Mutaito is Muten Roshi and the Tsuru-Sen&#039;nins&#039; teacher. He successfully seals Piccolo Daimaō in the Denshi Jar with his Mafūba technique, but in invoking the attack, he dies from the severe exhaustion of using the move. In the anime, Son Goku actually meets Mutaito and he&#039;s the first person in the series to teach Goku about controlling his &quot;ki&quot;. In fact, he&#039;s the first person to even mention the word, which soon becomes the explanation for the incredible energy techniques used throughout all of the Dragon Ball series.

Dr. Myu is a brilliant scientist who desires nothing more than total control of the galaxy. Dr. Myu masterminds the plot to build an ultimate Machine Mutant with enough power to see his sinister goal of control through to the end. To this end, he created a powerful enforcer named General Rilldo, and tried to gather the Black Star Dragon Balls to use them to complete his creation, Baby, and use it to take over the universe.      ~!However, Goku, Pan and Trunks got past General Rilldo and foiled Dr. Myu's plans. Dodoria (ドドリア, Dodoria) is one of Freeza's top henchmen. He is a large, pink alien with short spikes on his head and forearms. He travels with Freeza and Zarbon to planet Namek in search of the Dragon Balls. While interrogating a village, they are interrupted as Kuririn and Gohan save Dende from being killed. Dodoria pursues them, but he soon encounters Vegeta. After being outmatched, he tells the truth about the destruction of Planet Vegeta, hoping it would aid in sparing his life, but he is still killed by Vegeta. He also appears in Bardock: The Father of Goku, where Dodoria and his team attack Bardock and his team. He is voiced by Yukitoshi Hori in Japan, Chris Forbis in the Funimation dub, and Ward Perry in the Ocean dub.

Commander of the demons army and the former demon lord, he was once slain by Avan and his companions. However, an even more powerful demon lord revived him, and he was made into the commander of his troops.  Originally just interested in settling the score with Avan, Hadlar's interest soon shifted to Dai after their first battle, when Hadlar got badly wounded by a still-novice warrior Dai.  The power granted to him by the great demon lord Vearn is to return with an even stronger body each time Hadlar "dies"; each time he uses that power the dark mark over his face will grow. The catch is that this is something he has no control over, which means he will be forced to serve Vearn for all time, not having even the right to die.  Although he initially both hated and feared Dai for placing his possition as commander in jeopardy, eventually Hadlar would realize the foolishness of his previous self, and would deem Dai as both a worthy rival and an individual worth all his respect.   ~!He trades his immortality for a massive strength increase, becoming a hyperdemon. He creates "offsprings" from the chess pieces Vearn gave him, each one possesing both current and former traits of himself. Zephyr is a wizard, and Takius's teacher. He possesses similar characteristics to The Joker. He has a high-pitched laugh and does some very goofy antics throughout the anime, from laughing for no apparent reason, to fighting Roan with a candy cane. However, all that cannot seem to hide his incredible power, knowledge of magic, and his utter insanity. Zephyr once had a family, but they had lost their lives due to a failed experiment of his. Coupled with the ridicule of the public, Zephyr was driven insane to the point where he could be easily manipulated by the Dark Lord. The anime is vague on whether he went insane during teaching Takius or after. He is eventually saved by his former pupil, but too late for both of them. Algol then battled with Dragon Shiryū, but was outsmarted when the Dragon Saint blinded his eyes with his own fingers so that he could not see the Medusa Shield, as last resort to stop Algol and save the other Bronze Saints&#039; lives. After a lengthy battle, Algol charged for a final attack, but was in the end defeated by Shiryū, who heightened his Cosmo to &quot;see&quot; beyond his blindness.

Bobasa is a comic relief and a member of an Egyptian cult that protects the Millennium Items. Krieg is a typical One Piece villain who displays cruel tendencies using a huge arsenal of weapons and overwhelming odds. He is used to winning and being able to topple any force that goes up against him; this led to his failed attempt to conquer the Grand Line. Captain Phantom is the main antagonist of Pocket Monsters Advanced Generation the Movie - Pokémon Ranger and the Prince of the Sea: Manaphy.
He was the captain of a crew, including Guijeau, that traveled the world is search of valuable artifacts like the Sea Crown.

Captain Phantom is known for his maniacal laugh and pirate attire. He uses an arsenal of machines, including submarines and helicopters, more often than his Pokémon to overwhelm anyone who gets in his way. However, he is not above using his Pokémon when the situation calls for it.

After Shinichi solved their first mutual case for him, he has regularly consulted him in difficult cases and considered him a great help. In stark contrast to this, he tends not to think much of Conan and the Detective Boys, usually thinking of them as a nuisance until they solve the ongoing case for him. Likewise, from their common police days, he has no high regard for Kogoro, and he thinks that he may actually be under some kind of jinx, since wherever Kogoro hows up, there is always some murder case nearby _(a fact which actually conforms to Conan, which in later cases he seems to have realised)._

Hiruko (ヒルコ) was once a great shinobi of Sunagakure. However, once he died, he became one of Sasori's first Human Puppets and one of his favorites. As a puppet, he served as Sasori's puppet armor; as he could hide inside of him. Sasori even adorned Hiruko with the Akatsuki's robes, and hid inside it so often that others came to recognize him only when he was wearing it.    Chiyo stated that Hiruko had changed since she saw him twenty years ago. After all of his strikes failed due to Chiyo's manipulation, Haruno Sakura destroyed the puppet.

Shawlong has a long face, and black hair braided and usually hanging over his shoulder. What remains of his mask is on the top of his head, but a portion drops down covering part of his face. The eye holes in this mask are just slots in the mask. He wears typical arrancar clothes: a white jacket with black lining, a white hakama, and a black sash. He seems to be one of the few arrancar that actually zips his jacket most of the way up. As a result, the hole by which hollows are characterized, is not visible on Shawlong.      Shawlong is arrancar number 11, but this does not mean he is the 11th most powerful. Arrancar numbered 11 and above are numbered in the order of their birth, then the top 10 are removed, given numbers 1-10, and called Espada. Therefore, the true extent of his power is unknown, it is simply known that he is not one of the ten most powerful arrancar.      Shawlong is unique in the arrancar we have seen so far, as he seems to be highly intelligent. He acts in a manner that implies he is the next in command to Grimmjow, during their assault on the material world. He seems to have been a major influence on the idea to go to the material world in the first place, judging by statements made during Grimmjow's argument with Ulquiorra. He claimed that if someone is not worth killing, it is also meaningless to let them live; fueling Grimmjow's argument that Uliquiora should have just killed Ichigo Kurosaki.

Sakaki is the Rocket Team Boss and a former Tokiwa City Gym Leader. He is a very ambitious man and is intolerant of failure. Sakaki is shown to have access to vast wealth and resources. The money probably comes from Rocket Team's main source of income — the profit of selling stolen Pokémon. Sakaki also gains a lot of money from smuggling Pokémon, Pokéball trafficking, and other crime rackets. He has Rocket Tean operations in both Kanto and Johto. He rarely meets people in person, as he prefers to communicate with his underlings via telecommunications.

Sakaki serves much of the same role as he does in the games, although he now has Matis, Natsume, and Kyou as subordinates. However, Sakaki is much more ruthless than his other counterparts. ~!Like in the games, he is the father of Silver.!~
