Appule is one of countless soldiers that Frieza dispatches on Planet Namek to search for the Dragon Balls and report any sightings of Namekian villages.

Chet and Addie dubbed the &quot;stupid couple&quot; by the village, they&#039;re a couple that have been madly in love with each other for the past few years.

Chet claims to have come from England on a research trip, only to then stay in the jungle once he laid eyes on Addie.

A running joke later in the series is that whenever Chet and Addie are together on screen, they&#039;re usually doing something that needs to be blurred out.

Paulie is one of the five Dock One foremen, specializing in rigging, knots, and masts. He became an ally of the Straw Hat Pirates during the end of the Water 7 Arc and the beginning of the Enies Lobby Arc. Paulie is often seen with a cigar in his mouth. His denim jacket has a flame detail, many of his cigars strapped to it (in a similar fashion to Smoker), and a big "1" printed on its back, most likely referring to Dock 1.

Vice-Admiral Lacroix (ラクロワ中将, Rakurowa Chūjō) is a Marine Vice Admiral who is also part of the Giant Squad.    He is one of the few giants seen thus far that does not have unusual facial features or a beard. Like many giants, he has a large, bulky belly. He wears a Marine hat and a one piece suit with his sleeves rolled up, with a purple tie. Like all high-ranking Marines, he wears a standard Marine coat draped over his shoulders.    As a Vice Admiral, he has power and authority over a great deal of the Marines below him. Because he is a giant, he is extremely strong. He was capable of easily surviving gunfire and cannon shots from enemy ships. He carries a sword but his skill with it is unknown thus far.

An antagonist in Tales of Symphonia and one of the Desian Grand Cardinals. He is in charge of the Iselia Human Ranch and is possibly the most respected Desian after Pronyma, who is the leader of the Grand Cardinals. One of his arms is replaced by a giant golden cannon.
