A strong and flirtatious man who wishes for peace in The World. He is a member of "Raven" and part of the project to destroy AIDA. He was once a member of the newbie help guild Canard, and even now, he is admired by Silabus and Gaspard. Kuhn currently lives by himself and is single despite his popularity with girls in The World. He controls the Avatar, Magus. In reality, he is the ex-boyfriend of Mai Minase, one of the heroines of .hack//Liminality, and a former coma victim from the previous version of the World.  

Kuhn is very cheerful and optimistic, but has a strong sense of justice. Though he acts like a womanizer, he cares deeply for his friends. He dislikes putting others in danger but he respects the strength of people such as Haseo and is willing to work with him. As the second player to activate his Avatar, he has gained almost complete control over Magus, who he affectionately calls "My Magus".   

In real life, Kuhn is a 24-year-old man working part time at an arcade in Kanazawa and part-time at CC Corp. He loves attending mixed parties. His flirtatious attitude online hides a trouble with forming relationships in the real world. He confesses to Haseo that the only serious girlfriend he ever had was in high school. He prides himself in having the private email addresses of 972 girls on his cell phone and plans to make Pi's his 1000th. His real name is Tomonari Kasumi, and he is the player behind Sieg.

Chin is a Chinese crime boss who made several serious attempts to replace Balalaika as one of the major powers of Roanapur. Balalaika found out about his plans and personally murdered him, which consisted of tying him to a chair and then blowing up his apartment using plastic explosives and gasoline.

This series' version of Professor Utonium. His real name is unknown, aside from his family name Kitazawa. In this incarnation, he has a son named Ken, who is responsible for all those affected by the Chemical Z lights, especially the Powerpuff Girls Z. Professor Utonium was originally experimenting with the substance Chemical X and strove to find a way to change its chemical properties. Professor Utonium has created several inventions throughout the series; the most important one being his Chemical Z Particle Ray, which allows him to transform those affected by the lights back to normal (although it doesn't prevent recurring transformations nor is it able to work on all black light victims). He seems to be aware of the effect Ken's lack of a mother has had on his son, assuming that it had caused him to be a bully to the girls. However, this does not change his behavior towards Ken. He appears to be a gentle father figure like the original Professor Utonium was in The Powerpuff Girls. He treats the girls like members of his family and is very close to the Mayor and Miss Bellum. While he is very gentle and serious, Professor Utonium may, at times, act a little less mature than he usually does.    (wikipedia)

In charge of the Civil/Public Administration Department and has been head of the Kou family for nearly fifteen years. He is Shouka&#039;s younger brother, Shuurei&#039;s uncle, and Kouyuu&#039;s boss as well as adoptive father. He said his reason for adopting Kouyuu was because his older brother adopted a child so he wanted to adopt a random child to share his brother&#039;s experience. Although, Shouka revealed to Kouyuu that Reishin thinks of him as his own child. He&#039;s good friends with Kijin since he&#039;s allowed to be around him when he&#039;s not wearing a mask. He&#039;s also the one making all those different masks for Kijin. Kijin describes him as being crafty, coolheaded, and cold hearted, but Reishin is usually seen very cheerful, easy-going, and sometimes childish. He sometimes plays tricks on other officials.    Reishin is known to get carried away with things easily, going overboard with nearly everything (such as when Shuurei becomes ill and Reishin brings over just about every kind of medicine available, regardless of its relevance). Also, despite having difficulty finding the courage to tell Shuurei of his relation to her, he is shown to be an extremely protective uncle, going so far as to throw his fan (with clear murderous intent) at Ryuuki when the emperor attempted to articulate his desire to win over Shuurei&#039;s affections. He also requests that Shuurei call him &quot;ojisan&quot; which is used to address an uncle (or simply a middle-aged man), so as to avoid having to give his name.
