A strange girl that suddenly sneaks into Takeru’s room, believing it was her destiny to be with him. As she gets to know her rivals in love, Meiya’s belief in that “destiny” is becoming shaken.

As the heiress of the overtly large and wealthy Mitsurugi Zaibatsu, she had a somewhat sheltered upbringing. As a result, Meiya is a bit naive about the world, but has a very strong sense of righteousness, showing very adverse feelings to things like cheating and underhanded tactics. She speaks in an old-fashioned manner, and often carries around her treasured sword, the Minaru Kamui.

In Alternative, Meiya has a background she refuses to talk about. Rational and calm, she hates anything that could be seen as special treatment. Meiya is incredibly righteous and noble, and as such she often has conflicting feelings about her duty as a soldier and her duty to the Japanese people. As Storm Vanguard, she is particularly skilled in close combat, especially with a sword.

attends elementary school with Chibiusa. He is targeted by the Amazoness Quartet in Episode 155. He is a friend of Chibiusa and known to be very athletic, but also sarcastic. In the episode he is targeted by Amazoness JunJun, he is attempting to overcome his fear of the vault, the only portion of the athletic relay he has trouble with. JunJun, in order to see his dream mirror, scares him into leaping over the vault, effectively giving Kyūsuke the confidence to continue in the athletic competition (after Sailor Moon and Sailor Chibi Moon save him from JunJun).  He also plays a significant role in a later episode, when Chibiusa befriends a boy named Hiroki, who is trying to build a flying machine. While Kyūsuke initially seems resentful of Hiroki and how impressed Chibiusa is with Hiroki's dream, Kyūsuke ends up being the one to encourage Hiroki continue building the flying machine after multiple failed attempts. He tells Hiroki that some dreams must be achieved with the help of another person and that a dream is no less beautiful as a result. With Kyūsuke's help, Hiroki completes the flying machine when he realizes that alone he lacked the power and endurance to keep the machine in the air, but with Kyūsuke helping him pedal, it would take flight. Upon his awakening, Luna found out his name and that she was to take care of him. The crew gave him the nickname of Adam when [Howard](https://anilist.co/character/6350/Howard) blurted out the name Adam, unable to pronounce his real name.

Onpu&#039;s counterpart in the FLAT 4. Though he tries to become an idol to impress Onpu, he fails abyssmally, mostly due to his lack of stage-friendly abilities (i.e. singing). Despite this, he has a talent in dancing. He has teal hair and green eyes.
