Akira is one of Neo Venezia&#039;s three Water Fairies, and is Aika&#039;s supervisor with the Himeya company. She is nicknamed the Demon Instructor for her strict training regimen as well as her loud and brusque personality. She is particularly harsh with Aika, in spite of the fact that the girl is her employers&#039; heir, though she does so since she honestly thinks that there is potential in her. As such, she is the only Himeya employee who does not fawn on Aika, though even the latter admits that it is only due to Akira&#039;s strictness (and honesty) that she has been able to become a good undine. As a prima undine, she is known as &quot;Crimson Rose&quot; (真紅の薔薇).    Akira is famous for her conversational skills as well as her intimate knowledge of the sights to be seen in Neo Venezia. She has a lot of admirers among her customers, though surprisingly enough these are more female than male (which seems to bother her a little, as she considers herself very feminine).    Akira and Alicia&#039;s relationship mirrors Akari and Aika&#039;s, though Alicia is far more teasing when Akira is around. Fee Carmichael is the American pilot of the &quot;Toy Box&quot;, the debris-collecting ship used by the main characters of PlanetES. She was born in Richmond, Virginia, and the daughter of a prominent lawyer. Even more loud and brash than Hachi, Fee often becomes violent at others&#039; actions and inaction, but she always means well. Being a heavy (and slightly ashamed) smoker, she has difficulty finding places to indulge her habit in space, as smoking is a strain on life support systems and is thereby restricted to designated smoking rooms. This often makes her quite irritable, especially after all smoking rooms are shut down as the SDF began planting bombs in them. In the anime, she is able to get around this with an enclosed personal &quot;smoker&#039;s seat&quot; (which is prone to inadvertent sabotage). She's Miki's twin sister who feels overshadowed by his talent and dirtied by comparison with him. Kozue resents Miki's affection for Anthy Himemiya and is prone to acting out to grab her brother's attention, most notably by exercising loose sexual morals. Like Nanami, Kozue also seems to have an extreme brother complex. She is very protective of Miki and is the reason that he does not have a girlfriend (despite the affection of many of his schoolmates). 
Kozue considers herself a &quot;wild animal,&quot; wanting to be freed from adult rules and restrictions (in reality, she is resentful of her father remarrying).

Kiseki is Tadase's Guardian Character. He looks like a mini Tadase with different-colored hair. He is extremely egotistical, loves to dominate, but also has tsundere characteristics. He is always trying to outshine Yoru. His bearing is that of typical "king's fashion", complete with crown and mantle. Kiseki also occasionally calls meetings that require all the Guardian Characters to gather. In volume one, Miki seems to have a crush on him, saying he is cool. Kiseki likes to give orders but does not like to obey. Suffers from pollen allergy like Tadase.

Kiseki can do Character Change with Tadase. When this happens, Tadase gains a golden crown and king’s scepter. The only reason he usually Character Changes is to help Tadase become confident and if Tadase is called "prince".

Astharoshe &quot;Asthe&quot; Aslan, Duchess of Odessa and Kiev, is an undercover agent for the New Human Empire. She is a direct, no-nonsense individual who has a very low opinion of Terrans, referring to them as barbaric and stupid, among other things. Her opinion of humans, however, seems to have primarily been formed through Empire propaganda combined with having little exposure to or understanding of humans. Asthe takes being called a &quot;vampire&quot; as an insulting slur, and only refers to herself as a Methuselah. Asthe fights with a weapon called the Sword of Gae Bolg. The most powerful close-combat weapon found amongst the Lost Technology relics, the sword uses ionized xenon gas to create a high-density, high-temperature plasma blade capable of cutting through anything.    Asthe's view of humans begins to change after she is sent to Venice to arrest Endre Kourza, a vampire mass murderer whose newest round of killings in Vatican territory could spur a war. As part of her mission, she is partnered with Father Abel Nightroad from the AX Agency. When the two find Endre, Asthe becomes solely focused on killing him because he murdered her partner. She is so blinded by her rage that she destroys the Rialto Bridge, killing and wounding many humans that had come for a festival. Abel also sustains injuries while protecting her from her own sword, which flew back at her in the explosion. She greatly regrets her actions, and keeps a better handle on her emotions when they go after Endre again and arrest him. Though she initially berated Abel for calling himself her partner, a word of special meaning to Asthe, at the end of the mission, he earned her respect enough for her to call him her partner. She also became more accepting and tolerating of humans in general.    Her partnership with Abel would become an important step in the secret peace negotiations between the Vatican and the Empire. She would later be assigned to shelter the Vatican diplomats and the Earl of Memphis after the Rosenkreuz Orden's attempt to assassinate Cardinal Caterina. Through this turn of events, Asthe would also become a core Empire representative in the question to stop the Rosenkreuz Orden's continued efforts to start another war between the Methuselah and Terrans.    In the novels, the partner that Endre killed was the Countess Len Yearnoshe, however in the anime series, her partner is changed to a male and it is implied that they were lovers.    In the anime, she is first sent to investigate an incident suspected to be connected to a vampire mass murderer and reluctantly partnered with Abel, Astharoshe is a direct, no-nonsense individual who harbors a low opinion of humans. Despite the fact that she can be harsh, Astharoshe has also been shown to be very caring and understanding on some occasions. She has proved to be a skilled fighter and wields a large spear, that can extend on her command and fires massive blasts of energy from its tip.

Ataru's childhood friend and classmate. Until Lum showed up she was also Ataru’s girlfriend. She is a neat, clean, sweet, and petite young lady who can be viewed as the archetypically perfect Japanese female. Not long after Lum showed up Shinobu began to develop super-human strength. She like all female members of her class has a huge crush on Mendou. She is often part of a "foursome" consisting of Ataru, Lum, Shuutaro, and herself.

Mitsuhiko Tsuburaya is a student in Teitan Elementary School when Shinichi joins his class as [Conan Edogawa.](https://anilist.co/character/1742/Conan-Edogawa) Shortly afterwards, his classmates [Ayumi](https://anilist.co/character/4228/Ayumi-Yoshida) and [Genta](https://anilist.co/character/4251/Genta-Kojima) have the idea of investigating an apparently haunted mansion, and they persuade Conan to come along. When Mitsuhiko expresses his skepticism about supernatural hauntings, Genta forcefully 'persuades' him to tag along as well. As it turns out, the ghost story is a cover-up for an old homicide case. 

Soon after, the accidental acquisition of a treasure map leads Ayumi, Genta, Mistuhiko and Conan on a hunt for a cache of stolen Italian gold coins, during which Conan saves them from getting killed by the mafia members who are also after the gold. After the case is resolved, Mitsuhiko joins Genta and Ayumi in forming the nucleus of an amateur detective group, the Detective Boys.

Mitsuhiko enjoys reading science books and takes a scientific approach to problem-solving. He is a smart and well-read first-grader who believes that technology can solve most problems. Due to his strict and formal upbringing by his parents, he tends to be very formal towards his elders, addressing them (in Japanese) with the formal suffix "-san" without regard to the intimacy of their relationship.

It has been shown at numerous times that Mitsuhiko really likes to be prepared for any occasion. He enjoys studying scientific, historic and general subjects for his own interest and fun. This eventually allows him to provide useful insights whenever necessary. He's been (or felt) rewarded a few times for his knowledge. In one instance, Ayumi said how impressed she was after Mitsuhiko provided some precise historical facts behind the Ohashi House in Kurashiki, and he thought to himself with a big happy smile on his face: "I'm so glad I studied!".

One of his other qualities is that he tends to be proactive in many situations and thinks ahead to possible outcomes. For example, while the Detective Boys were trying to solve riddles they found in a Momotaro container in a small river in Kurashiki, a murder occurred which eventually led to the different codes to get burned. Conan, knowing that resolving those codes would lead to concrete proof as to who the murderer might be, was quite pleased when Mitsuhiko proudly announced that he took notes in his Detective Boys notebook "thinking that something like that could happen". He has often been shown as shrewder and more quick-witted than Genta and Ayumi, sometimes leading the investigation when Conan and [Haibara](https://anilist.co/character/1743/Ai-Haibara) aren't present. 

Despite the preciousness of his intelligence, Mitsuhiko remains an elementary school child, and enjoys activities of his age, such as making a snowman or treasure hunting. As a consequence, he is best friends with Genta and Ayumi. Mitsuhiko has a dislike for carrots, and will always eat them last _(if ever)_ if he can help it. A character in the OVA series, Ranka is a shinma who is capable of transforming her victims into life-sized puppets, which she then drains their life forces. In the second episode, "A Banquet of Marionettes", Ranka was in pursuit of Kei Yuzuki, a handsome but lonely young boy at a high school in Kyoto - who was also being stalked by Miyu. Strangely, it seemed that Kei seemed to sense that Ranka had a special power to prolong life, and had asked her if she can keep him from aging.

At the same time, Himeko was at the school too, investigating the disappearance of one of Ranka's victims. She then ran into Miyu and Larva, and learned of a shinma's presence at the school. Both Miyu and Ranka confronted each other, but when it became evident that Kei had chosen Ranka and was transformed into a living puppet, Miyu banished both of them into the darkness.

A-ko seems to be near invulnerable with superhuman speed and strength, is the heroine of the series and lives in Graviton City, Japan. A-ko is usually very friendly, cheerful, and polite, and always tries to lead a normal life despite her unusual lineage. However, she does have a fiery temper, and is very dangerous when angered. She has a large appetite, and a tendency to oversleep on school days. Her constant friend is C-ko Kotobuki, whom she has known since kindergarten.
