Shiro Suzuki is chairman and CEO of Suzuki family and Sonoko's father, second wealthist family after Renya Karasuma. 

He is a calm, kind, and polite man. He is usually happy and kind acts kindly toward his family and politely toward other people, and normally doesn't lose his temper. But in his first appearance, when Kaitou Kid send an advance notice, he got angry and tear the notice apart. He is also a fan of martial arts and asked Makoto to tell him about it later.

Blackbeard was formerly a member of the Whitebeard Pirates second division led by Portgas D. Ace. Shanks also warned Whitebeard that Blackbeard was becoming stronger than him and had only joined his crew to stay hidden behind the massive shadow of the Whitebeard name, until he became strong enough to make his move. This time came when Blackbeard murdered a member of the Whitebeard Pirates, thus prompting his departure from the crew, and Ace's hunt for him. Blackbeard was also the one who gave Shanks the scars around his eye, a long time ago. Shanks also tells Whitebeard to call back Ace on his hunt for Blackbeard, as he was concerned about the timing of a confrontation between Ace and Blackbeard.  After Luffy defeated Crocodile in Alabasta, Lafitte tried to nominate Blackbeard to become one of the Shichibukai to take Crocodile's place, but in order to be accepted, Blackbeard must first build up a fearsome reputation.  Blackbeard happened to be in Jaya, at the same time Luffy was. Both Luffy and Blackbeard seem to strike up a rivalry when they nearly got into a fight over how they like or dislike one of the island tavern's food. However, not long after that he'd given Luffy a friendly speech about how pirates will never stop dreaming. Despite their similarities (and comical contrasts), it was revealed in the Jaya arc that Blackbeard was looking to take out a strong pirate to make a name for himself - and he chose Luffy after learning of his 100 million Belli bounty at the time. He however failed to catch them as they were blasted aside by the knock-up stream which took the Straw Hats to Skypiea.

Baphomet a towering, horned goat-like being who is the first to best the entire group of protagonists, shows immense power, obviously not fighting to the fullest in his fights (and often toying with his opponents). Though considered evil at first, he shows mercy by sparing the group and then respect when Judia rescues his son. It seems Baphomet was one the greatest beings preventing Dark Lord's revitalization, though he never directly interferes until the end. It is unknown whether or not Baphomet is stronger than the Dark Lord. At one point in the series it is revealed that Baphomet is concerned for the &quot;balance of good and evil&quot; which could explain why he opposes Dark Lord while being evil himself. Baphomet is an actual MVP (boss) in the game.

Air Chief Marshall Trevor Maloney is a member of Britannian RAF high command in charge of 501st Joint Fighter Wing and its operations as well as other units. He replaced Hugo Dowding as the Britannian Air Chief Marshal and was highly against the usage of Witches for defending Dover. He especially harbors contempt towards the Joint Fighter Wings, for they were established by Dowding, his political rival.  He is also the commander of 1st Assault Unit "Warlock", specifically meant for the usage of Warlock (the weapon) and top secret research and development project behind it. To fund his project, Maloney was redirecting budgets meant for the 501st JFW to his projects. Due to this scandal being revealed by Wing Commander Wilcke, he was dismissed from the post. Preceding whereabouts are unknown.  He is the antagonist from the last few episodes of the first season. Responsible for temporarily shutting down the 501st and causing the Warlock disaster. Often mentioned as "the Frog-Faced Doctor" by Touma, he is an exceptionally gifted and benevolent physician who can cure any illness and heal any injury, even if it is terminal. He is only unable to heal specific brain-related injuries, such as the "Imagine-Breaker Boy's" damaged memories and Accelerator's computation ability. However, in the latter case he was able to configure Accelerator to control his powers with support from the Misaka Network. This medical genius also manages the life extension devices for the ruler of the Academy City, Aleister Crowley, while also supporting the foundation of the city itself.

Tome is a CSI member of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police, and is often seen investigating the crime scene during cases where Megure is the head inspector. Tome is an anime only character and, unlike Takagi, Shiratori, and Chiba, has never appeared in the manga. He only made sporadic and scattered appearances in the show, but then his role has increased heavily, appearing more frequently.
Tome seems to be very serious and passionate with his work. He, like many other policemen, listen to what Conan has to say, although Conan sometimes says something like: "Mouri wants you to check up on this", or "Mouri asks if this was found". Saul is a giant, but not an Elbaf giant, being born elsewhere other than Elbaf. At some point in his life, he became a Marine and eventually made it to Vice Admiral. Before the storyline, Saul had experienced travel in the Grand Line, though nothing was said of his adventures other than the fact that he met many Devil Fruit users.  Saul takes the role of the big friendly giant who is somewhat shy and timid. While he was loyal to the Marines he questioned his orders at least twice, showing he followed 'Moral Justice' over their code of 'Absolute Justice'. Saul is also characterized as having a unique, but awkward laugh ("Dereshishishishi") that he finds somewhat embarrassing. He enjoys seeing others laughing and having fun and encouraged Robin to laugh.  He was one of the three people who influenced Nico Robin, Saul wears a cowboy hat which Robin would wear herself. He encouraged Robin to laugh even if it hurts which explains why she smiles at the time of trouble. Because of his middle name, this explains how Robin knows about the Will of D, she even told Luffy later why would he fight, the will of D.  Saul and Vice Admiral Kuzan (later known as Admiral Aokiji) also had a good friendship, and they both shared the same sight on Moral Justice. The reason Kuzan allowed Robin to live was mostly a final favor to Saul. 

Second Lieutenant Henschel is an Amestrian State Military Officer stationed at Fort Briggs, and one of Major General Olivier Mira Armstrong's loyal subordinates.

Vahriz serves as the right-hand man for Andragoras III and swordsmanship instructor for Arslan.
