Very little is known about Bison (Vega in the Japanese version). Except that he is the head of Shadowlaw. In contrast to Ken and Ryu&#039;s Hadou (which is based in chi), Bison&#039;s powers are based in his rage and hatred, and are referred to as his &quot;Psycho Power.&quot; Usage of his &quot;Psycho Power&quot; usually causes him to lose his ability to reason, and in one instance nearly strangles Chun Li while enraged only to regret his actions for a moment when he resumed his previous cognitive state... the only scene in which he ever shows a capacity for human emotion. As the leader of the secretive Shadowlaw, his only known goal is world domination, and most of his activities are financed through a variety of underground operations such as the Ashura syndicate. Takeshi Kusaka is a Japanese actor and seiyuu from Toshima, Tokyo. He is the founder of the Shiki Theatre Company.    

He provided the voice of M. Bison in the Street Fighter animated movie. His other anime role was Twilight of the Cockroaches.    

He rarely is involved in anime voiceovers, but he is a animation director. He mainly focuses on live acting, and dubbings on foreign movies, Like Disney's The Hunchback of Notre Dame, where he provide the voice of Judge Claude Frollo.    Back in 1989, Kusaka starred in Tokyo: The Last War (Teito Taisen), one of the film adaptions of the Teito Monogatari series. The villain Kato Yasunori was the main influence to Street Fighter's M. Bison. In 1994, Kusaka would provide the voice of Bison in the movie.
