The teacher at the local school haunted by yokai.  He&#039;s kind of an idiot.

Welfin is a Chimera Ant that resembles a humanoid wolf and a former tactician. His name from when he was human is Zaikahal (ザイカハル Zaikaharu). After the death of the Chimera Ant King, Welfin travels to Meteor City in search of Gyro.

Welfin conjures an organic-looking missile launcher on his back with a shrunken head and four alien limbs, each holding a missile. The ability has 3 steps:
- Welfin establishes a target.
- The missile is loaded with a question or an order.
- If the target lies or defies the order, the attack begins.

If all the steps are executed correctly, the missiles continuously chase the target until they hit, even if Welfin himself can no longer sense the target. However, it is possible for the ability to misfire, which occurs when Welfin incorrectly identifies the target. Furthermore, the ability does not prevent the target from attacking Welfin except through deterrence, which means that if they are willing to be hit by the missiles, they will be able to strike first. The ability also has a long set-up and is difficult to use stealthily, since it requires a verbal exchange. These weaknesses led Welfin to look down on Missileman, prompting him to use it only in negotiations.

The missiles explode upon impact, implanting live Black Centipedes (黒クロ百足ムカデ, Kuro Mukade) in the target's head instead of dealing lethal damage. The centipedes grow by feeding on the target's defiance, inflicting excruciating pain until they kill the target. Should the target attempt to kill Welfin, the centipedes will instantly grow to fatal size, causing the death of the host and preventing them from carrying out their attack. Welfin himself is unable to remove the centipedes once they are inside the target. However, his feelings of defeat and sincerity harm the centipedes to the point that they can kill them, causing them to disappear. Welfin himself was originally unaware of this aspect of his ability.!~

Egashira is a vile man that manages Kaido&#039;s baseball team.

Leonardo is known as the leader of the group. He is courageous, decisive, deadly, and a devoted student of martial arts. As a strict adherent to Bushido, he has a very strong sense of honor and justice. He wears a blue mask and wields a pair of katanas. 

Inoichi Yamanaka is a Jonin from Konohagakure, and alongside Shikaku Nara and Choza Akimichi, he is a part of the first Ino-Shika-Cho trio.     He is a member of the Yamanaka clan and owns the Yamanaka flower shop along with his daughter Ino Yamanaka. Inoichi is a member of the Ino-Shika-Cho trio, which consists of three Jonin from the Yamanaka clan, the Nara clan, and the Akimichi Clan, respectively. His daughter, Ino, is a member of her own Ino-Shika-Cho, judging that their fathers were once team-mates themselves in their early days as ninja.     Inoichi, presumably the head of the Yamanaka clan, has shown himself to be a highly capable ninja. He is well-versed in all of his clan&#039;s secret techniques. During the Invasion of Konoha in Part I, Inoichi skilfully performs the Mind Body Disturbance Technique  to make the invaders he encounters fight against their own allies without any self-control. Further proof of his skill was shown from his status as an interrogator during Pain&#039;s invasion. He was able to skilfully probe the mind of one Pain&#039;s Amegakure loyalist&#039;s, able to perceive a person&#039;s entire day of memories in under a minute, even though Pain had guarded it with mental blocks and traps. He has also shown the ability to communicate telepathically with his daughter, Ino.    He is also skilled at tracking targets through their chakra trail, as long as the target&#039;s chakra signature stays the same. Rico (Japanese: リョウ Ryō) is a Pok&eacute;mon poacher who appeared in A Poached Ego!.    When Ash and his friends found a piece of one of Rico&#039;s traps in the woods, they told Jenny about it when they visited the Pok&eacute;mon Center. Jenny knew Rico was up to his usual evil deeds, and Ash and his friends volunteered to help Jenny capture Rico. Ash and his friends didn&#039;t find Rico, but Jessie, James and Meowth found him, along with a group of caged Ekans and Koffing which Rico was going to give to his employers. Team Rocket fought Rico for the freedom of the Ekans and Koffing, but Rico defeated them, although Team Rocket managed to rescue the Ekans and Koffing. To be sure they were safe, they released their Arbok and Weezing to look after them.    After running into Ash and his friends and Officer Jenny he ended up being captured. As Rico confessed to Ash and his friends and Jenny that the Pok&eacute;mon he captured escaped, they were unaware of the fact Jessie, James and Meowth freed them. He is currently in jail. Mokuren is a member of the Uruha and use to be partnered with Koganei. He was also a member of the Uruha (Maboroshi).   Mokuren is a ruthless and psychopathic killer. He intensely loves to kill women, and even refuses to do so with men, however, he later makes a special exception for Recca, who humiliates him in their "fight". After being so easily defeated, Mokuren swore revenge against Recca, and eventualy comes to hate all the Hokage by association.  He will do whatever it takes to ensure tha he comes out the winner, which includes blatantly lying and limitless cheating. During his fight with Kaoru, he played on his opponents memories of how they got along as partners, tricking Kaoru into turning his back on Mokuren. During his first battle with Tokiya, he promised to let Kaoru go, if Tokiya dropped his sword, but instead played dumb as if he never made any such claim, and continuied to mercilessly assault Tokiya.  After he was defeated by various members of Hokage, he felt that they all looked down on im as if he was less than they were and embarrassed him. Mokuren also believed that all people were selfish, and that no matter what they said, they were always out for themselves in the end. Thunderman is Raoul&#039;s net navi, and like his name suggests, his main power is electricity. His power seems to exceed that of Elecman&#039;s, in the fact that Rockman finds the Elec-sword is very unaffective against him (which is what he used to once defeat Elecman).     Thunderman continously helps Raoul protect the people who live in the downtown area of Amerope from the evil Mayor. Past this, Thunderman enjoys a good ole sparring match with Rockman from time to time. 

Glasses-wearing partner of Pootan.  He is employed in he show, but he isn&#039;t allowed to talk about it.

A bit scary and strict old geezer of Kukai but he has a soft side.

Dayakka Littner is the former leader of Littner Village, abandoning his post, when most of Littner joined Team Dai-Gurren. His Gunmen is the Dayakkaiser, but after the seizure of Dai-Gunzan, he acted as the captain of Dai-Gurren during battles, while Kiyoh piloted the Dayakkaiser in his stead. ~!After the timeskip, we discover that Dayakka is appointed the Minister of Food Affairs for Kamina City, and he and Kiyoh have married and expecting a child. With the threat of the Anti-Spirals, Dayakka resigns his post and returns to his duties in Team Dai-Gurren.!~
