Azure Kite appears within the fictional MMORPG "The World R:2".

He is a Twin Blade-type character who resembles a corrupted, stitched-together version of Kite, the original protagonist from the first four .hack games, who played in the original "The World". Most of the time only one of his eyes are visible (the other one being covered by his hair), and they stare blankly without focus. He also does not talk, and only breathes loudly and growls. Azure Kite carries two triple-edged blades known as the "The Empty Skies", and has access to the powerful Data Drain skill. He can also transform into a floating azure orb of light to travel, and often arrives at areas in this form, surrounded by azure flames.

Though polite to strangers he shows a rather witty sense of humour to those he&#039;s close with. He is the type of person who will stop whatever he&#039;s doing to help somebody who&#039;s in trouble. He spends a lot of his time online with his friend and partner BlackRose. Kaito is a teenager who seemed less interested in actual dinosaurs even when his father helped to design the Dinoterium, a place that is a tribute to dinosaurs. When he stumbles upon the Dragozaurs stealing a local life force, his cry for the sake of life reawakens the Dino Knights and since then, he has been their ally. Isaribi was a human test subject under the control of Amachi who in turn used to work for Orochimaru. The test was meant to give shinobi the ability to breathe and operate underwater. Isaribi was one of the first test subjects, and was not the final version. She was sent back to the Land of the Sea to spy on the ships leaving port. Due to her bandages, which were used to cover the permanently scaled parts of her body, the villagers attacked her and vandalized her property. They feared and hated her as she was the only person to return from being &quot;spirited away&quot;.    Isaribi was promised that she would be returned to human form if she complied with Amachi's orders. To that end she attacked ships and killed a number of sailors under the disguise of the Kaima, a sea monster. Naruto was able to make her come to her senses, causing her to realize that were she to continue killing others to save herself, she would become a true monster. After his defeat, Amachi revealed that he never had a cure for her condition, and that he planned to dissect her once she was no longer useful. She returned with Naruto to Konoha after Amachi's defeat hoping that Tsunade can cure her.

The shikigami of Riku Tachibana. Kogenta is a member of the Byakko (White Tiger) family of shikigami (leading many to the conclusion that Riku is Ten-Ryuu's Head). He is typically cocky, arrogant, and quick to anger. At first he can't believe that he's &quot;Stuck with someone as dimwitted&quot; as Riku, but eventually comes to terms with this and tries to improve Riku's character. He is the first Shikigami to become a Daikoujin, but he considers it an unfair advantage because, in his words, &quot;I can't remember how I beat them and by the time I come to, the fights already over.&quot; In the finale, Kogenta willingly lets Riku terminate their contract, but it is speculated that the contract still lingers, as Kogenta's spirit is seen over the shrine.


Robo Master of Jet Robo &amp; Shuttle Robo, he&#039;s an aerial rescue specialist. Taiyoh is a &quot;survival natural&quot;, which grants him the ability to sense danger. Taiyoh has been orphaned since the plane him and his parents were on crashed and his parents died. He was the only survivor rescued by the Rescue Red. He is the leader of the Red Wings together with Ace, he is usually reckless and tackles problems head-on. Sometimes, he relies too much on his ability that can cost him the rescue.
