Koushiro Izumi is a character in the anime and manga series Digimon Adventure, Digimon Adventure 02 and Digimon Adventure tri.. He is a DigiDestined, partnered with [Tentomon,](https://anilist.co/character/9953/Tentomon) and the bearer of the Crest of Knowledge. 

Izzy is a computer expert and spends a large fraction of his time trying to figure stuff out on his "PiBook" laptop. He is very intelligent and knowledgeable, and often gets lost in thought while trying to figure out something new. He is extremely curious about the nature of the Digital World, and works ceaselessly to learn whatever there is to know about it. He is resourceful and dutiful, and quick to help his friends. He is somewhat socially awkward, even as a teenager when he is more confident in his ability. In the Japanese version, he is extremely polite. 

Izzy is initially a member of the soccer club with [Taichi "Tai" Kamiya](https://anilist.co/character/1907/Taichi-Yagami) and [Sora Takenouchi,](https://anilist.co/character/2276/Sora-Takenouchi) though he isn't particularly good at the sport. He later becomes the president of the computers club.

Is the cloned son of Yomi. He is created so that Yomi will have a better chance of winning. Despite this, Yomi truly loves him and trains him in earnest.

Glenn is lazy, and constantly bored by everything, with his primary focus being sleeping. He becomes the substitute teacher in Sistine's class, after the retirement of her favorite teacher. While he may seem incompetent, he is actually very skilled in magic, but not in the traditional sense. Glenn used to be as passionate about magic as Sistine, but became disillusioned by it due to Sara Silvers' death and his past as the infamous military assassin known as "The Fool." He developed his own type of magic, called "The Fool's World" which negates the activation of all magic within a certain radius, including his own. However, this does not nullify spells that have already been cast. While nullifying the enemies' magic he then beats them using superior hand-to-hand combat skills. He cannot use combat magic coherently due to it being far away from his area of expertise, but he has an in-depth understanding of the concept of all types of magic, which makes him a good instructor.

Haruo Kono is a Super Japan Pro Wrestler and an affiliated fighter within the Kengan matches. During the Kengan Annihilation Tournament, he represented Nentendo as their affiliated fighter. Originally a Gurkha, his birth name is Haru.

Haruo is extremely lazy and addicted to computer games and sweets. He seemed disinterested before fighting [Akoya](https://anilist.co/character/143854), and would have rather played video games. He is easily frustrated when presented with challenges, whether in video games or in fighting and throws frequent tantrums which require near-constant repairs to his house.

Zero has experienced the horrific battle against Nemesis seven years ago and has been striving to become a blader ever since. His grandfather told him about the star fragments, making Yuki observe the stars as the 10 fragments hit earth. They split up and his bey was shining as well, which made him look for Gingka to inform him of the danger that the world would be in if the star fragment's power was taken by evil people. However, he doesn't know that Johannes, a servant of the evil group, was already following him and on his own hunt for the star fragments and the legendary bladers. He makes Yuki battle him right before he can meet Gingka and almost defeats him. Kyoya sees that he's having a hard time battling, but decides to deny his plea for help. Fortunately, Gingka and his friends show up to save him and make him part of their group.

His hair style resembles the original Boomer's hair style in his second appearance, although the anime Boomer's hair is slightly longer and spikier. His weapon of choice is Miyako's used cotton swab to toss his ear wax. He is represented by an X.

A Demonic Garrotter who manipulates specially forged metallic threads called Demonic slicing threads. These threads cut through everything and can stretch for kilometers, so they can be stretched in all directions to form wards. He also uses the Garian Sword, the sword of sinners that dissipates magical defenses. He is a victory supremacist who also favors cunning methods.

In the anime, he was to be picked as Daimonji's opponent, but Kenichi stepped in instead. Inspired by this act of courage, Mizunuma later joins Shinpaku Alliance as one of its pawns, and learns Karate from Alan Subishi from the Kyuukai (Secluded Ogre Association) Dojo located in an abandoned building.  Mizunuma is tall with glasses and smooth hair, not unlike Tanaka Tsutomu's style. Like Kenichi before his fight with Odin, Mizunuma was commonly seen in his school uniform during school, and at his dojo in Karate robes.  Also like Kenichi, Mizunuma is a shy person who was frequently bullied and stands up for his beliefs of righteousness by gaining strength and joining Shinpaku. In this, Mizunuma looks up to Kenichi as a role model. Unlike Kenichi, Mizunuma's sense of justice against enemies is not defensive, but offensive, as seen at one point when he attacked a middle school bully so badly that he caused serious injuries (and even hit Matsui in the face at one point).  His other role model is Alan Subishi, his master. When Alan was incapacitated by Yomi's Tirawit Koukin, Mizunuma was overcome with feelings of revenge and was first to step into the ring during the D of D tournament to advance Shinpaku so that he could fight Yomi.
