Masaru Hyodo is the chief instigator in a group who bully Koyuki during his middle school days. Hyodo is also a &quot;technically&quot; accomplished guitarist, but as Ry&ucirc;suke points out, doesn't have any real feeling or passion behind his playing. Hyodo's father is a famous musician, but his parents are divorced (Hyodo is his mother's maiden name).

Son of the British noble Seigi Chōujin, Robin Mask. Dealing with a strict lifestyle from his father consisting of non-stop training of studying and exercising. As a result of this, Kevin ran away from the lifestyle he despised when he was 8 and soon, joined the d.M.p. and trained in the league as an Akugyō Chōjin (Evil Superhuman). This was also where he met his ally and adversary, Scarface, as his training partner. After seeing the defeat of Tel-Tel Boy and MAXman from Mantaro however, he immediately left and became a lone wolf; siding with neither light nor darkness (though still assisting Seigi Chōujins when in need - mainly Mantaro his rival). He has a deep sense of honor that is rarely shown.     In the later part of the series, He does enter in the Chōujin Olympics: The Resurrection, assisted by his manager Croe (Whom is actually Warsman in disguise) and helps Kevin train for the event. Kevin does defeat all of his opponents he faced in the competition up to the main event with his main adversary, Mantaro Kinniku. In the anime version, he loses to Mantaro but where as in the manga, he wins it in an epic match. Starting from his days in the d.M.p, Kevin has a Spider-Web Nest Tattoo on his back; Having images of Chōujins he has defeated. He still continues this practice even after his departure. He does have his own version of the Kinniku clan&#039;s Kajiba no Kuso Djikara (Burning Inner Strength) called  __Maelstrom Power.__ He has also won 1st place twice in the popularity contests in the manga. 

Togari is a former Hunter examiner, who returns at the 287th hunter exam. He appears during the third phase of the exam where he confronts Hisoka, not as examiner but to take revenge for Hisoka giving him the two scars on his face from the previous exam. During the battle Togari shows Hisoka how much he has improved his fighting skills being able to use four knives at the same time,  ~!but despite this it was a quick battle, as Hisoka after being hit few times manages to stop two of his knives and uses them against him. Shocked Togari doesn't have the time to scream that Hisoka effortlessly decapitated him. !~

Lotton &quot;The Wizard&quot; is a mysterious looking man and one of the bounty hunters hired to catch &quot;Greenback&quot; Jane. He has gray hair, wears a black trench coat and shaded glasses, and speaks in a light voice. His weapon of choice is one or more Mauser C96(s) with an extended magazine, although it&#039;s unknown whether this is an actual Mauser or a foreign version of the gun. He does not drink alcohol (he claims it makes him vomit). He gets shot by Revy, when he tries to make a fancy entrance.     It is implied that he is not a mighty fighter, but a poser. However, he did survive a fall from atop a warehouse building after getting shot due to his Kevlar vest, so the full extent of his abilities is still in question.    He is also one of the few bounty hunters to survive the manhunt for Jane. After the battle takes off in the sea, he gets up and aids a gravely wounded Shenhua and Sawyer. Due to the uncommon act of mercy, Shenhua comments that he is not the type to kill and would be better as a host in a bordello, but Lotton claims that he is too clumsy for that.   

Gajeel is an Iron Dragon Slayer. He's short-tempered, tenacious, and fiercely loyal and dedicated to his guild. Despite saying that he doesn't want to make friends, he tries in his own way to do so. Behind Gajeel's tough exterior is an emotional guy with a sense of humor and a love for music.

Kenny Ackerman is a member of the Military Police Brigade's First Interior Squad and also the Anti-Personnel Control Squad. Decades prior, however, Kenny was known as an infamous serial killer that stalked victims in the capitol. 

Despite his dark field of work, Kenny appears to be rather jovial and takes pleasure in taunting his adversaries during battle. When fighting, he becomes animated and lively, often making a scene or otherwise throwing insults and witticisms. However, he also fought with control and was able to effortlessly sneak up on his targets when they least expected him. His preferred method of killing during his time as a serial killer was to slit the throats of his victims which earned him his infamous handle "Kenny the Ripper", and it was rumored that he murdered over 100 members of the Military Police Brigade. However, decades later his killings ceased and the terror that he once inspired dwindled into an Urban Legend. He eventually was found working under the Royal Government, the reasoning for his sudden shift in behavior being a mystery. Kenny is ultimately, despite his comical personality, very cold and calculated, sparing little emotional attachment or loyalty to anyone, with only a few exceptions.

Hajime Saitou is loosely based on the real third-squad captain of the Shinsengumi. During the Meiji era, he lived as a police officer under the name of Gorou Fujita. In the Rurouni Kenshin series, he plays the role of Kenshin's old rival and enemy from the Bakumatsu. He has no compassion or mercy for his enemies and he lives by the Shinsengumi code "Aku Soku Zan (悪即斬)," literally "Slay Evil Immediately," but more poetically rendered as "Swift Death To Evil." His signature technique is the Gatotsu, a left-handed thrust and a variation of the Hirazuki technique developed by Toshizou Hijikata, the Vice Commander of the Shinsengumi. Although the Gatotsu is a fictional technique only found within the Rurouni Kenshin series, the Hirazuki is a real technique that was used by many of the Shinsengumi members.
