He comes from the wealthy Genoard family that has close ties with the Runorata Mafia Family. He is Eve&#039;s only living relative as both their father and older brother were killed by Gustavo, the second-in-command member of the Runorata Family. He is short-tempered and prone to violence in addition to being impulsive and self-centered, and one to hold long-term grudges.

Mr. Hasegawa (長谷川 Hasegawa) is a minor character in the Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu series. He is a Mathematics teacher in Fumizuki Academy.  In the anime adaptation, he supervises the first Summoner Test War declared by Class 2-F after they abduct him while he was on his way to Class 2-E.

Toraji Ishida is a politics and economics teacher, and also the Kendo Club instructor of Muroe High School. He is perpetually broke and lives from paycheck to paycheck. He often does not have enough left over for food after paying bills and debts, so he ends up taking handouts from his students.

Reis Donovan is featured in episode one as Lib Tyrant&#039;s head bodyguard. He wears a high-tech visor and fights with a pair of giant, bladed boomerangs.

At the beginning of the series, he treated Akira as an enemy, but Akira still sees him as a friend. His treatment to Akira is due to the fact he didn&#039;t accept Yuki&#039;s feelings and that Akira is Mina&#039;s servant, in which Ryohei believes he is siding with the vampires. His hatred towards Vampires is so strong, that he agreed with students beating up Hikosaka because he &quot;associated&quot; with Mina. Frequently appearing to be lethargic, sleepy, and unmotivated, Ryner is the protagonist of the story. He has black eyes and hair and is of slender build; is naturally talented in magic, hand-to-hand combat, arts of assassination, ancient lore, languages and symbols, and the bearer of Alpha Stigma (複写眼, アルファ・スティグマ?), an ocular ability which grants him the ability to analyze various forms of magic. Alpha Stigma bearers when activating their powers, have a pentagram with reddish hue appearing over their pupils. Because of this ability, in a world where magic forms differs from country to country and is a closely guarded secret, he has learned and acquired magic originating from different countries through battles with their mages. Although the Alpha Stigma are the weakest and most common type out of the five types of "Cursed Eyes (魔眼, Magan?)", primarily because the bearers don't live to adulthood to fully utilize their potential before they are slain after going berserk usually at a young age, Ryner's eyes are no ordinary Alpha Stigma.

Nakamori is an inspector for the Tokyo district. His division is nominally devoted to fraud cases, but he spends most of his time and energy capturing the gentleman thief Kaitou Kid.

Nakamori has been dealing with Kaitou Kid ever since he first joined the police force, not knowing that he has been dealing with the original Kaitou Kid, [Toichi Kuroba,](https://anilist.co/character/30378/Toichi-Kuroba) and the new Kaitou Kid, Toichi's son [Kaito,](https://anilist.co/character/1747/Kaito-Kuroba) who is best friend and the romantic interest of his daughter [Aoko.](https://anilist.co/character/13972/Aoko-Nakamori) Nakamori used to be a homicide police inspector, but gave that up to focus his time more on Kid. 

Nakamori has a fiery and boisterous personality, always yelling to direct his officers and losing his cool when one of his plans goes awry. Nakamori is extremely self confident. He is usually very self-assured his plans will work and cackles madly to himself at the thought of Kaitou Kid being caught in them. His many failures don't stop him from proudly declaring on live news broadcasts he will surely nab the Kid next time. Nakamori's experience in chasing Kid is balanced by his impulsivity which is his downfall. After a surprise, Nakamori is typically drawn into chasing a Kaitou Kid dummy or shutting off the defensive measures instead of wisely making sure that Kaitou Kid isn't still on the scene or only pretending to have bypassed security (which is often really the case). 

Though a dedicated and capable police officer, Nakamori is always outsmarted by Kid, and even when he captures Kid, Kid somehow finds a way to escape. Nakamori doesn't like asking for help, but heavily appreciates the work of [Conan Edogawa,](https://anilist.co/character/1742/Conan-Edogawa) who often lends him a hand in trying to outsmart and capture Kid. All of the Kid's cases that involved Conan, end with the Kid giving back the treasure that he robs. 

Despite his intense dislike for Kid, Nakamori respects his rival's personality and sense of honor, willingly acknowledging that murder or similar capital crimes are completely out of the question for Kid. He becomes depressed and worried when Kid doesn't send out notices in a while because it means he has nothing to do; the return of Kaitou Kid pleased him greatly.

After this he started his own gang and continued his thievery under the guise of &quot;Salamander&quot;. At one point, he was Juvia Loxar&#039;s boyfriend or friend for a short time but he became annoyed with her rain so he broke up with her. He has dark brown hair which, according to Hidekaz Himaruya, is because he has Arabic blood in him and because he has a somewhat "dark" personality. In the anime adaptation and in more recent official artwork, his eyes are brown and he is shown with fair skin. In earlier artwork, his eyes were colored green and he had an olive complexion. Like his brother, he has a curly ahoge which sticks out on the right side of his head (as opposed to Italy's, which sticks out on the left).  Despite many speculations that they are twins, it has been confirmed by Hidekaz Himaruya that Romano is supposed to be older than Italy by a few years. In their childhood, the two knew of each other, but never met until after Grandpa Rome had passed away.  The two were separated again afterwards when Austria had taken Italy to his house and Spain had taken Romano. Eventually, the two were reunited when Italy was unified, but even after unification, they were still on difficult terms, even to this day. Italy adores Romano, while Romano usually brushes him off and tries to ignore him. This is mainly because Romano had always been jealous of his brother. Italy was favored more by Spain than he was, he inherited their grandfather's artistic talent, and Italy, according to Romano, looks more like their grandfather than he does. However, amid all the hard feelings, Romano does care about Italy and wishes that he would admire him more.  For most of his childhood, he lived with and was raised by Spain, who had controlled South Italy while Austria controlled the North.  Romano worked at Spain's house as a maid, but didn't accomplish much because he usually slacked off, slept, or just plain refused to do anything. If he did manage to find himself actually doing chores, he was quite clumsy when it came to doing so. Because Spain raised him, eventually great similarities between their cultures came to be, such as religion, customs, and even Romano's love for tomatoes. Romano always treated Spain very coldly and acted as though he hated him. Spain was always very affectionate towards him, and although Romano will never admit it, he actually cares for Spain deep down and even gets somewhat jealous when he sees Spain with someone else. Their relationship, to this day, is still quite close.  Unlike his brother, Romano hates Germany with a blazing passion. Several times, he's tried getting revenge on Germany for hanging around Italy and for making him eat German foods. All of these attempts, unfortunately for him, have failed. He seems to possibly hate Germans in general, something that apparently stems back to his childhood. Romano's philosophy about Germans, as revealed in one strip, is that they are all "uncivilized country bumpkins with bad physiology."  It also appears that Romano dislikes France as well.  His personality is noted as being "dark," and his outlook of the world is noted as being "bleak and biased," possibly due to the fact that his mafia constantly controls him and leads him around. Romano appears to be tough when compared to Italy, but in reality, he is just as cowardly and weak as he is. He loves pasta and tomatoes, but has a "no-foreign-food" policy, especially when it comes to potatoes and cheese. He acts friendly and nice towards women, but is somewhat rude and unsocial towards men. His hobbies include hitting on girls, siestas, cooking, and farming. It is mentioned that he is a skilled pickpocket, despite being quite clumsy and not very good with his hands. He has the nasty habit of speaking vulgarly, most often saying the words "dammit" and "bastard." When agitated, he makes the random sound "chigi," much like how his brother says "veh."   Also to note is that his human first name, "Lovino," means "the wine" in Italian, and his human last name, "Vargas," is a common Spanish surname, not Italian. 

The ace and current student of the Todo School, Ninomiya Daiki is one of the better drivers of the series. Driving a yellow Civic Type R (EK9), Daiki races against Takumi of Project D in a downhill battle. He excels in braking, being able to release the brake pedal in the perfect spot during a corner, every time. Daiki is also one of the school's all time three best downhill drivers. A male seikishi that goes to the Holy Land Academy and one of Dagmyer's lieutenants. An intelligent man with rectangle glasses and a suave smile, he only follows Dagmyer to observe the end-results of his ambitions.   ~!Neil and his friend Alan abstain from joining the final battle between the Holy Land students and Ran's bandits, as they don't wish to fight against their own classmates. They surrender peacefully to the students after they witness Dagmyer's defeat.!~

Shuu is Kuranosuke's half-brother and a personal assistant to their father. Due to catching his father cheating with Kuranosuke's mother at a young age, he has a phobia of women. However, after first seeing Tsukimi all dressed up, he starts becoming attracted to her, though he cannot recognize her whenever she wears her normal clothes.

~! He later recognizes Tsukimi in her usual clothes and remains in love with her, accepting her immediately and encouraging her in everything she does. He also starts to visit her and bringing cakes. When Tsukimi feels down and cries he stays by her side. In chapter 49 he confesses his feelings to her but she misinterprets and then he decides to write her a letter to propose her marriage. !~

Bardroy, usually referred to as Bard, is the household cook of American descent. Bard gruffly treats everything as though it's a military exercise, often referring to troops, enemies, and weaponry when he goes off into one of his many long-winded speeches about what it truly means to appreciate the culinary arts. He rarely produces anything edible as he uses weaponry such as a series of flamethrowers, each more extravagant than the last to cook and believes cooking is an art requiring explosions. Sebastian believes anything he creates is made up of charcoal and carcinogens. Kojūrō is a loyal retainer of Date Masamune, but also appears as a brotherly and mentor-like figure for the One-Eyed Dragon. Modeled after a typical yakuza-style gangster from the movies, his manner of speech, attitude towards his subordinates and even his secondary attack string clearly reflect this inspiration.    Kojuurou values honor and loyalty above everything else: he was ready to be executed for the &quot;sin&quot; of turning his sword against his master (albeit for a just cause). Kojuurou has been hinted to be stronger than his master various times (many characters&#039; lines when encountering him reflect this), and possibly he himself knows this; but he has unwavering faith in Masamune, despite the latter&#039;s young age and recklessness. Yomotsu Hirasaka is a blind man who makes use of a tape recorder that he dubs the "Justice" diary, where it records the wrong-doings of future events he thinks need correcting. It's a pretty misleading name since Yomotsu considers the evil deeds committed by a religion cult as much of an injustice as finding random trash on the floor. His diary's actual functions are actually similar to the Sixth's "Thousand League Eyes," but rather it's the "Thousand League Hearing." He is able to create illusions using hypnosis granted by his diary.    ~!While trying to kill himself, Yukiteru, Yuno, and Tsubaki through the use of a bomb, Yuno manages to stop Yomotsu and he ends up killing only himself as the bomb explodes. !~ Yomotsu is quite possibly insane and fancies calling himself a Hero of Justice. He talks using katakana and not the more common hiragana. He defines justice as always being on the side of the winner. He wears spandex along with a toy transformation belt as seen in many super sentai series, as well as a strange one-hole mask which bears similarities to a large eyeball.   He is named after Pluto (Hades) —the Roman god of the Afterlife. 

He is the son of Mark and Carol Sinclair and the brother of Lauren and Graham Sinclair.
