Bowser is Mario's archnemesis. He is the leader and most powerful of the turtle-like Koopa race. Although Bowser has joined forces with Mario in a few games, he is considered a &quot;bad guy&quot; due to his ambition to kidnap and dethrone Princess Peach and conquer the Mushroom Kingdom.    Though their origins are unknown, Bowser has eight children; the seven Koopalings and Bowser Jr.    Bowser, or King Koopa, is perhaps most famous for his repeated kidnappings of Princess Peach. The reason for these kidnappings is often part of his plan to take over the Mushroom Kingdom.    He has several types of troops under his command, including Koopas, Goombas, and Piranha Plants.    Bowser's appearance has been tweaked several times throughout the series, but most of basic overall look has been consistent. He looks something like a cross between a turtle and a dragon. He is bipedal and able to walk around on two legs. Both his feet and his hands have large claws. He is noticably larger than all the other characters. He is mostly yellow with a green shell. Several large spikes are located both on his tail and on his shell. He sports a tuft of red hair on top of his head. Although his abilities vary from game to game, he is able to breathe fire in most of them.      

Introduced during The Captain Amagai arc, is one of the clan leaders serving the Kasumiōji Clan. He appears to be the main antagonist of the arc, apparently replacing Sōsuke Aizen.     Kumoi is seen in two outfits. The first is a white kimono with a purple wrap, looking similar to a sweater. The second is the standard Shinigami uniform with a red kimono over it. He has white hair slicked back, large sideburns, and one spectacle in his left eye. When smiling, it is noticeable he is missing a few teeth on the right side.    Kumoi often adopts a smiling and benevolent expression in front of public appearances, which belies his evil and cunning nature. He was believed to be power hungry, wanting to take Rurichiyo&#039;s position as the head of the clan, but was revealed to work for Shūsuke Amagai. 

The king of the spirits, he is very powerful but since he is very hold he can't make much efforts, he was Baku's father spirit.

The Principal of the Middle School in Penguin Village. He is friends with Senbei and at times acts goofy such as riding roller skates across the school halls.

A tall policeman in Penguin Village who is always seen alongside Gala. They often have their police car destroyed by Arale on accident.

Adjutant Black  isn't given much of a role in the Dragon Ball series. Soft-spoken and quick-witted, Black carries out Commander Red's orders and informs Red of the current situations with the remaining Red Ribbon officers. It is also worth noting that Black is one of the few black people to appear in Dragon Ball. Overhearing Red's joyful speech about becoming a taller person, Black was appalled, saying that his mad ambition has cost the Army dearly as shown in Goku's invasion, and may eventually lead to its defeat. Red replies it doesn't matter how many soldiers he risks as long as he reaches his goal, and makes it clear that he is just a lackey, and is as the rest of the Red Ribbon Army, expendable. Angered, Black then shot Red in the head with his pistol, killing him instantly. In the anime, Goku was offered a position in Black's new army — the Black Ribbon Army — which Goku refused. Goku killed Black after he tried to kill him in a robotic suit.

The "Turtle Immortal" is an ancient and wise martial arts master and the first Earthling to wield the Kamehameha. Though he seems frail, he is a mighty warrior. Muten-Rôshi trained Grandpa Son Gohan, Ox King, Son Goku, Kuririn, and Yamcha. His home, Kame House, a shack on a small isolated island, serves as a gathering place for the Z Fighters and friends. He is a stock character, as he is both the archetypal wise old man and dirty old man, the latter being typical of shōnen anime. Sometimes he gets cranky, which further provides comic relief. He is bald, with a thick goatee and a thick mustache. Muten-Rôshi wears beach clothes or a martial arts suit and a turtle shell on his back. He usually wields a walking stick. Shen Long is the wish granting dragon of Earth. The Shen Long of the Black Star Dragon Balls is red, opposed to the Shen Long of Earth who is green.  Shen Long can be summoned by gathering all seven of the Dragon Balls of Earth. Shen Long can bestow any wish as long as it does not exceed the power of his creator, who must be still alive (i.e. Kami or Dende). 

Multiple times in the Dragon Ball series, Shen Long threatens to kill the summoner if they do not say a wish on time, or if they do not say a wish at all. Shen Long cannot bring back a person from the dead more than once. The Dragon Balls cannot be used for 365 Earth days after a wish is made, as they turn to stone. The Earth Dragon Balls are relatively small, each about the size of a large orange, much smaller than the Namekian Dragon Balls, which are the size of beach balls. The base for Shen Long is a stone statue kept by his creator. If Shen Long is killed, the Dragon Balls turn to stone. The statue also shatters. If the creator or another Namekian wishes to, they can rebuild the statue to give life back to Shen Long and the Dragon Balls. This happened after Shen Long granted Demon King Piccolo's wish for youth.  

While Kami and Piccolo weren't merged, Shen Long could only grant one wish. After Dende brought him back to life, he was able to grant two wishes (three if the first does not revive more than one at a time). If the summoner wants, he can only make one wish. This makes the Dragon Balls turn to stone for only six months.

Gorn is a being made up of the collective mind of the MME. It is filled with hatred for humanity and a strong desire to prove that the MME have surpassed humans. Ehrenberg was an Imperial fleet admiral and one of three military chiefs of staff under Kaiser Friedrich IV.

Erlache was a Rear Admiral of the Imperial Fleet killed in action at the Battle of Astarte. Along with Vice Admiral Staden, he was opposed to Reinhard's inital battle plan and disobeyed Reinhard's orders later in the battle, resulting in the complete destruction of his ship, the Heidenheim, at the hands of the 2nd Fleet under command of Yang Wen Li during the Alliance counterattack.

Breed: Mastiff      Terry is the leader of the fifth group of Riki&#039;s pack. When Kisaragi&#039;s pack killed Terry&#039;s group, he joined them just to stay alive and be able to someday avenge his fallen comrades.

Breed: Kishu    Kirikaze was a subordinate of Akame. He was loved and protected by his friend, Jinnai. Unfortunately, Kirikaze didn't live to experience the final battle against Akakabuto. He was killed by the bear, Madara as he tried to save Jinnai from certain death.

A member of the eldora five, Nero is the apparent leader of the group. A strong lover of alcohol, Nero frequently drinks himself unconscious, all the while, telling heroic tales of his glory days. In the eldora five&#039;s armor, Nero is the chief gunner.    He first meets Van for the first time when Wendy drags an unconscious Van to the pink amigo restaurant for food. He takes to Van immediately as a fellow armor rider who does (what he considers) great, heroic deeds. He and the rest of the eldora five join Van for good later on when Van goes to assault The Claw&#039;s island.

Naraku&#039;s third detachment. Goshinki has the ability to sense the thoughts of others, which enables him to outmaneuver Inuyasha and break Tessaiga by biting it. However, breaking Tessaiga caused Inuyasha to transform into his berserk yōkai state, after which Goshinki could no longer read his thoughts, and Inuyasha killed him. Sesshoumaru, realizing that Goshiki had broken Tessaiga, took his fangs and had the sword Tokijin made from them; Tokijin, filled with Goshinki&#039;s malice, is too powerful and malevolent for anyone but Sesshoumaru to handle.
