Ooba Babasaama is the Guild Master of Lamia Scale. Ooba has a loud and rash personality, furiously berating herself and her guild for not winning the Grand Magic Games as well as ordering them to work harder. She does, however, seem to have the guild's best interests in heart, as she wants to establish Lamia Scale as the strongest guild in Fiore, as do her guild's Mages. Elder Nyon is one of the former Empresses for the Kuja tribe before Hancock took over. Hancock refers to her as the former-former-former empress Gloriosa. She seems to be designed around the concept of a wise old woman, as made apparent by her concerns for Amazon Lily itself and expressing knowledge that her fellow Kuja had no idea of. She also asks the Kuja pirates for books, and has a crystal ball, both things that would further this image.

Miyuki is one of Tarukane&#039;s lackies and one of three powerful demon warriors known as &quot;the Triad&quot;. She is a trans woman with a horn on her forehead and a red quipao. Though she was the weakest member of the triad, she took the longest to defeat because of Yusuke feeling her genital areas to see whether she was male or female.

As her name implies, she is an eight-hundred-year-old nun. She herself has the kessen-chu and has imparted these blood-worms to both Manji and Shizuma.   Yaobikuni finds Rin Asano at the graveyard where Rin's father is buried. After hearing her story, Yaobikuni urges Rin to find the toughest, strongest yojimbo of all, Manji. Yaobikuni is short in stature and has spiral tattoos on her face.
