Al is an apprentice gnome (a person that maintains the gravity levels if Aqua to match that of Man-Home). Despite his youthful looks and short stature, he is actually nineteen, though he has the tendency to crack &quot;old guy jokes&quot;, which irritates Aika to no end whenever she&#039;s present. He does wear glasses, although it&#039;s not known whether he has very bad eyesight or not. He has excellent nightvision, though, like all gnomes, mostly due to their life spent underground. In the manga, he&#039;s prone to fainting spells at first, assumedly because gnomes are unaccustomed to the heat normally associated with summer days in Neo-Venezia. He nevertheless lives on Ukijima, which may or may not account for him often taking care of Akatsuki and Woody when they were children. Tokunosuke is a crafty person who has similar mannerisms to Weevil Underwood. They both appear quite similar and are viewed as creepy by the female characters. They both trick their opponents into taking their cards and take advantage of it. At the beginning of the series, Shinichi is a 17-year old student at Teitan High School. He is already well-known as a brilliant young detective, the "Savior of the police force", for solving many difficult cases that the professionals could not. However, while investing 2 mysterious men, he is spotted and forced to swallow an experimental poison known as APTX 4869. This results in his body shrinking to that of a 6 year old.

Shinichi comes up with the alias Conan Edogawa after Arthur Conan Doyle and Edogawa Rampo and pretends to be a distant relative of Agasa's who places Conan in Ran's care. Ran's father Kogoro Mouri, owns a Detective Agency which Conan uses to his advantage to discover cases involving the Black Organization.

As Conan, Shinichi helps Ran's father solve cases by putting him to sleep and simulating Kogoro's voice using the special bowtie gadget Professor Agasa made for him. By solving cases one after the other, he helps build up Kogoro's reputation who will later on be referred to as "Sleeping Kogoro". He also spends a good amount of time with his Detective Boys fellows and solves many small cases with them and sometimes in the company of Professor Agasa.

Kenta is one of the first people Ginga meets in the series. Initially, he is shown to be a weak blader not fully understanding the true meaning of battle. A cute and small devil that served as Pluie&#039;s sidekick until he was purified by Wedding Peach and subsequently forced out of the devil realm. He becomes a close friend of Momoko and pretends to be a stuffed toy when others are around.

The chief heroine of Plastic Little, Titaniva Mu Koshigaya (or Tita to her friends) is the captain of the Cha-Cha Maru, a petshop hunter ship she inherited from her father. A tomboy at heart, whenever she gets time away from the gas ocean, Tita often enjoys riding on her jetcycle. However, Tita would prefer to cruise the gas ocean. Officer Jenny is not a single entity. Rather, there are many Jennys working as police officers across the various regions of the Pokémon world.  Generally, Officer Jennies are brave and determined, but mostly ineffective in their police duties. They fight against the likes of Team Rocket, Team Magma, Team Aqua and Team Galactic - among other miscellaneous criminals. The town/region where a certain Jenny comes from can be discerned by the symbol on their hats which always differs depending on location.  Although Jennies appear mostly identical, there is some minor divergence among them, as evidenced by Brock, who is able to recognize different Jennies on numerous occasions. Brock appears to be the only character who can tell them apart. However, each Jenny has a different symbol on her hat that indicates location. There seem to be two Viridian Jennies, as during the Indigo League, two Jennies with the same hat symbol were seen side-by-side. (We know that the symbol in question--a star--indicates Viridian due to previous episodes.) One of the Viridian Jennies maintains a fierce rivalry with the Jenny of Eterna City. Although there are many exceptions, Officer Jenny will generally have Growlithe to use as a police dog.  There is a very distinct parallel between the families of Officer Jenny and Nurse Joy. This may indicate some sort of relation or deeper connection, and fans have sometimes speculated about such. However, the only thing known about the two families is that they are apparently on good terms.  Ash's Squirtle was given to an Officer Jenny who fights fires. It is the leader of a group of four other Squirtle known as the "Squirtle Squad", who serve as the local firefighting team.  A young Officer Jenny named Marble appeared in Luxray Vision!. She was in charge of looking for "The Bandit Beauties Three." She was also voiced by 西村ちなみ Chinami Nishimura in Japanese, but voiced by Meghan McCracken in English.  An Officer Jenny from Kanto appeared in Stealing the Conversation! with a Chatot as her partner. Apparently, she had come all the way to Sinnoh to capture Jessie, James, and Meowth.

Andy practices the Shiranui-ryuu ("style" in Japanese) Ninjutsu and a form of empty-handed ninja combat called Koppouken, which he trained in after witnessing his foster father's murder in order to gain revenge on Geese Howard. Mai Shiranui is his fiancée (in her mind), and the granddaughter of Hanzo Shiranui, the man he learned Ninjitsu from.  It was after his foster father Jeff's death that Tung Fu Rue took responsibility for raising himself and Terry. Andy went to Japan to train under Hanzo and grew up alongside Mai, while Terry stayed in South Town.  During Andy's time in Japan, he met the Muay Thai fighter Joe Higashi, and challenged him to a match. When Andy won, he invited Joe to return to America with him to enter the King of Fighters tournament, held by Geese. Before this, Andy had rarely, if ever, seen Terry in the interim since Jeff's death. Andy quickly grew jealous of Terry because Terry was taller, older, more experienced and quite possibly a better fighter, and unlike Andy, Terry did not practice a grueling daily training regimen.  Late in the tournament, Andy tried to kill off Geese by himself. Geese's power proved to be too much for Andy as he almost fell to his death. Terry saved Andy, who finally acknowledged Terry as the better of the two brothers.  Andy's emotions prevented him from reaching the final round, but when Terry defeated Geese, Andy felt a sense of closure and returned to Japan to continue his training. After Terry beat Geese at the end of their first King of Fighters Tournament, a new tournament was held, this time hosted by Wolfgang Krauser. Andy, while present in the tournament, did not accomplish much story-wise.  Ever since Geese's death, the fall of the First Southtown, and the birth of Second Southtown, Andy has been busy training Hokutomaru through the ways of Shiranui-ryuu Ninjutsu and Koppouken. Instead of fighting in the tournament himself, he sends Hokutomaru in his place to see what his apprentice has learned. In Hokutomaru's ending Andy writes him a note saying that he was proud of how strong Hokutomaru has gotten. Sailor Lead Crow is the third of the Sailor Animamates to appear. 

In the manga, Lead Crow first appears at [Rei Hino's](https://anilist.co/character/2367/Rei-Hino) temple to confront her fellow Coronians, Phobos and Deimos, who are actually the guardians of the Princess of Mars, Rei Hino. Using Galactica Tornado, she succeeds in stealing their starseeds before [Sailor Moon](https://anilist.co/character/2030/Usagi-Tsukino) destroys her. According to the Materials Collection, besides using Galactica Tornado, Lead Crow can also manipulate rot, and is known for being a sadist. 

 In the anime, Lead Crow appears as a partner of [Aluminum Siren.](https://anilist.co/character/12419) She is said to be the leader of the Animamates, and calls her partner her "greatest rival"; however, she harbors great concern for her fellow Animamate. She dislikes [Tin Nyanko,](https://anilist.co/character/12421/Sailor-Tin-Nyanko) but partners with her for a time.

Annin, also known as the Supreme Elderly Lord (太上老君 Taijō-Rōkun), is the guardian of the sacred Furnace of Eight Divisions, the border between life on Earth and the Other World. She is among one of the few beings working under [King Enma](https://anilist.co/character/9773/Lord-Enma) that does not appear to be an ogre.

Robot built by Dr Mashirito using the plans for Arale, but male. Arale calls him Obotchiman-kun (おぼっちまん君, Obotchiman-kun). Extremely polite and well-mannered. He later becomes a love interest for Arale. Initially dubbed &quot;Caramelman #4&quot; by Dr Mashirito, his creator.

As one of the members of the Phantom Troupe, the most distinctive thing about Kortopi is his haggard appearance. A thick and messy mane of hair flops down his face, obscuring everything except for an occasional glimpse of his eyeball.

The replicas that he creates vanish after 24 hours, regardless of their size. A mysterious person who comes from the future and tells our protagonist Son Goku of the bleak future to come. He is characterized as well-mannered, serious, and very cautious.

Son Goku Jr. is Son Goku's great-great grandson (Pan's grandson). Just like his great grandfather Son Gohan at a young age Goku Jr. is very timid, and would run away from situations like being bullied. He would not do anything to retrieve what was stolen from him. He is seen once at the end of Dragon Ball GT, fighting in what may be the 64th Tenka-ichi Budōkai against a distant descendant of Vegeta's, Vegeta Jr. He also appears in the final Dragon Ball Special, A Hero's Legacy, in which he meets Goku. He might be only 1/16th Saiyan and has the power to become Super Saiyan, even with his diluted Saiyan blood.  His gi resembles Goku's, with the exception of having blue pants and a teal shirt underneath his vest (though in the finale of Dragon Ball GT, he wore Goku's preserved, ancient gi). Goku Jr.'s hair is in the same style, shape and form of Goku's. His hair and eye color are both black. His headband is red, which makes it resemble the headband Bardock wore before he took on Frieza to defend the Saiyan race from eradication. His skin color resembles Son Gohan's; milky white or very lightly tanned. The only notable difference between him and Goku and/or Goten is his face, which more resembles his mother's side of the family.

Tetsuya is a boy in Doremi's class. Although he often annoys Doremi, he actually likes her. His hobby and passion is soccer.

Nurse Joy is a recurring character in every Pokemon series released.   There are multiple Nurse Joys in every town, city and region. They all look the same, have the same voice and personalities. There have been numerous speculations as to why all the Joys look alike, though it seems they are all related in some way.   However, there have been instances in which a Nurse Joy has been known to have a different personality and appearance (such as the aggressive sun-tanned Nurse Joy of the Orange Islands). Brock has an ability to tell each Joy apart based on minute details in their differences.   Each Joy works in the field of medicine, loves Pokemon and is extremely patient and caring. They are the heads of their respective Pokemon Centres.   A Nurse Joy's Pokemon choices are predominantly Chansey and Blissey: nurturing Pokemon that aid in the Pokemon Centres.

He was given a Plusle and Minun by his grandfather, but he was unsure of whether or not he could properly train them. Having very little trust and confidence in his Pok&eacute;mon, all Thatcher could do was cheer for others using their Helping Hand.
