Hakushon Daimaou, named Bob in most dubs, is the genie who resides in the bottle Kan-chan found. Whenever someone sneezes he is brought out and has to grant any wish of whoever sneezed until he or she sneezes again. He is somewhat clumsy though, so sometimes he accidentally fails and causes trouble instead of granting any wishes. He&#039;s not very good at math either.    He has a daughter named Akubi who also lives inside the bottle.

Occupation: Chief scientist and administrator for the International Science Organization (ISO), a powerful group that leads the war against the Gallactor Syndicate. Mentor/dispatcher/sponsor of the Kagaku Ninjatai.

Nambu is a respected alumnus in several prestigious universities, including Harvard and Cambridge, and his field of expertise is astrophysics. He is a ruthless leader and a stern disciplinarian who is used to having his orders followed. Dr. Nambu adopted and most likely trained the five young people that became the Kagaku Ninjatai. He is physically and mentally much tougher than he appears.

Gaimon is a character that gets his body imprisoned in an empty treasure chest after he loses his grip while scaling a small cliff on the mysterious Island of Rare Animals (Gold Island in the 4Kids dub) trying to find some treasure with his pirate crew. The crew leaves Gaimon stranded on the island. The treasure chest becomes his body and cannot be removed, however, he can still use his hands, head and feet. It takes 20 years for another person to find him.  After Gaimon shrinks when he gets stuck in the chest, he can no longer scale the cliff. He has to protect his treasures somehow, so he would use his gun and his spooky voice to drive away intruders. Monkey D. Luffy and the whole crew passes the trial and they begin to become friends. However, when Luffy finally gets to the top of the cliff, Gaimon realized that the treasure chests were empty too and he had been protecting a nonexistent "treasure" for 20 years. He was offered to join the crew of the Strawhats but he declined. Then, he considers the animals as his treasures, and vows to protect them.  Chibi Buggy eventually meets, and befriends, Gaimon in the chapter cover stories.

A mysterious, jolly and seemingly supernatural salesman who offers people a chance to "fill the gap in their heart" free of charge. He always presents a specific set of conditions to follow in order for his client's wish to come true and warns them of the consequences that could follow. Over the course of each series, he punishes those that break the rules of their respective agreements - despite his warnings - using his signature "Boom!" ("ドーン!") gesture.

Henri Guisan (21 October 1874 – 7 April 1960) was a Swiss army officer who held the office of the General of the Swiss Armed Forces during the Second World War. He was the fourth and the most recent man to be appointed to the rarely used Swiss rank of General, and was possibly Switzerland's most famous soldier. 

He is best remembered for effectively mobilizing the Swiss Armed Forces and Swiss people in order to prepare resistance against a possible invasion by Nazi Germany in 1940. Guisan was voted the fourth-greatest Swiss figure of all time in 2010.

Akane's dog, who can walk and speak like a human being, although only Kappei can understand his speech. He is also enamored of Akane and dreams of marrying her (despite the fact that she is human and he a dog) and, resenting Kappei's muscling his way into her life, becomes Kappei's sworn enemy, but also his best friend. He often appears in brief entr'actes to explain the rules of whatever sport Kappei happens to be playing at that time.
