Seto Kamiki Jurai is also known as the Devil Princess of Jurai.  She is Ayeka and Sasami's grandmother.    She is the adopted mother of Noike Kamiki Jurai.  In her spare time, she likes to play matchmaker,  ~!including making Noike and Tenchi fiances!~.    According to Ayeka, Seto is even more powerful than the Jurian Emperor, Azusa.

The sister of Mary Godwin, Shelly Godwin was, like her sister, held illegally by a pharmaceutical company to be used in drug experiments until their rescue by the Kukai Foundation. Unlike her sister, Shelly is all business, possessing a genius I.Q., and is able to perform complex tasks. She is often in the presence of Gaignun Kukai (Nigredo), helping him out.    A word of note: the names of the sisters, Mary and Shelly Godwin, is inspired by Mary Wollstonecraft Shelly, the author of &quot;Frankenstein&quot;.    (source: Absolute Anime)

Pellegri was the commander of the U-TIC complex on Pleroma, where MOMO was incarcerated until her rescue by Ziggy. Sometime afterward, she commanded the dreadnaught that pursued the Elsa Van Brabant, which was carrying MOMO, along with Ziggy, Allen Ridgeley, Lt. Louis Virgil, Shion Uzuki and KOS-MOS. She lost pursuit of the ship for two reasons: one was the Elsa's helmsman Tony, who used extreme measures to move the ship against the hyperdrive slipstream, evading the ship. The other was the U-TIC dreadnaught found itself being pursued by the Kukai Foundation's Durandal, commanded by Rubedo.    Although she is dedicated to U-TIC's ideals, Pellegri often finds herself in conflict with much of Commander Margulis' orders, which included using the Song of Nephilim against the Kukai Foundation. She also found herself from time-to-time up against Jin Uzuki, Shion's older brother, the last time was when U-TIC framed the Kukai Foundation for the destruction of the Woglinde armada, which was caused by Gnosis. Lovis is Mattis' wife and also Ronja's mother. She lives together in the castle with Mattis, Ronja and the rest of the robbers tribe.

She is mostly in charge of the duties in the castle and is basically "the master of the house."

Lovis is a strong-willed, confident and motherly woman. She might seem like a pretty rough and bossy character that doesn't give a damn about the other people in the group, but she's actually a very caring person that thinks of the best for the people around her.
