Karin (カリン, Karin?) (English dub: Korin) is a Senbyō  __(仙猫 immortal cat)__ who has lived at the top of Karin Tower for more than 800 years. The tower is located right underneath Kami's Lookout, which is a few hundred meters[verification needed] higher than Karin's tower and can be reached by Son Goku's nyoi-bō. Karin is a deity just below the rank of Kami, and plays a large role in Dragon Ball when he trains Goku during the Commander Red Saga to defeat Tao Pai Pai. At later points in the series and in Dragon Ball Z, Karin lends his assistance periodically to Goku and the other characters by growing them Senzu, which only grow in a tree in his tower. Jirokichi Suzuki, is a glory hounding seventy-two year old man and Sonoko's uncle. Despite his age, he is very fit and is an active industrial advisor for the Suzuki company. Ever since Kid stole his place on the paper's front page, he had been obsessed with catching Kid in order to raise his fame, only to be outdone by Conan Edogawa every time instead. He loves to ride his customized accelerated motorcycle with his dog Lupin. His great wealth allows him to buy top notch security and several ways of lock down to surround Kid, but so far none of his plans have worked.

Captain of the Capulet Guards who saved Juliet and Cordelia from death fourteen years ago. Now a priest, he looks after Juliet, though he is exasperated by her antics. It is Conrad who reveals to Juliet her secret heritage on the day of her sixteenth birthday when he presents to her the sword of the House of Capulet. He fights with a sword in battle. He later acts as the de-facto leader of the Capulet faction, planning an assassination attempt on Lord Montague (he wants to only kill the Duke so that less blood is spilled); however, after being betrayed by his old friend Camio, he is injured in a Montague raid against the Capulet supporters. Since his escape, he has been under the care of Ariel. When he recovers, he presents the Capulet family sword to Juliet again, reviving her resolve for the Capulet's cause. When Juliet disappears after Montague's defeat, he orders Francisco and Curio to search for her. He is evacuated from the castle during the battle for Juliet. One of the truly hilarious characters in the series , he is Toshio's demanding Section Chief, who oversees the Detective's Division of the Inunaki Precinct. Nothing really is known about him, even his full name is never disclosed. He is constantly at odds with Toshio over his handling of the Cat's Eye investigation, and scolds Toshio at every opportunity.

Rou Dai Kaioushin is a Kaioushin who came out of the Z sword, in which he had been trapped and stuck to the ground by an old enemy, according to him a "incredibly strong evil fellow". He resembles the East Kaioushin, but with an older, wrinkled face, and a small mustache. Son Gohan releases him during the Majin Buu Saga when he breaks the Zeta sword, while trying to cut a block made of the strongest material in the universe. After being released, he agreed to help Gohan unlock his full potential so he could defeat Majin Buu, but only in exchange for getting to date an Earth woman.  Centuries ago, he used to be quite handsome by his own standards, but a hideous witch came up to him and stole one of his Potara Fusion Earrings and put it on. Ro Dai Kaioushin was instantly combined with the witch permanently. While he lost his looks, he gained more magical power. In the Majin Buu Saga he sacrifices his life so Son Goku can live, and gives him the Potara earrings to fuse with Gohan on Earth. However, as he was already residing in heaven, his death had little effect aside from producing a halo over his head. Dr. Myu is a brilliant scientist who desires nothing more than total control of the galaxy. Dr. Myu masterminds the plot to build an ultimate Machine Mutant with enough power to see his sinister goal of control through to the end. To this end, he created a powerful enforcer named General Rilldo, and tried to gather the Black Star Dragon Balls to use them to complete his creation, Baby, and use it to take over the universe.      ~!However, Goku, Pan and Trunks got past General Rilldo and foiled Dr. Myu's plans. Dr. Myu escaped, but was killed when Baby burst out of his body. It was revealed then that Baby was actually the one that programmed Dr. Myu, and not the other way around.    Dr. Myu later teams up with Dr. Gero in Hell and creates another Android 17, who controls the original Android 17 and converges their powers together to set a rift between Earth and Hell. Hell's Android 17 and the two scientists escape, following which the two Android 17s eventually fuse together to become Super 17. Super 17 betrays and kills Dr. Gero thanks to Dr. Myu's programming changes, then goes on to dominate the Z Fighters (including Super Saiyan 4 Goku thanks to his absorption field ability) that Dr. Myu truly believes he can take over the universe, until Android 18 shows up and gets in his head by appealing to his sense of self.    Dr. Myu, in anger at Android 18's apparent influence, orders Super 17 to destroy Goku and Android 18 with his Electric Hell Sphere attack so as to show them &quot;who he really is&quot; and that he &quot;can't be manipulated or controlled&quot;. Muri (ムーリ, Mūri) is the elder of a Namekian village that is the home of Dende. While being interrogated by Freeza&#039;s group, he manages to destroy all of Freeza&#039;s scouters, which causes Freeza&#039;s collection of the Dragon Balls to be delayed. He is killed soon afterwards. After being revived by Dragon Balls, he is named the new grand elder, giving him the ability to return the Dragon Balls to life. After traveling to the New Namek, he powers up the Dragon Balls, giving Porunga the ability to bring multiple people back to life with one wish.

North Kaio (北の界王, Kita no Kaiō?) (English dubs: King Kai, North Kai) is the Kaio of the quadrant of the galaxy where the planets Earth and Namek reside. In the English manga, he is also known as Kaiô-sama or Lord of the Worlds. Claiming himself to be very humorous; he will only teach his subordinates if they laugh at his non-comedic jokes (really bad puns in the original Japanese). He can only train those who can reach the end of Snakeway. He trained Goku, who succeeded in doing so and taught him very powerful techniques that have been essential to many of his battles: including the Genki Dama (Spirit Bomb in English dubs) and the Kaio Ken. Former goalkeeper of the Japanese national team, Genzo Wakabayashi's coach, All Japan Jr. Youth's coach First appearance in Captain Tsubasa chapter 1  Former goalkeeper of the Japanese national team. He is the personal coach of Wakabayashi. He was be the first to find out who Roberto really is. He made Wakabayashi follow a hellish training before his match against Nankatsu and Tsubasa. As Wakabayashi felt depressed after taking a goal, Mikami hit him and told him that he would stop coaching him. That made Wakabayashi return to the field with more composure. At Wakabayashi's side as he was unable to play during most of the national tournament, he took care of Wakabayashi's injury in order to help him play the final match. Wanting the Japanese soccer to level up at all cost, after the tournament he was sent by the Japanese soccer organisation to West Germany. Before leaving, he asked Wakabayashi if he wanted to go with him, and Wakabayashi agreed.   Mikami returned to Japan alone after 3 years, to see the middle school national tournament. His objective is to gather the best players to form the All Japan Jr. Youth team, in order to take part in the International Jr. Youth Tournament in France. Mikami listened to the players' wishes a lot, followed Misugi's tactical suggestions, and even accepted the decision from some of the players not to let Tsubasa play. He asked his former pupil Wakabayashi to play the role of the bad guy, in order for the team to realize the strength of the other countries. His tactical decisions proved great in the first two matches, as he kept Misaki and Misugi as secret weapons, which overturned the tide of these matches. However, he made a mistake by listening to Misugi and the Tachibana twins in the match against France, by letting them play, which left Japan with no substitutions left, only 10 players on the field, and 5 of them being injured in extra time. Still winning thanks to their guts, Mikami's last decision was to let Wakabayashi play the final match against West Germany, and that had a huge positive consequence on the game.   Starting as All Japan Youth's coach in the World Youth series, Mikami had to tell Wakashimazu that he would chose Wakabayashi as the regular keeper, ending up in Wakashimazu leaving the team. As the R.J.7 appeared, Mikami had to go through surgery for an appendicitis complicated into a peritonitis, leaving his role of coach to Gamo, though this decision wasn't motivated by his surgery but by Gamo's passion. In the end of the Asian preliminaries, Wakashimazu came back in the team, presenting his excuses to Mikami, who admitted that both of them were being stubborn, which probably came from their single-minded goalkeeper characters.   In Road to 2002, Mikami was Japan Youth's coach, formed by the next age players and led by Sawada.
