Aoi and Kouta&#039;s grandfather. He is the master of the shingetsu style and Kunieda&#039;s instructor. He has a violent personality and is a very stern man with a hair-trigger temper. Frenic is a leader of a group of blood mages and the main antagonist of this anime. Frenic seeks to free the mages from the Chantry by using Avexis' powers.

He is a Tuffle scientist who wants revenge against the Sayians and is the creator of Hatchiyack.

Shukakku is the demon that is in Gaara giving him most of his power AND his insanity. Shukakku is able to fire off sand chunks that look like and act like kunai. In the English dub, Shukakku is made sounding like an insane cowboy.    Shukkaku is the Ichibi, which is the One-Tail Jinchuriki. Shukkaku is very powerful as Gaara can still not fully control him.

Caroline, as depicted in the anime, is the substitute Queen of Kamabakka Kingdom, holding the throne for Emporio Ivankov after he was imprisoned. The people from the kingdom call him Carol-sama. Just like Ivankov, he calls the okama of the island &quot;candies&quot;.



Kumashi is Perona&#039;s faithful pet and servant, appearing in the Thriller Bark arc.  At some point in time after Hogback met Perona ten years ago prior to current storyline, Hogback created a zombie based on Perona&#039;s teddy bear per her request. This zombie was given a person&#039;s shadow to animate him and was named Kumashi.  He is very loyal to Perona and, while Perona finds him cute, she dislikes his voice, so whenever he tries to speak, Perona will silence him. In the anime, Perona&#039;s point is further justified as Kumashi is given a rather uncute voice. Kumashi, however, is always on her side, no matter how strict she is. 

Dr. Hogback is a world famous doctor, who according to Chopper saved as many people as there are stars in the sky. One day he disappeared from the public eye, causing turmoil in the medical community. Nami, Usopp and Chopper meet him on Thriller Bark, and he explains to them that he is researching the nature of life and death using the zombies on the island.

An engineer working for Apollon Media. He is in charge of developing the suits for the company's superheroes. He speaks with a voice that is barely audible, but shouts loudly when he speaks over the radio. He also has a penchant for adding new upgrades to the suits that has very little usefulness in battle, such as a clock on the left arm of Tiger's suit for checking the time, and new transforming weapons that appeared to enhance Tiger and Barnaby's strength but were mainly for show. Bacchus is the god that alongside Hamsa is in charge of giving the rewards to the bounty hunters after they have done their job. He is periodically drunk and his love for wine defines his personality. Doesn't tend to get involved in major events unless pushed.

A very tall, black man with a perky red nose and gray hair which is long on the back, and stretches to a beard around his chin tied in a ponytail with a golden tie, and the top of his head is bald.  Wears a long, thick, dark brown overcoat with light brown fur around the top edge and a brown shirt under it and turquoise pants and  large, brown shoes. He is always seen carrying a long, thick, brown staff with a silver top, which he often uses for fighting.

He nicknames Favaro as "Bomber Head", due to his afro.

Death Phantom, who calls himself Wiseman, is an immortal form of Chaos from the future. In the English version of the anime, he is called Doom Phantom.    In the manga, Death Phantom was originally a human who lived in the time of the future kingdom of Crystal Tokyo, and possessed dark powers which he used to wreak havoc upon the citizens of Crystal Tokyo. These powers were: his death hands; able to reach insurmountable distances to attack people, and his evil vision, capable of controlling the minds of others by simply looking at them. He was banished to the barren tenth planet, Nemesis, by Neo-Queen Serenity. Over an unspecified period of time, Death Phantom managed to merge his spirit with the planet and became one with Nemesis. He cloaked his decayed and crumbling human body, and reached out psychically to Earth in order to look for discontent. He convinced certain denizens of earth that the 30th century utopia of Crystal Tokyo was an abomination against nature, as all of its citizens were given immortality through the power of the Silver Crystal. Thus the Black Moon Clan was born.     Calling himself the Wiseman, Death Phantom lead their way into a near fatal attack on Crystal Tokyo, and then into the past of Sailor Moon's time in order to obtain the Silver Crystal and have his revenge. Death Phantom cares little for his pawns; he manipulates them and sends the young traitors to their deaths, and even kills Rubeus himself. When faced with a new conduit for power, in the form of Chibiusa, he fills her with dark energy and she becomes his Black Lady. When Demand finally comes to his senses and blasts the Wiseman with all of his strength, the decayed body shatters; but Black Lady only laughs, before revealing that Wiseman is Nemesis. When all of his followers are gone, and Black Lady reverts to Sailor Chibi Moon, he creates a dark energy swirl to kill the Sailor Senshi, Sailor Moon and Chibi Moon attack the planet with a Double Moon Princess Halation and he is destroyed.    In the anime, Death Phantom first approached Prince Demand when he was significantly younger. The Black Moon Clan were the descendants of traitors who had been exiled to Nemesis centuries before by Neo-Queen Serenity and King Endymion of Crystal Tokyo; and, posing as Wiseman, the Death Phantom manipulated them into gathering power for himself. He promised them that he could give them the power and ability to go to Earth and appeal directly to Neo-Queen Serenity to gain amnesty for the citizens of Nemesis, who had committed no crimes themselves. However, Wiseman's influence slowly warped the minds of his pawns until they carried out his plan for revenge and the ultimate destruction of the planet Earth. The Wiseman personally counsels Rubeus during his mission for a long time, but is all the same unconcerned about his death. He condescendingly humiliates Esmeraude when she comes to him asking to be the queen of Nemesis, and thus brings about her transformation into a hideous dragon and, ultimately, her death. He manipulates Chibiusa's childhood memories in order to make her into Black Lady. Wiseman then kills Saphir when Saphir realizes that he and his brother have been lied to. In the end, Death Phantom is destroyed, but Nemesis and its inhabitants aren't.

Galand is a demon who is a member of the Ten Commandments, a group of elite warriors of the Demon Clan handpicked by the Demon King himself. He was sealed away along with the rest of the clan in the Coffin of Eternal Darkness until he was set free by Hendrickson.


Dohko is one of the two survivors of the last generation of Athena Saints along with Aries Shion who is a close friend of him. After the war, Dohko received the order to watch the tower where Hades' Specters were sealed until the next Holy War. Dohko lives at the Five Peaks in China alone with Shun-Rei, an orphan girl he took on his care. Dohko is also the master of Dragon Shiryu and Ohko, who is an anime-only character. Dohko represents a father figure to Shiryu as well, and Shiryu often recalls on his wise teachings whenever facing difficulty in battle. He is often seen as an adviser of the main characters and a good friend of Aries Mu, Shion's disciple. When Dohko was young, he was much more vivid and rather impulsive. After regaining his young form during the Hades arc, he retains the behavior of his youth, albeit much more circumspect and mindful, result of his almost three centuries of experience as a Saint.

Kurozumi Orochi is the current shogun of the Wano Country and an ally of Kaido, one of the Yonko.

Masopho is a character in Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai. The younger brother of Matoriv and a member of the Fake Heroes. He is one of the villains that kidnap Gome at the beginning of the story. After giving up on his thieving way, Masopho meets Dai again at the capital of Romos. During the battle against Crocodine he is the one who encourages Pop to help Dai in the fight, before running away for his life.
