But in doing so Kubota, who lacks stamina, wore himself out and had to be substituted. As he is the key to the the Gunners's relentless assualt, his substitution saw an end of the Gunners relentless assault. He and Tsubaki have a mutual admiration of each other. Stick Dinner is a man with an Afro hairstyle who comes to survey the country of Kakin with Kite. He is from the same town as Spinner. He likes saying puns and seems to be in charge of the group's rations. According to Kite, Stick Dinner and his fellow amateur Hunters in the Kakin Exploration Team have excellent potential to be pro-hunters. He is seen once again back in his hometown along with the rest of Kite's apprentices, Gon and Kite.

One of Sawako&#039;s classmates, easily swayed by other people. He generally appears in the background. Jounouchi is very attached to Kazehaya, which usually results in him unwittingly interrupting conversations between Sawako and Kazehaya. At one point, he is rejected after confessing to a girl he liked and is comforted by Kazehaya. After hearing about how Yano broke up with her boyfriend, he sets his attention onto her. 

He is Dr. Faker's right-hand man and a committee member responsible for maintaining the World Duel Carnival. He works together with Droite for Mr. Heartland along with Kaito Tenjo.
