Countess Rose was an English aristocrat who ran &quot;Princess Seminars&quot; for girls who wanted to learn etiquette and manners. She was turned into the Youma Shakoukai by Kunzite, and attempted to lure Sailor Moon to her Princess Seminars in order to discover her identity. She did manage to pinpoint Usagi as possibly being Sailor Moon, but she was healed by Moon Healing Escalation and forgot her time as a Youma before she could tell Kunzite. U-Ikasaman was a Daimon supervised by Mimete. She was the head of the dimensional rift created in the Tomoe Residence after Mimete shoved a number of different games into the Daimon creating oven while Professor Tomoe was not looking.    Apparently, she could manipulate the entire dimensional rift at will, threatening the Sailor Senshi that she would fling them off into another dimension if they did not play her games. U-Ikasaman claimed to be a pacifist, and said she did not like to resort to violence, but that did not stop her from sealing those who lost her games into giant playing cards.    She played games with the Sailor Senshi, but used methods of cheating to beat all of the Inner Senshi. After she lost to Chibiusa and Hotaru, she went back on her word and refused to let everyone go. Chibiusa then transformed into Sailor Chibi Moon and released Sailor Moon, who destroyed U-Ikasaman and the dimensional rift on the house.

Mayako was an anime only character. She was older lady who owned a large house, and was notorious for being rude to those who acted kindly toward her. Rumour had it that she was suspicious of anyone who tried to get close to her, as she assumed they wanted her property; it was true that some thugs were trying to harass her into selling her house.    In truth, she was not mean, and she took first Diana, and later Chibiusa, into her house and cooked them some of her delicious food, her speciality being her stew. She was a target of Hawk&#039;s Eye, who chased the thugs off, but then was offended when Mayako spurned him, as she did to everyone who acted unexpectedly kind toward her. After he looked into her Dream Mirror and left, and after Super Sailor Moon and Super Sailor Chibi Moon defeated his Lemures Autobiko, she was approached by Ichirou Ohno.    It turned out he was her former lover who had left her and their dream of opening a restaurant to study in France, thinking himself to good too open a restaurant in Mayako&#039;s house. It had been twenty years since they had last seen one another, but Ichirou had realised that he had been selfish and that his food, while critically acclaimed, did not taste as good to him as her stew. Arale&#039;s beautiful teacher and Senbei&#039;s dream girl. After a long period of unrequited love and nervous misunderstandings, Senbei proposes to her while thinking she is out of earshot. Surprisingly, she accepts immediately (while on the toilet, no less) and they are married in the next manga panel, resulting in a name change.

A competitor in the 21st Martial Arts Tournment who uses the fact that she's a "defenseless" woman as a weapon. For example, she shrieks when someone is about to hit her, causing them to pause, and in that time, she'll deliver a crushing punch or kick. If that technique fails, then she strips and tries to shock or embarrass her opponent. Namu is only able to defeat her by closing his eyes and attacking her without, "looking upon her womanly flesh." In the manga, her picture is briefly seen on one of the image rosters as one of the many targets of Tambourine's mission to kill the martial artists in the King Piccolo Saga, though it is unknown if Ran Fuan was slain; given that she had not appeared in the manga or the anime after the Budoukai, it is safe to say that Tambourine was stopped before he could kill her. In the U.S. dub, the stripping was excluded. Instead, the scene of one of Namu's failed attacks is shown followed by her twitching foot to show she was knocked out. This is strangely not edited in recaps, which clearly show her in her underwear. The words Ran &amp; Fuan are Japanese for "Lingerie &amp; Foundation garments".

Mrs. Briefs is Bulma's mother and the wife of Dr. Briefs. She is always interested in flirting with Goku and Vegeta. In the anime, she comments that she would like to go on a date with Vegeta and Goku. When Vegeta was offered a place to stay by Bulma - not long after Vegeta had tried to kill the Z Fighters - he was immediately welcomed in and taken aback by Mrs. Briefs; the shock of someone being so pleasant to him almost overwhelmed him.  Not much is known about her, but in the anime she's characterized as the archetypal blonde airhead who loves shopping and eating expensive cakes. Probably the most special feature of this woman is the fact that, as far as physical appearances go, she looks at least as young as her daughter, and unlike Bulma, she doesn't appear to age at all throughout Dragon Ball Z.  Not much is known about her, but in the anime she's perpetually happy, and is characterized as the archetypal blonde airhead who loves shopping and eating expensive cakes. Mikako&#039;s mom. She&#039;s taken care of Mikako by herself for a while and is viewed by the other characters as a great mom. She&#039;s a shoujo mangaka and often gets stressed from her job.

Mitsuko is a friend and classmate of Youichi and is often helping out at his restaurant.  She often repremands her brother Shigeru for abusing people's hospitality when they give him food.

Coconna grew up as an orphan in Uoodo City, managing to hold onto her innocence despite the crime and corruption of the streets. She tags along with Gotho and Vanilla, constantly looking for her own profit margin and throwing in her services whenever she can. She develops a searing crush on Chirico early in the series and often has to push her reluctant companions to help him when he is in trouble. Her brashness (and screeching volume) tests everyone&#039;s patience until later episodes when she becomes useful despite her constant complaining and argumentative nature.

A dancer from Palmina. Has connections to Destin, but joins the Fang of the Sun rebel group without telling him. Giorgio has a severe crush on her.

A seeming anomaly to the Transformers universe, Arcee first appeared in the 1986 cult classic The Transformers: The Movie as an Autobot living and working in Autobot City on Earth, circa 2005 in the Gen 1 series continuity. She first appears as a seeming romantic interest to Hot Rod, but that isn't necessarily the case, since the Transformers as a species don't have a true concept of gender as many species on Earth and many more aliens in other series do. Arcee's transformation converts her into a convertible automobile (akin to what Barbie dolls have). The Generation one series (running stateside from 1984-1990) is the first series in which she is featured as a fully-fledged Autobot, she next appeared in the Japanese exclusive Headmasters series, and did not resurface again until 2004's Transformers Energon, next appearing in the 2008 series Transformers Animated as a recurring guest star, next she appeared in the 2009 live action film Transformers Revenge of the Fallen, and is currently one of the main characters in the series Transformers Prime, she is also the only character to appear in every episode of that series thus far. Her modern alt-mode is a motorcycle.
