None other than the Chairman of the Hunter Committee, and the final authority over the entirety of the Hunter Exam. He has enough administrative power to grant anyone the Hunter's license if he decides to do so, and enough combat power to playfully avoid attacks of the main heroes single-handedly when they challenge him. All examiners, even the most despotic ones, obey his orders without talking back.  He was said to be the strongest Nen user in the world 50 years ago, but he comments that he is already past his prime at his current age and that his subordinates might be stronger than him now (yet his direct subordinates disagree). Netero is also revealed to be older than Zeno Zoldyck (Killua's Grandfather), who is said to be 67 years of age. 

At one point, Zeno says that when he was still a young boy, Netero was not only already old, but he is the only person alive who has fought with Maha (Zeno's) grandfather. Various stated times would put Netero over the three digit mark. He is able to use attacks faster than the speed of sound. He also uses the hyakushiki kannon which is also known as the 'Hundred Style of Buddha'. This utilizes nen to make the attacks seem as if they had come from another side and or dimension, simply because they move so fast.  In the manga he is also shown fighting chimera ants and is heading towards the destined fight with the King. His assistants Morau and Novu note that he was the strongest Nen user 50 years ago, and show great respect for his abilities.





is a frank nobleman, who with the help of Askeladd was able to overtake a strong frank fortress.

Halfdan is a wealthy and powerful landowner and moneylender known for his ruthlessness, earning the nickname "Iron Chain" for his skilled use of one as a weapon and symbol of his philosophy of chaining others.

Kageyama Reiji is the coach for Teikoku Gakuen and Zeus. When he was young, he was a member of the Inazuma Eleven.

In season 2, he is the coach for Shin Teikoku Gakuen. Later in season 3, he uses an alias Mister K (ミスターK) and becomes the coach of Team K and Orpheus.

In Inazuma Eleven GO Galaxy, now known as Kuroiwa Ryuusei (黒岩くろいわ 流星りゅうせい), he is the coach for Inazuma Japan, Earth Eleven and Faram Dite.

In the alternate timeline of Inazuma Eleven Ares no Tenbin, Kageyama once again takes up the role of Teikoku Gakuen's coach. He later becomes the coach for Shadow of Orion in Inazuma Eleven Orion no Kokuin.

Yoshikazu Suzuki (鈴木 良一 Suzuki Yoshikazu?), best known as "Old Man" (おっちゃん Occhan?). Not much is known about him except that he is a fairly old widower who has a grandson. Surprisingly, it does not take long for Kurono to grow attached to him and vice versa. He sees Kurono as a role model, and even gives his 100 points to revive his friend Masaru Kato so that Kei may leave the game. He sees Kurono as the world's hope for "survival". He has saved Kei's life multiple times and he emulates Kei. After Kei dies however, it seems as if his morale lowers and he sides with the majority on not trying to help others because it was too dangerous. During the mission in Italy, he is killed by dismemberment while protecting Inaba from a group of new powerful enemies.  (Source: Wikipedia)
