Dr. Mashirito is the main antagonist of the Dr. Slump franchise and the arch-rival of Senbei Norimaki.
His main goal is to conquer the world and surpass Arale's power. In order to get that, he will create many robots named Caramelmen or even make modifications to himself to earn destructive power.

He is extremely evil, agressive and rude. He stops at nothing to attain his goal, despite many failures.
While Dr. Mashirito's plans consistently end in failure, one should not underestimate him, as his intelligence is on par with, or perhaps even surpasses, that of Senbei.

He is the creator of Obotchaman.


Vice Admiral in the Galactic Empire, leader of the Schwarz lanzenreiters (Black Lancers), a fleet renowned for their shock assault tactics and fondness of high speed battleships. His flagship is the K&ouml;enigs Tiger.

In the original Great Mazinger, Tetsuya Tsurugi is an orphan raised by Dr. Kenzo Kabuto along with his friend Jun, he was trained to be the pilot of Great Mazinger.

Ioneos is like Kuon's &quot;older brother,&quot; as he and Kuon are created from the same type of magical crystal. However, Ioneos' appearance and size are much larger and sleeker than Kuon's because he is comprised of an entire crystal, save a small chipped fragment which Kuon is made from. He was sealed inside of one of the school's stone pillars until Hikari accidentally released him during a routine fire drill. The entire school was subsequently demolished after the blast following Ioneos' release. Jennifer nicknamed him &quot;Oniita,&quot; saying that his original name was too long. In the end, Ioneos turns into mud along with Kuon and become crystals. Kuon being the little chip and Ioneos being the big crystal. Slash is known as a &quot;support mech&quot; and assists Mahoro during combat. He has the form of a panther and can be summoned at any time by Mahoro. Although he can speak, his mouth never moves except during times when he expresses emotions. Although used for combat in the past, he often now acts as a guard dog around the Misato residence and a friend to the Misato&#039;s dog &mdash; a role he was not thrilled to take in the beginning.        He is friendly but tough and will lend a helping paw when asked. Although Mahoro is Slash&#039;s master, he will now take commands from Suguru: since Suguru is Mahoro&#039;s employer, he is also her master and thus Slash&#039;s master as well. Leader of the Space Pirates, Space Wasps. Appears in episode 6.  The wasps are similar to the bees, were once peaceful space creatures. But one day, their home planet, the place they call the space pirate hideout, was made toxic by change's in the sun's energy, so they became violent space monsters.

Code Number: 020. A top agent in the Zero Zero Organization. He is said to be the most quick-tempered in the Zero Zero Organization, and his physical strength is incredible. His appearance resembles Cyborg 002. His code name "Mars" is the name of the god of war and agriculture in Roman mythology.

Toranosuke Yoshida is attempting to seriously enter Japan's political system in order to start changing the country, but is having difficulties doing so.

Shinko&#039;s grandfather. He was a teacher and tells Shinko a lot about what happened one thousand years ago. He has asthma.

Jet was originally 001, but was replaced by Ivan. Jet comes from New York City in the United States and was the leader of the Jets gang in New York's West Side. (In the manga, his character is introduced in a scene that parodies the opening scenes of the movie West Side Story). During a fight with the Puerto Rican Sharks gang, Jet stabs one of the rival gang members to death, causing the others to run away in order to escape the police. Jet, however, was intercepted by Black Ghost members, who took him away from the scene to be made into a cyborg later. Jet, true to his name, has boosters built into his feet, allowing him to fly at speeds of up to Mach 5. 002 is also equipped with an early form of acceleration module, later refined in 009. He has a brash personality that often conflicts with his peers (in the 2001 series he's even hostile towards them at some points), but is nonetheless a loyal and good-hearted member of the team. He was one of the 00 Cyborgs who were frozen until more advanced technology and procedures were developed. Chronologically, he is in his 40/50s, since he was 18 years old when captured. Jet has a huge nose.

Appearing in the TV series, he was a former member of Dante's gang who reformed to become a village doctor. He played with the children from the village, but was later blackmailed by Dante to kill Kenshiro, or else he would murder the children and take everything they had. When Duran failed to kill Kenshiro, and saved Kanna from Dante's men, ~!they killed him. Kenshiro avenges his death by destroying Dante and his gang.!~

One of the Ambassadors of Destruction under Devil Z's command. Despite being thoroughly devoted to Destrons' goal of conquest, he keeps in touch with his humanity, believing that it's up to humans to rule their own planet. 

His transtector is the Gigatank (ギガタンク), one of two components to Overlord.
