As a spy for the Lepton Kingdom, D has been stationed on earth for a long while, searching for signs of their missing princess. Her long exile comes to fruition when she encounters A-ko and C-ko racing to school one morning. She continues to stalk the pair, despite suffering massive (but accidental) bodily harm whenever they meet.  Like the Captain, D is in fact a woman, but appears very masculine to Earthling eyes. This confusion is cleared up at the end of the first movie, when she dons a very scant uniform to battle A-ko.  Although D does try to kill A-ko, she remains fervently loyal to C-ko, even going so far as to sample C-ko's toxic cooking out of respect. However, her main goal is to get C-ko back to the Lepton Kingdom, whether she wants to return or not. Genma Saotome is very much like his son, [Ranma.](https://anilist.co/character/668/Ranma-Saotome) He is somewhat arrogant when it comes to his martial arts abilities, which he rarely showcases due to cowardice or laziness. It was Genma that took Ranma to Jusenkyo. Because he was unable to read the pamphlet, which was in Chinese, he had no idea of the curses that existed there. 
When splashed with cold water Genma transforms into a panda. When in this form, he uses signs with written messages on them to communicate. Although he often tries to rid himself of his curse, he doesn't seem to mind it as much as Jusenkyo's other victims. Sasuke is the loyal and abused man-servant of the Kuno family. Bound to the family by his twisted sense of honour, Sasuke defends them and serves them to the best of his abilites. Sasuke is a sneaky little man, and often is sent out by Kuno or Kodachi on missions to try aid their personal pursuits. Sasuke Sarugakure is an anime-exclusive character.

Guru is the oldest and wisest remaining Namekian in existence and is one of three of the only survivors of a cataclysmic climate shift several hundred years prior to the events in the series.

Kentaro's father is such a hard worker that most of the tenants at Maison Ikkoku didn't even know he existed. Unlike his wife, Mr. Ichinose is a very quiet man who loves his son very much, but doesn't have enough time to show him how much he cares. 

Kyoko's overbearing father. He wants nothing more than for his 'little girl' to move back home and live with he and his wife for the remainder of her natural life. He did not approve of Kyoko's marriage to Soichiro, but was heartbroken at the loss his daughter experienced.

Ibuki's tough-as-nails father who harbors a grudge against Godai for taking an interest in his daughter. Mr. Yagami never misses an opportunity to make life hard for Godai, and constantly bickers with his daughter. 

Robert Smith was a radio host, actor, and voice actor whose roles include Kaijinbo in InuYasha and Genma Saotome in Ranma ½. He died on June 1, 2010 due to pancreatic cancer and liver cancer. The "O" in his name was to distinguish him from other Robert Smiths, and does not represent anything.
