justice, Onigumo shot him in cold blood. Being a firm believer of Absolute Justice, Onigumo is willing to sacrifice anything to defeat what is defined as &quot;evil&quot;.  As a Marine Vice-Admiral, Onigumo is capable of commanding a Buster Call alongside four other Vice-Admirals. He also used a flintlock  to shoot a soldier for questioning the doctrine of &quot;Absolute Justice&quot;.


Rakuyou is the commander of the 7th division of the Whitebeard Pirates. His name was revealed in a SBS of Volume 58. 

He is often seen wielding a unique spiked ball and chain that has a face at the end. This weapon vaguely resembles the Chain Chomp enemy from the Super Mario franchise in design.

Kasagoba is a marbled rockfish fishman and a combatant of the New Fishman Pirates. In the anime, he is named Kasagon (カサゴン Kasagon)  First Appearance: Chapter 607; Episode 527  (source: One Piece Wikia)

Kaneshiro is a mafia boss who rose in the criminal underworld through clever use of blackmail. Even the police cannot do anything against him due to him being highly elusive and well-guarded along with his vast wealth reserves.

Mohmoo is a giant "sea cow" that was brought from the Grand Line by Arlong's crew. It was he who destroyed Gosa Village. However, when he encounters Luffy, Sanji, and Yosaku's boat, he is promptly beaten, and used to tow their boat to the island. Later, during the battle at Arlong Park, he is called upon by Hatchan to fight the Straw Hats. Despite memories of his first defeat, he does as told, only to be used in the Gomu Gomu no Kazaguruma, an attack by Luffy that takes out most of Arlong's forces, and then was thrown out of Arlong Park in the process, never to be seen again. Momoo is possibly an ophitauros. It can make a "mooo"ing sound like any cow. It has no problem staying on land, since Arlong's crew pulled it right through Gosa Village without it taking any known damage.
