Music video for the crowdfunded project Plantopia. This original project is a collaboration between LAM, Kukka, and Nozomu Kuoka which spans anime, figures, and a novel series. The first anime of this project is a music video directed by Yuuki Igarashi, and is accompanied by the song Shitsurakuen by Mafumafu.

The protagonists of the story are witch duo Noel Niihashi and Ninny Spangcole. They are protection agents for Wing Bind (WB), an organization for dragon conservation and management. Their mission is to protect and manage the dragons within London on behalf of the people.

Miyo Sasaki is an energetic high school girl who comes from a broken family consisting of her unconfident father and an overly invested stepmother, whose attempts at connecting with Miyo come across as bothersome.
