Crimson Kingbolt has a laid-back personality and is willing to use his burst points in order to help Itosu and Ruka level up. He cares deeply for the two as he is willing to stall Sulfur Pot to let them escape if needed.   He originally lived in Tokyo were he was friends with Black Lotus. However, he moved to Okinawa after his parents divorced. After moving to Okinawa, he became a parent to Ruka Asato who later becomes a parent to Itosu Mana. He became a "master" to both of them as he taught them the rules of Brain Burst. He also gave them both rules to always follow which are never use acceleration for selfish purposes and only talk about the Accelerated World to other Burst Linkers. Seki Yuusuke is the only 8th grade starter in Kamakura Junior Highschool. His position is a midfielder. He is Kakeru's friend and one of Suguru's teammates in the team. Later, he graduates to Kamakura Highschool and becomes a regular in his first year.

Daisuke is Love's classmate and friend. He's stubborn, but his actions show that he cares deeply about her. He's also Miyuki's brother.

Togusa is the newest member of Section 9 and the only one not originally recruited from Kusanagi's team of SpecOps.  Recruited from the regular police forces, Detective Togusa (no first name is yet known) has only the most basic of augmentation and no cyberization outside of his cyberbrain.  The Major wanted him for his perspective as a real policeman and as an outside opinion so as to avoid intellectual incest within Section 9.  Togusa mostly feels inferior to the rest of the team, forgetting to recognize the reason for his inclusion in the group.  He is the only member with a spouse and child and he continues to carry his Mateba revolver, although it has been highly modified to fire anti-cyborg rounds.

He is the main antagonist of the series. He fought alongside the school Principle to defeat the previous Demon King. Ichiru reveals that Rido is the one who added Shizuka&#039;s ex-human lover to the list of Level E vampires to be liquidated by the Hunter&#039;s Association. Following his true body&#039;s revival, Rido&#039;s vampires sense his revival and begin to attack the school students, in order to capture prey for Rido to feed on. Ichiru attempts to kill Rido as revenge for Shizuka, but instead is mortally wounded by Rido. Rido attempts to compel Aido to feed upon him, but is thwarted by his niece. Seeing Yuki&#039;s resemblance to her mother, Rido changes his original desire from eating Yuki (in order to gain power) to instead taking Yuki as his lover as a replacement for Juri, who he loved but never wanted him. Rido&#039;s life comes to an end when he is defeated by Yuki and Zero.

Jio Ba is a commander in the Duanghe Yang Army and one of the most notable warriors of the Chouga Tribe.

Ba Jio was the only survivor from his tribe after a battle at a very young age. After a few years of living in the wild, he became a beast in human form. This would lead to confrontation with Duanhe Yang when she was on her way to conquer neighboring tribes. After losing a fight against Duanhe Yang, she gave him an option of dying as a beast or becoming her companion. Since he survived the intense fight of Ikedaya affair without bending or breaking when he's held by his previous master, Kondou Isami, the head commander of Shinsengumi, there's no doubt that he's a strong sword.
