Tetsu is Karada&#039;s classmate and one of her closest friends. Tetsu is quite tall, joking that he is sometimes mistaken for a high school student. It is implied that he likes Karada - when Karada &quot;went missing&quot; after she became older, he ran all over town to find her.    In the manga his role is much bigger than the anime, and his relationship with Karada more problematic.     ~!(Manga)  Shortly after she turned into an adult, Tetsu tried to make Karada give her a hand job. This scars her horribly, and the two don&#039;t talk to each other for a long time after. It&#039;s for this reason that he wishes to find the wishing stone so that Karada can return to being a kid again. He does this with the aid of Shouko, the only person who talks to him after the incident.!~

Kotaro is an absent minded genius in Chinami's class. He is the head and only member in the Science Research club and can always be found in the club room. He is very interested in Chinami's ability but hasn't shown any love interest so far. He is also very dense when it comes to Sonomi's feelings for him. But in episode 12 he realizes that he loves Chinami thanks to Sonomi's help.

Seto has a shy nature. Due to past experiences with girls he is afraid to tell the one true girl he loves how he feels. As the years go by, Iori and himself become better friends but nothing more. With the help of his good friend Teratani, Seto hopes to one day change that and win Iori over forever.

In his travels, he finds a mentor in Rafael Banderas, also known as Gaia the Knight of Defense, who agrees to teach him the ways of the Makai Knights.
