She is Ash&#039;s mother. Delia is very caring of her son, always reminding him to do his best. She is very talented, having won a beauty pageant and cooked a dish so popular that elite chefs at the Indigo Plateau have asked for its recipe. It is not known who is the father of Ash, but it isn&#039;t clear that Ash&#039;s parents have separated, although she has contacted him at least once since Ash left. She has a Mr. Mime housekeeper who helps her with chores and is also rather adept in battle. In the Japanese version, the name of Satoshi&#039;s mother was, for a long time, unrevealed (with her referring to herself as Satoshi no haha or referred as Mama-san, although the role was credited as Hanako). Iczer One is a gynoid created by the Cthulhu (also known as Cthulwulf), to be their guardian. However, when the Cthulhu were taken over by Big Gold, Iczer One was jettisoned. She arrived on Earth and somehow got wind of the coming invasion by the Cthulhu, now under Big Gold's command. She was therefore forced to defend the Earth against those she was created to protect. To do this, she needed a partner to help her use the Iczer Robo, a giant fighting mecha which is somehow connected to her (a connection so profound, that when Iczer Robo's arm was cut off, Iczer One lost the use of her own, corresponding arm).

Yubel is the primary antagonist of the third season of Yu-Gi-Oh! GX. Francesca performs with three Chingling. One of them, wearing a green ribbon, seems to have a little more personality than the other two, being very energetic. It loves to meet new people and will hug them.     Francesca tries to use it in battle but it&#039;s a little weak. Her training exercises are very difficult even though she is dealing with small Pok&eacute;mon. Team Rocket kidnap her three Chingling. James grows fond of the Chingling wearing the green ribbon as it reminds him of his own Chimecho.     Later on, Francesca gains more confidence in Chingling and is able to battle against James and Mime Jr. with it and win.

She is a truck driver who met Brock in Pewter City when he was trying to hitch a ride to Sinnoh. She and Brock encountered Ash when he was traveling on Route 202.

She is a person who is willing to do anything to capture Pok&eacute;mon for her clients even if it means injuring people or Pok&eacute;mon, easily revealing her to be ruthless, relentless, and cruel. In fact, in her debut episode, she sacrificed some of her henchmen to Officer Jenny without hesitation or remorse, emphasizing her sociopathic and callous nature.   J appeared again in DP150, where she was hired by Team Galactic to catch Uxie, Mesprit, and Azelf. She also appeared in DP151, attempting to carry out the task of capturing them. Although she did succeed in capturing the Lake guardians, her ship was hit by two Future Sight attacks used by Uxie and Mesprit after she handed them over to Saturn. As a result, her ship crashed into Lake Valor and was sucked into a whirlpool while she and her crew members were on board. Once the ship was underwater, the protective glass broke and the ship was flooded with water, causing it to explode. It is currently unknown if J or any of her crew survived.
