A member of the Bird Squad, she is first mentioned as the object of Chouchou&#039;s affection. As her name suggests, she wears a duck-like uniform. She fights Emonzaemon while letting her leader and Penguin flee.

Lilly is a Japanese woman shown throughout the show, who appears to be the girlfriend of an American army general. She gave Mario and Turtle chances to make a living in their new lives.

Kochou (蝴蝶, Kochou) is a famous courtesan in the red-light district. She manages Kougaro, the number one brothel in Kiyou. She is actually one of the underground bosses of Kiyou.  When Shuurei was young, she came to wark as an accountant in Kougaro, and two developed a close friendship. To Eigetsu woke up unconcious in Kougaro, and eventually met Shuurei and her group. When Shuurei went to take the imperial exam, Kochou gifted her a make-up box, saying that the make-up is the women's battle armour, because when a women wears a make-up, she will not cry since tears will ruin her make-up.

Baron Ashura is the main henchman of Dr. Hell, the antagonist of Mazinger Z. In most adaptions, he/she is depicted as a disturbing half-man, half-woman combination who speaks with both a male and female voice (often depending on which face is shown on screen). In the original series, he/she was created by Dr. Hell from the remains of two mummified lovers, who had half their bodies crushed when their tomb collapsed.

Sister Mizue Hamasaka is an old woman who is the main person in charge of Miator. Her main duties include handing out punishments and reprimanding students when they do something wrong. Anna Williams was featured in Nina&#039;s Arcade mode ending, in which she accuses Nina of stealing one of her shoes. She was also featured as Nina&#039;s sub-boss in Tekken, but did not become a usable character until the console version of the game. Anna, like all of the other sub-bosses in the first Tekken game, was not given an ending.    As in the first tournament, Nina was once again hired to assassinate the sponsor of the current tournament, Kazuya Mishima. Whether at Kazuya&#039;s discretion or Anna&#039;s own volition, Anna became a bodyguard for Kazuya, along with Ganryu and Bruce Irvin, who were all charged with Kazuya&#039;s protection. It is likely that Anna&#039;s intervention prevented her sister from carrying out her contract, and Nina was later captured by Mishima Zaibatsu forces and used in Doctor Boskonovitch&#039;s cryonics (&#039;cold-sleep&#039;) research. Learning about this, Anna volunteered to be another test subject, requesting that she be woken in the future at the same time as Nina. Her reasons for doing so remain ambiguous, though the game suggests that Anna would have felt lonely without Nina and/or jealous at the thought of her sister&#039;s youth being preserved.    After being placed in suspended animation during the second tournament, Nina was awoken 18 years later by the influence of the recently excavated Ogre, who compelled her to assassinate Jin Kazama. As per her request, Anna was awoken at the same time as her sister, though she was unaffected by Ogre&#039;s influence. Nina also began to suffer ill effects from the &#039;cold-sleep&#039;, resulting in long term memory loss. In an act of compassion, Anna set out to stop Nina from once again becoming an assassin, and to help her recover her memory loss.    Nina decides to make contact with Anna in hopes of restoring her memory. Unfortunately, their meeting triggers Nina&#039;s lost feelings of hostility towards her sister, and she immediately opens fire. Anna retaliates, and the reunion descends into a gunfight which lasts for days. The sisters eventually reach a stalemate and agree to settle things for good at The King of Iron Fist Tournament 5. A portion of their gunfight can be seen in the introductory sequence of the game.    After being defeated by her sister Nina, Anna seeks revenge. However, Nina has already gone into hiding. Anna hears rumors she has become Jin Kazama&#039;s new bodyguard, thus being involved with the Mishima Zaibatsu, so Anna decides to join forces with G Corporation.

Yuri Petrov's mother.  ~!It is revealed in episode 16, that in the past, she was often physically abused by Mr. Legend in a drunken fury, due to his inability to cope with his declining powers. However, this eventually stopped when Yuri burnt his own father to death in an attempt to save her from being harmed. She&#039;s also the kind of an administrator among Eternal, always telling her members what they should do and controlling rare objects they bring her. She also always claims report papers from her members and is very strict to them. In fact she seems to be doing all that only for the boss of Eternal, the director. As of episode 46, her true form is revealed. 

The only female of the YOUKAI-NINGEN. She admires for a human being, and craves for becoming one herself.

She usually goes to a prestigious school “Cent Joseph high school” located in Upper town, hiding her true identity under the name “Annabella” and enjoys the school life with her classmates. For her, this is an effort to get along with human society when the time comes to her to become a human being. 
Because she faces the fact that YOUKAI-NINGEN is different from other human being, she does not have a strong prejudice against humans, but is often hurt by that very fact.
She is by nature an expressive person, but because she is usually with silent BEM and BELO, she does not talk a lot.

She gracefully handles a whip which is hidden in her right arm. She also has a special ability to handle a freezing air.
