The "crow princess". A humanoid female from an alien race of crow tengu, she is destined to mate with the man that awakens her from her slumber with a kiss. Unfortunately for her, that person turns out to be Ataru. Although she has no real desire to sleep with him, for the sake of her race, she goes to great lengths in an attempt to turn the perverted letch into a man worthy of fathering her children while fighting off both Lum and Shinobu. Her father, apparently, was Yoshitsune Minamoto, one of the legendary figures of Japanese history, whom Kurama considers to be her ideal man. Future efforts to find a husband also failed due to some kind of flaw. Mendou was too similar to Ataru, Ryuunosuke was actually a girl, and Rei turned into a hideous ushitora creature. It did not help matters that all of the individuals she sought out to be her mate happened to live in the same area as Ataru, who still believed himself to be the one to father her children.

As a young boy Genki was raised by his father, a struggling boxer.  When his father dies Genki decides to fulfill his father's dream in winning the world title.  Facing many hardships including opposition from his grandparents, relationship troubles, moral dilemmas and opponents in rivals and friends, can Genki reach his goal?

Kan-chan is the boy who found the magic bottle in which Hakushon resides. He&#039;s not so good at school and has bad luck.

She worked with Godai at a liquor store and first appears in ep 12 when Godai couldn't find anyone to go with him to watch a movie since he had two free tickets, one of which was meant for Kyoko. She seems to have had a love interest for him since when they worked together.

Kyoko's demanding mother. One glimpse of Ritsuko, and you can see where Kyoko gets her fiery temper from. She was very dissapointed in Kyoko's decision to marry Soichiro, and did not attend their wedding or the funeral. She only began attended memorial services in hopes of convincing the Otonashi's to side with her and encourage Kyoko to remarry.

The class-representative of Room 2-4 of the high school where Kyoko met Souichiro (the home-room teacher of 2-4 also happens to be Kyoko&#039;s home room teacher).  Ibuki met Godai when he was in the student teacher program in his fourth year of college, and fell in love with him at first sight. Despite Godai is not interested in her, she never gives up, not even at the very end of the series.

A shy, pretty, young lady who considers dogs her brothers and sisters.  She promptly fell in love with Mitaka when they met in &quot;omiai&quot;, although Mitaka had an allergic reaction.  She was initially worried about the relation between Mitaka and Kyoko.  Asuna&#039;s family name, Kujō, means &quot;Ninth Avenue&quot; in Kyoto, and implies that she is a member of the ancient aristocratic Fujiwara clan.  Kujō is a homophone for Cujo, Stephen King&#039;s infamous demon dog, but it is unclear whether Rumiko Takahashi intended this as a pun.

Kentaro begins the story as grade-school-aged brat, generally seen trying to get between his mother and her bottle. Initially, he is antagonistic towards Yusaku, but events soon see him to look upon Yusaku as an "alright guy". Unlike the bickering relationships between other of Rumiko's teenage and child characters such as Ataru &amp;amp; Ten or Inuyasha &amp;amp; Shippo, their's isn't continuous. He is also very fond of Kyoko, especially because he sees her as the one of sane person in the building. He develops a crush on Kyoko's niece Ikuko, reminding Yusaku of himself, although Kentaro resents the comparison.   (Source: Wikipedia)
