Akiko Yanagi was an anime-only character who appeared in episode 6. She was an employee at Jam Records, and Yusuke Amade secretly had a crush on her, though she had so far remained oblivious to that fact.  When Yusuke was targeted by the Youma Kyurene, Akiko was caught in the attack. An operative of the syndicate even longer than Huang, Shihoko is a contractor tasked with the job of infiltrating Alma&#039;s organization to gather intel for an eventual assassination. Years ago, she was tasked with assassinating Isozaki, Huang&#039;s partner when the two were detectives, after learning that he was linked to covering up a the murder of one of the syndicate&#039;s operatives. She had gotten very close to Huang in order to figure out which of the two was working for Alma&#039;s organization, leaving Huang with an emotional scar for many years. Her contract allows her to destroy the internal organs of an individual at the cost of regaining her human sensitivity for a short time. Fala, of the Planet Altea, is the ruler of the Kingdom of Altair. She takes over for Takashi as the pilot of the Blue Lion and wears a pink uniform. At 16 years of age, she is strong-willed and a bit naïve especially with matters of romance. She is lustfully pursued by Prince Sincline, due to her somewhat strong resemblance to his dead mother, Emperor Daibazaal's concubine. She is somewhat attracted to Akira.Fala's sole living relative is her aunt,Queen Elena.

Frau is another of Amuro&#039;s best friends. She lives with her parents and she also likes to take care of people in need. After losing her parents in Side 7&#039;s attack, Frau retreats to the White Base with a group of kids (Katz, Letz, and Kikka). She then becomes some what of a surrogate mother to the kids since they lost their parents.       ~!After the One Year War, Frau marries Hayato and adopts the kids for her own. She helps Amuro escape form the clutches of the Titans, to retreat to the Karaba forces.!~

Lets Cofan is one of the three orphans brought aboard White Base during the One Year War. While aboard the ship, Letz, Katz, and Kikka became a combination of mascots and troublemakers for the ship, and were involved in several incidents.

 Following the One Year War, ~!Letz was adopted by Hayato Kobayashi and his wife Frau Bow, along with Katz and Kikka. The three visited Amuro Ray&#039;s home in Cheyenne, Wyoming before continuing on to Japan. He stays close to his adopted mother, helping her with the unborn child Frau is carrying.!~

Roze is an officer in Emperor Zool's army, although she is not Gishin by blood. She first appears charged with the keeping an eye on Marg. Like Takeru and Marg, Roze is an esper and can use her powers to hypnotize others.

A teenage girl who Cosmo meets on the colony planet of Kyaral. Kitten is responsible for taking care of many of the orphaned children on her planet. She desires for the Solo Ship to leave their planet so the Buff Clan will leave them alone, but decides to help Cosmo and the others in their quest for supplies. She and Cosmo become good friends and Cosmo falls in love with her. 
~!Kitten is killed when she is shot by Daram Zuba, who had fled to Kyaral in an escape pod after a battle with the Ideon. In the movie version she dies when she is decapitated in an explosion. Her death greatly traumatizes Cosmo.!~
