Owned by Noel. Sandy's twin (older) brother, who is often caught flirting with the other girls. As a result, he is often an annoyance to the other guys, especially Boss, Howdy, and Dexter. Initially, Sandy and Stan were separated, after Noel (who had a crush on Hillary) offered to take care of one of her hamsters. He is often seen shaking his maracas or riding his skateboard. 

He is a technician on board the Minerva. He seems to specialize on Lunamaria's Zaku. He likes to hang out with his friend Vino and also Meyrin. He sometimes might seem inconsiderate because he had blurted out that the Colony Drop might be a good thing after all, only to face Cagalli's scolding. 

A supporting member of the team, Luke isn't normally a combat pilot, being more of a technical expert and analyst. He served as a backup to Blake, piloting the team's Buster Eagle when it fused with the Berserk Fury.        Luke also developed the Gairyuki, possibly from the wreckage of Blake's Berserk Fury. The Gairyuki's development is likely a result of Luke's blaming himself for the Fury's destruction. He was later brainwashed by Alpha, and joined his forces. Despite his short stature Ishimatsu is still an incredible fighter, holding his own against groups of thugs and against boxers three times his height and weight.  He&#039;s very loud and spunky, not to mention a smart mouth, but is loyal and kind too.
