Sekia is one the ayakashi chosen to accompany Kaguro&#039;s advance guard during their daytime invasion of Karasumori. Sekia is an outgoing, fun-loving ayakashi with a childlike, raspy voice. When he was able to enter the human world during the day for the first time, he seemed very intrigued with many of the human necessities and attachments, wanting first dibs on it all. He is more of a follower than a leader, which fits his personality quite well. Sekia may be the villian but out of his group, he is the most good-natured and concerned one out of them. He is a Kappa who has been living in the mortal realm for many years. He is in charge of gathering information regarding the location of the hunted demons. In the OVA, he has fooled persons into believing that his appearance is a disguise. He has a secret contact (whom he holds dear) that helps him get most of the clues of the cases. Joanna&#039;s husband and father to her children, he is unable to hold down a job due to his laziness and alcoholism, usually spending whatever money he earns from the oddjobs he does on cheap liquor.

Kandachi (カンダチ, Kandachi) is a missing-nin from Amegakure and was Hanzō&#039;s right hand man.    Sometime after Pain killed Hanzō, Kandachi and a group of Ame ninja fled the country and went into hiding by taking over a village surrounded by a magnetic force that affects a person&#039;s chakra flow to the brain similar to genjutsu.     Like his superior Hanzō, he fights mainly using the Summoning Technique. He can command the Conch King with hand seals. All of the hand seals performed also give the Conch King a signal to use a specified technique. Kandachi has shown a rare ability to cast a genjutsu on his opponent though the Conch King. The magnetic field caused by the tree strengthens this genjutsu, as the magnetism disrupts a person&#039;s chakra flow, similar to a genjutsu. Kandachi can also command the Conch King to propel above water by using Wind Release.     When Jiraiya brought Naruto Uzumaki to the forest for training, they encounter Tanishi who tells them of Kandachi&#039;s takeover. Naruto (disguised as Tanishi) and Jiraiya, pretending to be captured, meet with Kandachi, surprised to see Jiraiya again. Naruto&#039;s cover is blown when the real Tanishi arrives and Kandashi decides to feed the villagers to the Conch King. Naruto fights against Kandachi and the Conch King but their techniques knocks Naruto down every time. In the end, Naruto defeats them both with his first Great Ball Rasengan. 

Leader of the Inglessa Militia&#039;s Jalopy Squad. Joseph comes from an ethnic minority that is persecuted in Adeska. He left his homeland to assist Sid Munzer and only departs the excavation team once he is needed to pilot the Militia&#039;sFLAT-L06D FLAT . Joseph is a brave man with a good heart. He quickly forms a romantic relationship with Fran Doll in spite of his brusque, taciturn personality.

With a mushroom-like head, Kageto Kinoshita works at Pantasia Southern Tokyo branch. Though all the characters talk about making new kinds of bread, he is usually the one who ends up doing all of the work at the store, and also while everyone else is involved with bread making competitions.

At first glance he doesn't stack up to bread makers like Kawachi and Azuma, but Kageto seems to have the strange ability to work so fast it looks like there are several of him at once as well as actually making clones of himself. This is because he was raised up in a family that works in a circus. He can also copy another's bread-making skills 95% as good as the original. Kinoshita also possesses the ability to sense if other people are talking about him elsewhere. He often writes to his mother, who apparently, lives elsewhere, telling her about whatever happens at Pantasia.

A mysterious green-eyed warrior and successor of the Seito Gekken. A descendant of the Yuezhi who carries their nearly 2,000-year grudge against the Hokuto and believes God has chosen him to destroy it. This extends indiscriminately to other fists that have descended from the Hokuto, such as Liu Zongwu's Hokuto Ryukaken and Liu Feiyan's Kyokujuji Seiken. He also prays to the moon every night.

He works as a bodyguard for Du Tianfeng and claims his name is ancient Hebrew for "to see God". He robbed a Kuomintang train and gave away all its food to peasants. Though captured he escaped execution after Tiān-Fēng paid for his freedom.

Later it is revealed that he is a descendant of Shuken and Yahma's child, thus making him a member of the Hokuto Soke bloodline. He eventually redeems himself and joins Kenshiro Kasumi and his friends.

Great Britain, whose real name is unknown, was unsurprisingly originally from the United Kingdom. He was once a famous and talented stage actor with a broad knowledge of famous shows. In the 2001 TV series, Great Britain was in love with an actress named Sophie, who worked with him. Later he became more famous and gradually ignored his past love. One financial problem after another arose, and the once great thespian was reduced over time to the life of a penniless nobody who would do anything for a drink or a smoke. Black Ghost agents, noticing his plight, easily lured Great Britain into their vehicle with an alcoholic beverage. Later after his escape with the other cyborgs, Great Britain goes back to the United Kingdom and finds out that his ex-girlfriend had a daughter, Rosa. With the possibility that she might be his child, Great Britain tries to talk to her but is unfortunately rejected and scorned for his past actions (Rosa believed him to have betrayed Sophie), to be redeemed only in the end when he replaces a main actor in Rosa's theatrical play and manages to befriend her. 007 has the incredible ability to reshape his cellular structure at will, allowing him to become any object, creature, or person he wishes (at one point in the 2001 series, he even grows to titanic proportions). With his superb acting skills, he can also blend in with the enemy to use sneaky maneuvers and attacks. Although he is the oldest of the second generation cyborgs, being in his late 40s when kidnapped, 007 is probably the most lighthearted one and is a very amiable guy to boot. Giving credence to his personality as a comic relief, there is a running gag where Great Britain often takes the form of a precocious, almost super deformed, child; he would act as a spoiled child fearing for own life amidst his fellow Cyborgs even during combat. In the 1960s anime versions, he is a child rather than an adult, in an attempt by the producers to appeal to a younger audience. Though Ishinomori initially disapproved of this, he later temporarily mirrored it in the manga version by having Gilmore alter 007's body to make the child form his standard form. His nationality in combination with his number is an obvious reference to Ian Fleming's famous British spy character James Bond.

A former executive of the Awakusu-kai and now a freelance detective working with Izaya. "Kine" is an alias and means "carrot" in English; his real name is unknown.

The leader of the Stormtroopers, whose nickname means "eyeglasses", he has a strong personality and generally directs the schemes of the Stormtroopers to gain Lum's attention (though mostly for himself). Though usually antagonistic towards Ataru, he often hangs out with him in his spare time. He is often given to rambling philosophical musings and outbursts, and seems to have an affinity for fascism and communism. 

Finger Bearers are a type of special grade cursed spirit that emerge from the cursed wombs spawned from eating one of [Sukuna](https://anilist.co/character/133701/Sukuna)'s fingers.

The head of the Viscount Berman family, which has a fief next to the [Rudolvon](https://anilist.co/character/220635) family. He's concerned that his territory is smaller than that of the Outland Count Rudolvon, who seems to look down on him as a county aristocrat, and he plans to forcefully cultivate the Sealence Forest located between their territories.

In the previous timeline, this led to the outbreak of civil unrest among the Lulu tribe, which eventually led to the destruction of the empire.

In the timeline of the main story, [Mia](https://anilist.co/character/172654) successfully dealt with the above problems and he became a loyal subject who devoted a great deal of loyalty to Mia.
