Helba is a hacker, and a very professional one. She was thought to have been working with Tsukasa because of his abilities. However, Helba says that she does not. Helba is very secretive, and her contact with the main group is usually through Bear. However, Helba is on the "good side" of the characters, telling Bear and company what she knows and how the area of Net Slum could be an advantage. After the group finds Aura, a large demon attacks in Net Slum, but Helba deletes the field and likely saves everyone's lives.

Kaoru Asaba (浅羽 -) is the woman that helps Yuki Aihara escape from the malfunctioning Y-Port World Center. A rather strong and resourceful woman. Near the end of the episode, it is revealed that she is a friend of Yuki&#039;s sister-in-law Miho.

Belldandy is unflinchingly kind, patient, and warm, not only to Keiichi but to everyone, without exception. However, this does not mean that she is to be taken lightly; Belldandy is licensed as a goddess first-class, unlimited, and as such is highly skilled. Her power is so great, in fact, that she is required to wear a special earring on her left ear which constantly seals the full brunt of her magical strength. The only time at which she has ever revealed her true strength is during the Lord of Terror arc. At the end of this arc, Belldandy completely reconstructed their home from rubble, mentioning that doing so only took one ten-millionth of her power.

Belldandy's capacities and talents are diverse, whether magical or worldly. Not only can she change the appearance of her clothing and levitate (and, by extension, fly) as all full-fledged goddesses are expected to, but she can also teleport through mirrors, speak to and understand animals, "see" people's emotions as auras, heal minor wounds by speeding metabolism, and "speak" to machines. Furthermore, she is a superb cook, and her singing skills are held to be the best in the heavens. She is also incapable of getting drunk on alcoholic drinks, but instead gets drunk with soda (it has to be noted, however, that she's a complete lightweight in this regard. One sip is enough to send her in a drunken rampage—although given her personality, "rampage" takes an entirely different, but no less destructive, meaning). In addition, she is also the top broom racer in heaven, the only one that could rival her is Welsper from hell or Hild the Daimakaichou herself.

Belldandy's angel is Holy Bell (Bless餠Bell in some versions of the English manga); her elemental attribute is wind. Like all angels, Holy Bell augments Belldandy's magical powers when called upon, and like all angels, she also reflects her master's current state. For example, when Belldandy falls unconscious after being infected with a virus (in the movie), Holy Bell emerges comatose and covered with crystals that represent the virus.

Belldandy does not appear to play a significant role in maintaining Yggdrasil. Rather, she works at the Goddess Relief Agency which deals with granting wishes (forming contracts) with humans, similar to Peorth's work at the Earth Assistance Agency.

Urd is Belldandy's older half sister and is the second Goddess to appear to Keiichi. Urd ranks as Goddess second class, management category limited license, similar to her youngest sister Skuld. She is the Yggdrasil System Administrator and Manager. Though she is much more powerful than her sisters, she could not become a first class goddess because she only wanted power to protect her sisters, not power to protect all beings. Urd shares a common father with her younger sisters, but has a different mother, the Demon Lord Hild. Because of this, Urd is a hybrid of Goddess and Demon, reflected in the half-white, half-black appearance of her Angel, World of Elegance.  Urd fancies herself a Goddess of Love, so she comes to Earth to spur Keiichi onward with love potions and well-meaning, but deceitful advice, but as punishment for deserting her post and for using her powers on Earth without authorization, The Almighty banishes her from Heaven until further notice. After being allowed to go back, she decides to stay on Earth instead.

Kirishima Hijiri is the town&rsquo;s local nurse and the sister of Kirishima Kano. Hijiri has looked after Kano ever since their mother&rsquo;s death when they were younger.     ~!Hijiri&rsquo;s first major role in the anime is where she offers Kunisaki Yukito a job at her clinic after seeing him perform with his puppet outside. Her role continues to be insignificant until Kano is revealed to have an unknown disease which results in her almost committing suicide by slitting her wrists. This leads to Hijiri tying a yellow scarf on Kano&rsquo;s arm, telling her that if she leaves it on till she turns 18, she would be able to use magic.!~

An (written En in the ADV release) takes on the persona of Natsumi Ginga (Anne Granger in the english dub version.) and lives with her &quot;brother&quot; in Juuban Odyssey Apartments. She develops a crush on Mamoru, and constantly tries to win him over, much to Ail&#039;s (and Usagi&#039;s) dislike.

Hana Yoma Kisenian was a flower that would take control of a person (like Fiore) and turn their &quot;pure heart&quot; into a dark one. The person would wander about the Earth, carrying out Hana Yoma Kisenian&#039;s plans. After everything had been absorbed/destroyed, the planet would explode.   Hana Yoma Kisenian was left on the comet (probably remainders of planet that disappeared) where Fiore found her. Fiore then got the idea (once he picked the flower) that everybody had left Mamoru all alone. That&#039;s where Fiore&#039;s heart became dark.   Eventually, Sailor Moon showed Fiore the truth about Usagi and Mamoru&#039;s friendship, killing Hana Yoma Kisenian.

Rin is the seven year old neighbor (aging to eight during the series) of Alice Sakaguchi, and has enjoyed tormenting her since she moved in nextdoor. Despite this, Alice is forced to babysit him one day, and at the end of the day the two get into a childish argument over Jinpachi, who they happened to run into while out. In order to anger Alice, Rin grabs the crocus they bought that day and drops it from the fifteenth story balcony onto the ground. Alice slaps Rin in retaliation, causing him to fall over the edge. Alice attempts to catch him but looses her grip and fall from the fifteen-story balcony of the apartment. Incredibly, he managed to survive the fall but lapsed into a coma. It is during this coma that Rin relives almost all of Shion&#039;s memories in an incredibly compacted amount of time.     ~!Rin is the reincarnation of Shion.!~

Spinel Sun is the cat-like magical guardian created by Eriol Hiiragizawa as a counter part to Clow Reed's original guardian Cerberus. Spinel Sun's true form is a winged black panther, while his false form is similar to a small winged cat. Nicknamed Suppi by Ruby Moon, Spinel Sun spends most of his time reading and projects a calm demeanor. Ruby Moon often teases him that he needs to have more fun. During the series, he mostly remains out of sight of the main characters, except when he once runs into Cerberus in his false form. Fortunately for him, Cerberus doesn't suspect anything and instead declares him a monster and feeds him sweets, not realizing that the sweets would turn Spinel Sun into a hyperactive eating machine. Cerberus does not learn his true identity until just before the final battle where the two cats face one another. Initially, Spinel Sun appears to have the upper hand, however Cerberus' greater determination to protect Sakura enable him to defeat him.  In the anime adaptation, he voiced by Katsuyuki Konishi in his true form, and by Yumi Tōma in his false form. In the second Cardcaptor Sakura movie, his false form briefly appears and is voiced by Philece Sampler. In the English adaptation Cardcaptors, his name is changed to Spinner Sun and both forms are voiced by Colin Murdock.
