Spielberger, a native of the German city of Stuttgart with a wife and daughter, was a member of the Nazi Party&rsquo;s elite Waffen SS during World War II, was ordered by Alfred, at the time his superior, to be the guardian of a tableau painting titled &lsquo;The Twelve Knights Led by Brunhilda&rsquo;.  With authorizations issued by the SS, Spielberger managed to find passage onboard the U-boat U-1324 as it left the pens at Kiel; the boat already escorting Lt. Col Matsuda back to Japan-held Batavia in Indonesia (now Jakarta).    Unlike Matsuda, who openly socialized with the U-1324 crew, Spielberger rarely left his quarters.  But the only time he did, it was to voice his objection over Captain Wentzel Ahbe&rsquo;s decision to torpedo a British carrier in the Indian Ocean, stating that doing-so would not change the war&rsquo;s outcome.  Ahbe was shocked to hear Spielberger&rsquo;s tone of defeat, but continued the attack, stating that unless he heard from his superiors otherwise, he and his crew would continue to fight to the very end.     The voyage was uneventful until the U-1324 was miles from their objective.  There, the sub found that a U.S. Navy patrol was on the surface, searching for Japanese submarines.  Despite firing a torpedo to divert the patrol away, one destroyer remained above, forcing Ahbe to take the U-boat into silent running.  Then the destroyer used its active sonar, afterwhich it fired its depth charges, sending U-1324 into a nose-first dive to the ocean floor &ndash; one that it would never surface from.    After learning from his surviving crewmembers about the dire circumstances of their situation, Ahbe relieved them of their duties to face death in their own way (Matsuda had already committed seppuku by then).  After retiring to another part of the ship to contemplate his death, Ahbe met Spielberger, who demanded when they would be surfacing.  After receiving the bad news, Spielberger then told Ahbe of his mission, which was to deliver the painting he was carrying and hide it until the Nazis were once again in power.  By now Ahbe was disgusted by Spielberger&rsquo;s defeat, and told him openly that maybe his sub&rsquo;s sinking may have been God&rsquo;s will for everything his crew sacrificed themselves for, as well as his disgust of having to share a coffin with the likes of the SS officer.      Offended by what he saw as anti-Nazi statements, Spielberger then ordered Ahbe to retract everything he said, for which Ahbe continued to calmly rail at his antagonist.  Finally, Spielberger took-out his Luger and shot Ahbe twice in the head, killing him.  He then tried to commit suicide himself, but then the U-1324&rsquo;s crew, hearing the shots, charged-in to get revenge for Ahbe&rsquo;s murder.  Spielberger managed to kill three of them before getting shot himself.

Jealous only appears in a flashback when Rem explains a method to kill a Shinigami. In this flashback, Rem recalls Jealous watching over a woman  in the human world. Surprised by his concern, Rem eventually looks over his shoulder and witnesses what should have been the woman's last moments on Earth. In a dark alley, a distraught man mistakes woman as the woman who broke up with him and attempts to stab her to death. Apparently infatuated with the woman, Jealous uses his Death Note to kill her destined murderer; the man suddenly walks away to commit suicide. Moments later, Jealous himself turns to a pile of sand and rust as consequence for extending a human life. Rem takes his Death Note and gave it to Misa    Jealous' name is commonly misspelled &quot;Gelus,&quot; which is what his name was romanized to until Death Note: How to Read 13 revealed the official spelling as Jealous. The first through fourth printings of Volume 4 of the English-language manga refers to him as Gelus.    Ken'ichi Matsuyama, who portrayed L in the live action films, voices Jealous in the anime. Jealous is one of the few left handed characters in the show.

His speech follows the conventions of Mojo Jojo in the original Japanese dub of Powerpuff Girls; he does not speak quickly, but ends his sentences with &quot;Mojo&quot;. He was a normal monkey mistreated by some humans in the Tokyo City Zoo until he was affected by a black light from Chemical Z making him highly intelligent, seeking revenge on all humans. Now he can fly and has some martial arts abilities. He is still about the same size as the original as the giant cape conceals his small figure (in some concept art, Mojo controls mechanical legs under his giant cape, which makes him look taller than he really is). Mojo also possesses a destructive - though largely redundant - robot called Mojo Robo, which is often modified in each episode. Mojo currently lives in an abandoned house next to the Tokyo City Tower, where he repairs Mojo Robo, builds other devices, eating whatever food he bought or stole, and spends some quality time watching TV. He seems to have an obsession with food, mainly sweets (which he shares with Blossom). Mojo Jojo's true plan is to take over the world, but it appears that food is important to him to accomplish his ambition. Like the original, he is also responsible for the creation of the Rowdyruff Boys. Unfortunately, the boys don't have any respect for him and use his parental love for them to their advantage. They refer to him as Mama, until they abandon him when they no longer need to use him. Episode 33 hints that Mojo harbors feelings for Ms. Keane, who was very kind to Mojo despite both his appearance and his actions in episode 19. Like many recurring characters he has his own symbol, a bunch of bananas. However, in the TV airing of episode 1, Mojo had his Initials (M J Y, The first letter of each Kana of his name) in the background. He survived the attacks of Tenshinhan and Chaozu which drained their lives and put Piccolo to death with his incredible might, but fell powerless to Son Goku who had returned to Earth with new training from North Kaio. East Kaioushin is the supreme ruler of the Eastern Quadrant of the Universe along with his best friends, and under his superior, Dai Kaioshin (Grand Supreme Kai). He is short, purple skinned with white hair, dressed in a posh Kaio outfit and always accompanied by his ever-loyal bodyguard and friend, Kibito. East Kaioshin survived Majin Buu&#039;s assault on the Kaioshin Kai to become the only surviving Kaioshin, when rescued by his bodyguard. East Kaioshin mentions that he was the weakest of the four kaioshins. Nail is a Namekian who looks exactly like Piccolo, apart from the clothes. He is described as the lone &#039;fighter class&#039; Namekian left. He is the personal bodyguard to Guru, and is very strong for a Namekian.     During the Captain Ginyu Saga, Nail has to fight Frieza in order to stop him from killing Guru and getting the Dragon Balls for himself. Even though Frieza was in his lowest power level of 530,000, Nail was no match for the tyrant, and even lost an arm (which he regenerated using Regeneration) during the battle. Before Frieza could finish Nail off, Nail revealed that this fight was to delay Frieza so Dende could get the Namekian Dragon Balls&#039; password to the Earthlings, Gohan and Krillin. Enraged, Frieza immediately departs, leaving Nail to die on the ground.     Shortly afterwards a newly resurrected Piccolo arrives and finds the disabled Namekian. Nail is still able to speak, and asks Piccolo to fuse with him in order to increase his chances against Frieza, and at the same time save his life. Piccolo agrees after some questioning of Nail&#039;s motives, and indeed his power level increases dramatically to the point of being more than a match for Frieza&#039;s second form.

Dryden is Escaflowne's resident scruffy, bookish intellectual, irreverent to extremes and a master of sarcasm and verbal wit. Though egotistical, cynical, and downright cocky, he is deeply selfless and romantic. He is social and likes to talk with anybody on just about anything intellectual. He is quite possibly the most laid back character in the entire cast, and one of the precious few with a good sense of humor. He has a knack for irritating just about anybody with reserves or reverence for anything arbitrary, whether it be propriety, society, or the proper role of a father. Needless to say, he manages to nettle almost every single member of the cast at least once, some multiple times. His idea of flirting is flat-out advertising his assets (i.e. more or less "My intellect is second-to-none, I'm freaking rich, and I'm good-looking."), if that gives a good idea of how brash he can be, but in his (very) few serious moments his courting methods turn to solemn vows. He takes a passionate interest in esoteric and arcane topics of study, such as Atlantis and Guymelefs, the latter of which he collects not for their military force, but for their integrity of construction. Not only is he a first-class nerd, but he is a first-class nerd with heaps of style. He is a noble-born rich boy, but he dresses as though he just stumbled out of bed, ties his hair back messily, and wears the coolest glasses I have ever seen, period. He is somebody who can make you laugh and who can still laugh at himself and life, no matter how desolate things may seem or how many people he will piss off.  Dryden is the son of a jerk of an Astorian noble, Meiden Fassa, and runs his own lucrative merchant airship convoy. His father arranged for him to marry the princess of Astoria, Millerna Aston, a headstrong and intelligent woman with whom he fell in love and spent a great deal of the show trying to win, unsuccessfully. After their rather eventful wedding day and after realizing that she was still in love with Allen Schezar, he allowed Millerna to leave, no strings attached, with the promise that he would become a man worthy of her love. The question of whether or not Dryden ends up winning Millerna is unanswered by the end of the show. Dryden becomes king of Astoria after their marriage, which is fortunate considering that at the end of the war a far more competent king than Aston is in the throne. He is willing to negotiate with and listen to Folken after he leaves Zaibach, and he displays pacifist tendencies; the core of his strategic response to the Zaibach threat is economic sanctions. In the first scene in which he appears, he is allowing his pet mermaid, Sylvie, to go free after a goodbye kiss, despite his manager's protests regarding her monetary cost, to which Dryden replies "Don't be so frugal." He sold his entire merchant convoy to the Ispano to pay for Escaflowne's repair job and, in effect, Van's life, much to the distress of the manager who keeps flitting around and freaking out every time Dryden does something so liberal. Dryden was the narrator of Leon Schezar's diary as the party searched for Atlantis, and in the process managed to get on Allen's bad side. No surprise. Magatsuhi is the yōkai who killed Midoriko and whose soul with whom she continuously battles inside the jewel. Like Naraku, Magatsuhi was created by a corrupt human who lusted after a priestess and allowed his body to be consumed by yōkai. However, unlike Naraku, who retains a humanoid form, Magatsuhi&#039;s true form is much more monstrous. Magatsuhi is first seen in manga chapter 89 as the mummified corpse of an unnamed but massive demon. Later in the manga, the demon&#039;s name is revealed to be Magatsuhi, and it is able to (temporarily) escape the jewel and create a humanoid body out of some of Naraku&#039;s spare parts. However, this body was soon destroyed by Sesshomaru and InuYasha.     ~!In chapter 555 in the manga, InuYasha saw Magatsuhi combating Midoriko inside the Shikon Jewel.  Magatsuhi states that if Kagome were to make a selfish wish on the Jewel, Kagome would replace Midoriko in the eternal fight and Naraku would replace Magatsuhi. InuYasha refuses to believe Magatsuhi, and proceeds to attack it in an attempt to reach Kagome. In the end he and Naraku were destroyed forever by InuYasha when he cuts the point of light in the darkness inside the Shikon Jewel with the Meidou Zangetsuha and arrives in the meidou outside the jewel to save Kagome. Then Kagome makes the right wish; the wish that would exterminate the jewel from the world forever; the wish for the Shikon no Tama to disappear. The jewel breaks; disappears, and InuYasha and Kagome are transported back to earthen ground.!~

Starscream is a Decepticon in the various fictional Transformers universes. He appeared in several incarnations in the related comics, animated television series, and movies. Most incarnations of the Starscream character are extremely ambitious and treacherous, but with varying degrees of strength and competence. Often, Starscream is the leader of a sub-group of Decepticon attack jets called the Seekers, and in many incarnations he is also second-in-command of the Decepticons.  He makes no secret of his ambition to overthrow Megatron as Decepticon leader. He is more intelligent than the average Decepticon, ruthless, and cruel; but, he is also a coward: He is unlikely to directly act on his ultimate ambition without, in advance, secretly getting enough fellow Decepticons to support him. He considers himself vastly superior to other Decepticons, and looks down on Megatron for being antiquated in his military strategy and tactics. Starscream believes that the Decepticons should rely more on guile and speed rather than brute destructive force to defeat the Autobots; although, even when Starscream is given the chance to strike out on his own, he is rarely more successful than Megatron -- often, considerably less. Megatron overlooks the potential threat that Starscream represents because he believes that Starscream is very good at his job. However, Starscream often exhausts Megatron's patience quickly; violent-yet-brief verbal and/or physical conflicts are not uncommon between the two. Usually, these result in Megatron treating Starscream in a humiliatingly dismissive manner. Although he hates Toros, he deeply cares for Leena (he claims she resembles her mother), shown in the instance where he shoved all the other Zoids away with his Whale King to shield her from the massive explosion created by three charged particle cannons.
