The first member of the Kannagi family to meet Kazuma upon his return to Japan. Hired for the same job as Kazuma, to rid a wealthy man&#039;s home of a ghost, Shingo was initially demeaning of Kazuma as he believed Kazuma was as weak as he used to be.   ~!After jumping the gun and getting creamed by the yoma, Shingo was shaken to see Kazuma using wind magic. He&#039;s later killed by a wind magic user who he believed was Kazuma, as the assailant was hidden in the shadows.  His killer was revealed to be Ryuuya Kazamaki, who went on to kill his brother too.!~

Captain Nezumi (ネズミ大佐 Nezumi Taisa) is a Marine Officer of the 16th Branch, in the East Blue. His appearance and manner are rodent-like (as "nezumi" is Japanese for both "mouse" and "rat"), and he is arrogant and decidedly corrupt. Nezumi takes bribes from Arlong, so the Fishman pirate can keep a low profile. Acting on a tip from Arlong, he uncovers the treasure that Nami had been hoarding in order to buy back Cocoyashi Village and confiscates it from her. After Arlong is defeated, Nezumi attempts to intervene against the Straw Hat Pirates, but he is quickly defeated and forced to return all that he stole. His report back to his superiors is what prompts the Marines to assign Luffy with his first bounty.

Jack King, brother of Mary King, is the pilot of the American army's super robot, Texas Mack.  Brave, determined, and armed with Texas Mack's (Too Much) High-Power Rifle, Jack King always fights for the good of the people.   Jack is also one of the most astounding examples of an Engrish speaker, as his English is spoken with a Japanese accent and his Japanese is spoken with an American one.

The man who hosts every Tenka-ichi Budokai from the beginning of Dragon Ball to the end of Dragon Ball Z. He mainly just commentates on the matches, but over the years he has become an acquaintance with the Z Warriors, and knows that they are responsible for saving the Earth. He even says so in one episode that they killed Cell, although it was Son Gohan in actuality that destroyed the villain. He doubts Mr. Satan's abilities, such as in the episode Vegeta goes out of control. In every tournament, aside from the 21st, something bad happens that enhances his role such as in the King Piccolo Saga, he witnessed Kuririn murdered by the Demon King Piccolo's warrior Tambourine and later he becomes very important as he witnesses Son Goku's fight with Piccolo from the sidelines with the others, making him one of the few "civilians" to know the truth.   At the end of Dragon Ball Z, his age starts to show as he is losing hair and has very noticeable wrinkles, but in Dragon Ball GT his descendant's hair remains white. Although he doubts Mr. Satan for being the one who defeated Cell, he praises him in order to make fans cheer.
