Acting out of pure boredom, Ryuk begins the story of Death Note on a whim. Perhaps neutral by nature, Ryuk often refuses to aid Light and instead enjoys watching him struggle for his goal. The most important facet of Ryuk's character is that he is not Light's friend. He acts for his own interests and entertainment, and often fails to tell Light key details about the Death Note. Ryuk is selfish, however, and will aid Light if it serves his own goals, such as providing amusement or obtaining apples, which he loves.

The most frequently recurring villain in the series. His speech follows the conventions of Mojo Jojo in the original Japanese dub of Powerpuff Girls; he does not speak quickly, but ends his sentences with &quot;Mojo&quot;. He was a normal monkey mistreated by some humans in the Tokyo City Zoo until he was affected by a black light from Chemical Z making him highly intelligent, seeking revenge on all humans. Now he can fly and has some martial arts abilities. He is still about the same size as the original as the giant cape conceals his small figure (in some concept art, Mojo controls mechanical legs under his giant cape, which makes him look taller than he really is). Mojo also possesses a destructive - though largely redundant - robot called Mojo Robo, which is often modified in each episode. Mojo currently lives in an abandoned house next to the Tokyo City Tower, where he repairs Mojo Robo, builds other devices, eating whatever food he bought or stole, and spends some quality time watching TV. He seems to have an obsession with food, mainly sweets (which he shares with Blossom). Mojo Jojo's true plan is to take over the world, but it appears that food is important to him to accomplish his ambition. Like the original, he is also responsible for the creation of the Rowdyruff Boys. Unfortunately, the boys don't have any respect for him and use his parental love for them to their advantage. They refer to him as Mama, until they abandon him when they no longer need to use him. Episode 33 hints that Mojo harbors feelings for Ms. Keane, who was very kind to Mojo despite both his appearance and his actions in episode 19. Like many recurring characters he has his own symbol, a bunch of bananas. However, in the TV airing of episode 1, Mojo had his Initials (M J Y, The first letter of each Kana of his name) in the background. Sakazuki - Admiral Akainu, formerly known as Vice Admiral Sakazuki, is an Admiral in the world of One Piece, one of only three to hold such a position and subordinate only to Fleet Admiral Sengoku. In English, his name means "Red Dog."  Akainu is a firm believer in "Absolute Justice", going as far as destroying the refugee ship simply due to the possibility of even one scholar sneaking on board. His logic is that if even one of the scholars of Ohara had escaped with it, the mission would've been a failure, much to the dismay of Aokiji, who called him a fool for overdoing things. As an Admiral, Akainu is able to command vast number of Marine troops that are under his rank. Most of all, he has the ability to order a Buster Call attack on any island. In addition to this, given that he holds the same rank as Kizaru and Aokiji, it can be assumed that he commands comparable fighting abilities to those two.  He has the devil fruit ability where he is able to transform his body into magma.

The other clan leaders went to eternal sleep with the previous Lord or betrayed him. He was secretly given the task to guide the current Lord in order to lessen the confusion and chaos when the previous Lord and clan leaders went into eternal sleep. ~!Gejutel was sent out by the Lord to find out where Seira and Regis were staying and what they were doing. When he returns to report to the Lord, he tells Regis and Seira not to trust Frankenstein, but they can trust Rai. When reporting to the Lord, he conceals the truth to keep Rai and Frankenstein’s identity hidden. However, Rael lets out that he confronted unknown people with power, which leads to Gejutel being accused of treachery. !~
